((Beware all who read the forthcoming message! Lots of flowery writing that rambles for DAYS. If such things bore you, read no further, allow me to summarize. 'Yurin leans in for a kiss.' Now, move on to the next post, all others... Well, I tried to warn you. rolleyes ))


Yurin's heart thumped in his chest with a none too steady rhythm, it felt like his whole world was turning upside-down. He could feel his own emotions mirrored, echoing back at him through the bond. Was she rejecting how he felt? Did she feel the same way?! His stomach seemed to be filled with the proverbial butterfiles as his mouth went dry and his head emptied of all words. Had he tried to speak, he likely would've done little more than croak.

Mog moved closer to Clarissa, his mind a whirlwind of opposing thoughts, some commanding him to stop, others to continue, still others tried to distract him with thoughts of food. He pushed them all away. He refused to let his mind get in the way, this was his heart's territory. He would not deny it, it had been denied far too long. Set aside for too many years as he completed goal after goal, mission after mission. The Shienaran had never been fair to his heart, but now, when it was confronted with it's strongest desire, he didn't have the heart to tell it no, once again.

The two of them were such, magnet slowly turns to steel as it is introduced to its proximity. Suddenly turning all focus onto it as it is brought within it's sphere of influence, the closer it gets, the more firmly it can't be stopped. Until one finally breaks and cannot be kept from the other. Inexorably, the Asha'Man moves closer, magnet to steel, falling object to ground, lover to lover, heart to heart.

Borderlander hand releases Aes Sedai palm, steals its way to her waist and draws her closer, his eyes were implanted on her as if she were the last living light in a sea of darkness, the only beauty of a scarred landscape, the only breath left in a dying world. His left hand gently brushes a stray strand of hair from her cheek, tucking it behind her ear, his fingertips, ever so briefly contacting her soft skin, sending electric tingles through his entire body. Both his hands found their way to her waist, fitting as if they were made to be there, he pulled her in closer.

Still unable to speak, his eyes pleaded with her. If this was something she didn't wish, let her tell him now. He wouldn't, couldn't stop himself without her denial. He was commited, lost, taken in by her beauty, her soul, her. Everything that made her the incredible woman he had grown to love. He yearned to see her smile, it was like the scent of a newly bloomed rose, light, refreshing, and more beautiful than the sun to a daisy in shadow.

He leaned closer, still not breaking eye contact. She needed to speak, to tell him something, or to act. Creator, don't let him make a mistake that could ruin their relationship. Did she want this? Or was she too stunned to tell him no? He paused. It took every bit of willpower he possessed not to crush her to him in a passionate kiss, built from the feelings he had denied. The emotions he had pent up within him, welling forth into something he could only just control. He was a drawn bowstring, aimed at his target. If she was to act, now was the time,.

The words filled the emptiness in his heart. The painful longing, seeing others happy but never feeling it himself. Always having to sacrifice his emotions for the greater good. It was all over. He had found someone, at last. His breath caught in his throat as she spoke, as if, wer he to move, the spell would be broken and he would, again, be alone. His eyes slid closed as the words entered that most secret of areas of his soul. The area that he had been alone in for so long.

"And I you, my wondrous Aes Sedai."

A torrent of words filled his head, the thanks and appreciaton he felt, the love, the feelings. All the emotions he had wanted to express before, came to him in a rush. Their lips met, he hadn't even realized how very close they were as his eyes had closed. There was no hesitation, however. Their mouths found each other like a lost kitten finds its way home. The words that had so filled his head burst forth from their fetters as a covey of surprised doves, there was no room for anything in his mind except for her. One hand found the small of her back as the other pressed her small frame to him from between her shoulders. The softness of her lips put the best silks to shame. He had kissed warm air, and it was incredible.

The kiss went on for an eternity, yet seemed over as soon as their lips touched. He felt as if he could never kiss her enough, yet the world faded to nothingness during. As they parted, Mog pulled her in close, her head on his chest, his cheek pressed to the top of her head. The comfort, the incredible joy of holding the one that you loved, the one who completed your soul.

"Thank you,", he whispered into her tresses, "thank you for all that you are. What you mean to me I could never place into words, but I can thank you for it."

((The rest of what room? The hospital room? It's the middle of the night. The ward is empty aside from the two over there kissing *points.. pauses... takes picture* *whispers*, 'for blackmail purposes at a later date.'
