@Lungot (sorry other people. XD;;; )
Lizzie whirled around so fast that it looked like her neck might've snapped off. "Hey, be quiet! You're going to scare away all the Pokemon!"
But she made her way over to him anyway. "Ok, so what do you want?" She said in a hushed voice.
Meanwhile, Kestrel landed on a branch above his trainer, watching what's going on with interest.

@bouncy!
(feel free to add me on msn -sweetconcrete@live.com- if you wanna. 83)
He faced glowed with pride. HA! Dace had managed to get someone to join his little wannabe-group. Of course, she didn't look too pleased, and for a moment, that irritated Dace. He frowned at her when she asked him what he wanted.
Well, duh! He wanted to be in a group! Groups capture, not lone people!
"Wanna join my group?" he asked, as if his group was the coolest group that ever appeared on this world. Dace even flicked a strand of messy red hair from his face with a shake of his head. All handsome and professional and...
Okay, so maybe he was inviting her because he had NO CLUE as to what he was doing. He was totally new to all this.
"I think I saw an Eevee up that way," the young man added, in a nonchalant tone, though it was laced with just a hint of excitement. Yeah, so maybe he was trying to be cool in front of the girls. So what?

Leikkun Ridley pulled Soulcrusher up to a halt in front of the Trotting Turtwig, the famiiar landmark making him feel a spell of dread. He regarded Liam, relieved to see him, more than anything. He dismounted the Tauros, grabbing his halter and leading him towards the barn beside the Inn to shelter the Pokemon, pausing to look at the healer.
"Liam, I'm sorry," he frowned, looking tired and a little deflated. "This isn't... what I'd hoped it would be," he lowered his eyes, turning back towards the barn and shrugging, tugging Soulcrusher along, disappearing inside to stick him in an open stall, taking out a few things he needed for the night and coming back out front to head inside, brushing past Liam, bumping into him. Well that wasn't... quite what he had been expecting.
The healer didn't respond to the look Ridley had given him, so relieved to see him after disappearing all day. That, at least, was typical of the rocket, and Liam drummed his fingers over his arm, watching him dismount and lead Soulcrusher off to where they would store he and Nitro for the night. The pink-haired trainer waited patiently for him to return, unmoving in where he stood, his eyes drifting idly around the twilight-lit town.
His gaze returned to the other as Ridley returned, expression flattening slightly at how deflated he sounded as he apologized, and Liam felt a pang of guilt at how tired and worn-down his friend looked, like he had planned some grand picnic where he was going to propose to the girl he loved or something and it had rained. He hadn't considered this option, that Ridley would not give excuses. He expected that the rocket would be petulant with him, telling him to f--- off or something equally disagreeable. But rather than soften his features, the guilt just annoyed him, and he glared a little as the rocket started up the steps, shouldering him as he went past. And that was the last straw.
Liam flipped around, stalking after him and grabbing Ridley's shoulder, shoving hard to try to spin him back to look at him. "Sorry? That's it? You ditched me for two days, after convincing me to come on this trip, and all you have to say is sorry?"
He knew he shouldn't have been angry. He should have forgiven him. And he wanted to. In reality, he already did. But he had been expecting a fight, and now that he had geared himself up for it, he couldn't stop it, like a dam breaking after a long, slow storm.

@Lungrot (I don't have an msn. XD))
"I don't..." Lizzie was going to say that she didn't do so well in group. Well, she did better alone than with others. Her full party of six was proof enough. But if this guy actually saw an Eevee, then she wouldn't mind teaming up.
"That way?" She stared at the direction where he was going. "Kestrel, go scout ahead."
The Pidgeot jumped off his branch and soared ahead of the humans below. Meanwhile, Lizzie said, "If we're going to be hunting together, then we should at least introduce herself. I'm Lizzie. And you are...?"

Ridley sensed immediately that he'd pushed Liam too far, the touchy healer was already coming towards him and he tensed as Liam grabbed his shoulder, shoving him around, turning to face him and looking away, frowning. He glanced at his face guiltily.
"I'm sorry, ok? I didn't want it to happen. It just... did. Sorry for wasting your time," he shrugged, holding out his open hands, trying to ply for Liam's forgiveness, though he didn't look as though he expected it. He backed off towards the room he'd rented, unlocking it and opening the door.

After a while, Ruchii headed back to her house to look for something to get cleaned up and settled in, exploring the house a bit and grabbing a shower before making my way to the center with Buck in his pokeball to have him looked at and rested properly before heading to the inn to see if anyone was interested in exploring a bit before it got too dark to do so.

@bouncy (otay. > u< just making sure to offer it up!)
Dace gave her one of his best smiles (or what he hoped was his best), then quickly started marching up the side of the mountain, every once in a while, glancing up at the bird-pokemon his new partner owned.
They had just started hiking when Lizzie spoke, and Dace jumped from his own world and back into reality, or so it seemed. Either way, he had been deep in thought and no longer was. "Hm?" he blinked, spacy grey-blue eyes glancing at the girl. "Oh, uhm. I'm Dace," the response took a bit, and it was obvious, or at least seemed obvious, that Dace was not an all-there person. Not now, not ever. He was a little spacy, was all.
"It's nice to meet you, by the way," he added, before his head jerked to the left. What was that? He swore there was rustling in the bushes just to the left of them. "Hey, let's go this way," he said softly, before carefully heading towards the bush. an eevee perhaps?!
He was excited now, but upon reaching the bush he found nothing. "Maybe it ran back farther," he stated out loud, motioning for Lizzie to follow him as he moved through the bush and farther back into the forest.

"Well I'm glad you can be so indifferent," Liam snapped, watching him back towards his door, eyes flicking down to watch him turn the key in the lock, pushing open the door. For a few moments he felt a little helpless, watching Ridley walk away, unable to make him respond the way he wanted. He hadn't released the energy he had pent up, and this wasn't satisfying enough. Growling, he stalked after the rocket, pushing him into his room, pointing a finger at him in annoyance.
"I'm not done with you. Don't you walk away from me."

Ridley looked startled at Liam's accusing tone, frowning at the untold frustrations in it, and started into his room, only to find the healer was herding him into his own room, stepping inside, and Ridley pushed the door closed behind him, not moving away from him, staying in his space, staring at his finger warily.
"What do you want me to do, Liam?" he asked calmly, holding his hands up defensively and quirking an eyebrow at him.

"Well if you don't care..."
Even saying it stung, and the healer's face reflected it for just a few seconds before he calmed, suddenly indifferent, blue eyes blank from any of the anger he had felt before. He didn't try to stop the smirk from curling his lips, none of the warmth or good-natured feeling seeping through as it normally would. Even the chuckle didn't seem genuine, and Liam rolled his shoulders slowly in a dismissive shrug, licking over one canine tooth, dropping his hand.
"Whatever."
Turning, he headed towards the door Ridley had just closed.

Lizzie just followed Dace. She didn't really hear any rustling from the bushes, or maybe it was just because they were running around so much. She was sure that Kestrel would be able to find anything they missed anyway, with his sharp eyesight.
She made some kind of sound that sounded like a 'mm-hmm.' Then after a couple more minutes, she asked Dace to stop.
"I bought something from the store that might be useful." Lizzie pulled out a jar of honey and slathered some of it on a tree. "Even if it might not attract Eevees, it'll still mark the way we've been in case we start going in circles."

Ridley blinked, frowning as Liam turned indifferent, turning towards him, following him as he turned and reached the door with his hand first, grabbing the knob, holding it closed and pinning Liam between his body and the door.
"Wait, Liam, don't be like that! Of course I care, god dammit. I know you're angry. I'm sorry," lets go of the knob, backing off slowly, frowning at Liam. "Don't go."

He looked frustrated. Had he been seeing things earlier? He just kept searching, with a determination that was fiery and grand.
Well, he did until Lizzie told him to stop. He paused, trying to catch his breath (rich boys don't exercise, sillies!), and scrunched his brows at her strange antics. But then again, Dace figured she probably had a better idea of what they were doing then he did.
So, they started moving again, with Lizzie putting honey on places and Dace looking about, seemingly completely at random. And as they walked, Dace found a nice quaint little clearing. "Maybe we should check bushes here?" he asked, moving to go look in a bush as he spoke, "we might find something that can give us a hint as to which way the eevees are, you know?"
Maybe he was just trying to sound cool, who knew. But it could be a useful idea, right?
