 Co-Ownership Agreement between Kamiki and Sabin Duvert for Sin'dorei- Both owners have full display/sig rights and OOC RP ability - Both owners have full IC roleplaying rights - Both owners have the right to enter Sin'dorei into RP contests (though, obviously, only one at any given time) Breeding- Both owners get one "full control" breeding with Sin'dorei. They do not need permission of the other owner to enter breeding events, and they have choice of breeding partner (unless he is lifemated, see below). The breeding will not count towards the other owner's breeding limitations. - One breeding: will be worked out between Sabin and Kamiki at the time. - However, each owner has the right to either "give up" or "share" their solo breeding to/with the co-owner. - Lifemating decisions must be agreed upon by both owners. Life-Altering / Major Decisions-neither Kamiki nor Sabin can transfer their portion of the ownership of Sin'dorei to anyone without permission from the other owner, but may give up rights TO the other owner. - If one owner gives up rights to the other, then the remaining owner can then choose a new co-owner. - Both owners must agree to make major IC decisions (skinwalkering, lifemating, etc)

This is Recovery, (I will quote the final agreement with a cert when we get it from the colorist), and s/he is from a breeding between my own Brackenhide and Sephiros Immortalis' Repossession, but I would like to co-own him/her with DemonWingedPoetGirl under the following stipulations:
I (Darkmoon Dancer) will have the following sole rights:
- Main Teepee rights (as in stats and front page listing)
- 1st Breeding basket(s) (if there is 3, DD has the right to talk over with hte other parent's owner who the 3rd goes to)
DemonWingedPoetGirl will have the following sole rights:
- Sub-Teepee rights (as in,will have her own page, etc, but a link to DD's teepee for stats, etc)
- 2nd Breeding basket(s) (if there is 3, DemonWingedPoetGirl has the right to talk over with hte other parent's owner who the 3rd goes to)
We will both share the following rights 50/50:
- Sig Rights
- RP Rights
- Plots and Lifemates will need to be agreed upon together
- 3rd Breeding basket(s) (if there is 3, both DD and DemonWingdPoetGirl will have to talk over and agree with the other parent's owner who the 3rd goes to)
We will work out and talk everything over as stated above until there is an agreement made.
We also both have the right to withdraw ownership at any point in time. YESH!!!! OMG BASKET LOVE SUPER SPECIAL AWESOME!!!! On March 15th, 2012, all rights will go back to Darkmoon Dancer, to give DemonWingedPoetGirl enough time to finish up some important RPs. <3

 Since I own Cotton's mate now it was only fair to give Naru co-ownership of Cotton Candy. Far as the breedings and baskets we will discuss where each basket goes but mostly to ourselves unless one would be as intended as a gift.
Rein have the following: Sig rights, Teepee Display,
Naru has the Following: Sig Rights, Teepee Display, RP Rights
Also if Naru wants to withdraw ownership he may do so at anytime.

Co Ownership for Onigiri between CheshireKttty & Nim Haven Cheshire will maintain full rights. Nim Haven will receive the following rights: -Teepee Rights -Signature Rights -Rights to use in Contests -Soquili thread and OOC RP (no IC Guild RP) Breeding Rights: Nim Haven will receive a basket from the first breeding and will also receive first choice of the baskets. After the arrival of said basket, all rights will revert back to Cheshire. All breedings are to be with Onigiri's Lifemate Akiko. If Nim Haven leaves gaia or is not heard from for six months, all rights will revert back to CheshireKttty. Both owners reserve the right to withdraw ownership at any time.

Rights that AlexiaSilver and Anasazi will share:
-Rights to Rp Pyralis OOC and IC. Pyralis already has a character and background it will be kept to by both owners.
-Rights to display Pyralis in their signatures.
-Rights to display Pyralis in their teepees. (Though to make it easier, Pyralis will be in Anasazi's teepee mainly.)
Breeding Rights:
- Anasazi has full rights to the first breeding.
- AlexiaSilver has full rights to the second breeding.
- Both owners have shared rights to the third breeding.
Pyralis already has a lifemate, Conleth, picked out for her. All of her breedings will be with him.
