rin- and what is? breathing, being in the sun, eating, sleeping to long, sleeping not enough, f-in going to the bathroom, and even to much exorcise can be bad for you......what is good for you any more....not much hole worlds going to s**t and you only live once so i say live it f-in up ya know.

grrrrr forces self to try to post more often. Damn you Gig you were right about the pacing thing and burning out for the training. Thats kind of what happened but as I said I well try to get on more. So what has been happening the guild???
