"I apoligize, Lord Mizukage," chuckled Altair, "but I can't grant you the request that you have made. As an assasin I am bound to the shadows, no one can see my face," Altair stated as he unsheathed his hunter nin blade. "Rest assured, I will have the shinobi's head and I shall bring it to you Lord Kusakage," Altair proclaimed, "As long as there's a nice bounty to it..." he added before dissapearing in a burst of Mist.

Luo let out a small, deep laugh. That was all he needed to confirm it. He looked at Tares while he walked to the staircase that led back down to his office and muttered, "I hope you know this is all some sick joke from Zane." If Luo got a chance to reveal his face, Luo could bet almost anything that the man's face would resemble a dead body, or a dead body with enough reconstruction to make it look alive. But for now, Luo left the matter alone. Walking down the staircase, he slid a door open that was behind a bookcase. Closing it behind him, Luo looked at Matsuya and sighed. "You look like you need some rest kid. But unfortunately, I just started getting reports in on villages claiming to see you and Rein pretty much rampaging through and around the training facility. I was even sent a pretty angry letter from the mother of a child who was cornered by Rein. Do me a favor and find Rein and start on your first jounin level mission: rebuild the training facility. Oh, and tell Rein he needs to pick that kid up something fresh and baked from the market, preferably a tray of cookies or something. And if you bump into Ayame or Sana at any point in time, inform them that I need to see them for a mission. If you and Rein finish fast enough and you're up for it, I'll send you on it as well."

Matsuya chuckled a little. "Why is it, that I always get stuck with the repair missions? And half of the time it isnt my fault, because if I remember correctly, half of the rest of you started doing the same thing me and Rein did!" Matsuya laughed again. "Funny that, I always have to clean up after you guys' messes. At least it's not burnt to the ground like last time, when I built the academy." Matsuya stood up, stretching his sides. "Let me grab some dinner and a quick nap, and then Ill head out. Okay?" Matsuya smirked giving Luo the thumbs up before walking out of the room. He walked down the stairs and out of the tower. He walked away towards his home.

LT followed Luo, and was confident that Altair would do his job and bring him the head. "Yea, but you should know Zane enough by now that he does this stuff, even to me. But he has his reasons, we will just have to be the mature ones about it." LT followed Luo into the office and sat down on his chair like he used to. "And you need to teach Matsuya some lessons in manners, he talks back to you way to much, but at least he gets the job done and is very devoted to his goals. Coffee?"

Nawaki walked into the tower walking up a flight of stairs to the kage room. Once there he knocked three times before going in. "My names Nawaki Hoyutton and I'm looking for the kage."

Snow began to fall at the tower as the temperature dropped to absolute zero. The walls outside of the tower began to ice over as a fierce blizzard began brewing. A giant pillar of ice that seemed to reach the heavens could be seen from this location at the Bloody Prarie.

The fact that it begin to snow and and the temperature begin to drop didnt really bother Nawaki. His hometown all year around it was cold.

The sudden roar of a rocket like object taking flight could just barely be heard though the walls of the office mere seconds before an eerie red light cast itself though the windows, any trained shinobi would near immediately notice the fact that the light was caused by a flare used for emergency purposes only. The plea for help floating ominously over the marketplace as the shouts for a medic drifted over the radio waves. "Medic...We need a medic! Reiniku is hurt....h-he wont get up!"

Raising an eyebrow as the ice froze his windows, the man simply ushered the individual at the door in as he muttered, "Come in." as the note was dropped, Luo read it and sighed, writting a note on the same bird and sending it to the sender. He then looked at LT and muttered, "The kid's got a mouth on him, but that's nothing a good fist can't fix." As the transmission came through and Luo saw the flare, he sighed, only hoping the real Luo saw the flare and would react to it as his post was the office for now.

Enzeru walked up the tower, and headed for the misukage's office. She knocked on the door nervously and said "May I come in?" Quietly hoping not to give a bad impression for the first few minute in the mist village.

Enzeru walked into the office, quietly then bowed. " hello sir... I'm here to train with a medical ninja here...but I need your permission..." Enzeru said nervously, because she should of at least introduced herself first. first impression=fail.

Kane walked to the door of the Mizukage's office and knocked on the door. He wondered where he had lost Yuudai, he was supposed to be right behind him. He shrugged, sure that Yuudai would be able to catch up.

Yuudai finally caught up with Kane. Yuudai put his hand on his shoulder and said. "I finally caught up to you." Then Yuudai chuckled a little bit. "What are we doing here what building is this?" Yuudai asked Kane with a puzzled look on his face.
