Hisuki shifted uncertainly. "I don't know. We could go for a walk... or maybe just go out... like to a club," he said, rocking back on his heels. Kyös nodded slightly."Agreed. Most of what is known of that time is conjecture as very, very few records survived," he said.

OOC| Aelina nodded and suddenly they were outside in the cool night air. "Hmm, it's beautiful out here." She sat down on a bench and looked over at Maesuki. They had appeared in one of the gardens near a large fountain. "This is my favorite spot." She stopped and looked around with a frown. There was that presence again. ~~~~ "Hmm, let's go for a walk. We'll see where it takes us." Liliana said with a smile on her face. "Sometimes walks are good. I think it will help clear your mind for a little while."~~~~ Amelia nodded as she reached out to the others, letting them know that it was time for a meeting. They hadn't had one like this for a while now.

OOC| Merrick had just stepped out of the shower after getting back from the restaurant, surprised by seeing Constance there with a smirk he recognized as desire for him when they both blinked, feeling Amelia's call.

Kasumi blinked, tilting her head as she snuggled against Carolyn. She knew both of them had enjoyed each other after Carolyn had managed to get the hang of the explosive seals she'd come up with. She could feel Amelia's call. "Sounds like Amelia's found something more interesting than her scrolls, books and husband," she murmured.

Maesuki spun his tails at high speed, lifting off the ground and hovering before he landed next to Aelina. "Very nice, so this is where you slip off to sometimes... but it seems like we aren't alone out here," he observed, sounding amused.

"That's fine with me," he said. Hisuki let Liliana lead the way up the stairs the rest of the way into the kitchen, where they grabbed some of the leftover food in a couple of bowls and a couple of bottles of water. Kyös sighed softly. "You should know... that when a Celestial Bloodline awakens... most of the gods can sense it... and this one is highly unusual... in that it awakened in not one place, but two... simultaneously," he said; he knew she'd know just as well, if not better, than he did, that for true magic to awaken within someone on its own was rare, though for it to happen in two different locations simultaneously meant something was coming, something they would likely need to assist with.

OOC| Constance shook her head with a groan. It figured that as soon as Merrick got home that Amelia needed them for something. "Well isn't that perfect timing," Constance sighed with a laugh. She walked up to Merrick and gave him a lingering kiss. "Better get dressed sweetheart."~~~~ Carolyn snickered as she ran her fingers lightly over Kasumi's side. "So it would seem." She sat up and stretched, clothes draping her form. "I think it may have to do with that boy that was with Liliana. You have met him?"~~~~ Amelia nodded as she wrapped her arms around Kyos' waist. "Well we've had a great many peaceful years. Our little girl is growing up so fast." She smiled as she made them both disappear and reappear in the meeting room. ~~~~~ Cassandra sighed when she felt Amelia's call. She and Lorcan had taken a break from their reading and were relaxing. Andy by relaxing that meant Lorcan was giving her a full body massage. She lifted her head as she blinked. "Kyos and Amelia have encountered something or other. I guess we should answer the call."~~~~~ Merida sat up in the lounge chair she had been reclining in by the pool. Well, well well...something was up. She grinned as she switched from her bathing suit to normal clothes and disappeared to the meeting room where Amelia and Kyos were already waiting. ~~~~ Aelina chuckled softly as she nodded to Maesuki. "Now you know where to find me if you cannot find me." She ran her hand through her hair. She looked over to the right as she heard Liliana's voice. Liliana led Hisuki outside into the gardens. She knew nobody would ever really know how much she loved the gardens. To dig her hands into the dirt and plant flowers and everything else. The only other person who knew her little vice was Aelina because she did the same. "It's always so beautiful out here."

OOC| Jin rolled his shoulders as he shifted his weight, blinking as he sensed Rosalyn calling him due to a meeting. "Looks like our little match is on hold, Zachie," he teased the shadow demon who'd fallen for his twin sister. "You just want me to kick your a** instead of him, don't you?" Mai growled with annoyance, rolling her jade-teal eyes.

Merrick sighed as he shook his head slightly. "Damn, and here I was hoping you'd dry me off," he teased.

Kasumi cocked her head as she sat up, her body being clothed in a tight kimono that showed more than it hid. "All I saw of him was him coming out of the water with her... that's the problem with Earth Clones... they don't transmit memories like Shadow Clones do," she sighed.

Maesuki smirked before his gaze shifted, spotting a flicker of shadows, though he didn't say anything. "You have a little dirt on your cheek," he teased as the sprinklers started on their timer.

"True; two of the things that relax me are music and gardening... and swinging," he said. Naruto materialized next to Merida in a pair of cargo shorts and nothing else; it was clear he didn't really care how he was seen... or he wanted to tease Merida. "So, what's up, Konoto?" he said lazily, teasing Kyos by his nickname of 'Whirlpool Eyes'. Lorcan sighed softly, swatting Cassandra's rear end lightly. "That doesn't mean we can't pick up where we left off afterward," he teased.

OOC| Zacharia grinned as he ran his hands through his hair. Before he had kept it cropped short, but recently he had let it grow out. He looked over to Mai with a chuckle. They had skated around their feelings for a while, and then everything had fallen into place. He was surprised by her everyday. He also believed she was the reason why he had been able to make friends with Rosalyn and the others. Why they accepted him and didnt' try to blast him off the face of the earth. ~~~~ Constance laughed as she ran her hands lightly over his chest. She knew it would drive him crazy. "We have plenty of time for that. I am thinking we should take our little vacation in the Caribbean." She winked at him as she disappeared. ~~~~~ "Yeah I only caught a glimpse of him as well," Carolyn said as she flipped her hair over her shoulder. "He and Lil walked by when I was working on my stuff."~~~~~ Merida looked over at Naruto and laughed softly, shaking her head. Kyos never seemed to mind the nicknames. He always found a way to get Naruto back. The two were hilarious sometimes. Amelia chuckled as she looked to Naruto. "We'll explain once everyone is here. It's better that everyone be here." ~~~~ Cassandra laughed as she looked at Lorcan. "And you had better believe we will continue this once this meeting is done." She swung her legs around and sat up, a long, dark green skirt appearing over her legs. A matching top appeared over her chest. ~~~~ Aelina smiled as she reached up and wiped off the dirt. She looked over just as Liliana and Hisuki appeared. "Hey guys." She said with a wave and a smile. She shook her head at Liliana's question. "No you can join us if you want."
Liliana looked at Hisuki with surprise. Who knew that they had so much in common? She was about to say so when she heard someone calling to them. She turned her gaze to see Aelina and her brother. "Oh, hello. Are we interrupting?"

OOC| Jin rolled his eyes, shrugging one shoulder. "Whatever makes you feel better," he said with a smirk before he shot into the sky, a swirling aura of golden flame igniting around him. "How the hell can I be related to someone that stupid? The only reason I tolerate him is because he's family," Mai sighed, hovering a few feet off the ground. "Might as well see what the goody-goodies want," she grumbled; she knew that both of them tolerated the larger group of magic-users, though they didn't try to spend more time around them than necessary.

Merrick growled slightly, well aware Constance knew of her effect on him. "Minx," he muttered, well aware she heard it as he manipulated the demonic energy within him to evaporate the water away as he half turned, vanishing as he materialized next to his wife and mate; he wore a pair of tight black jeans, a dark red tee shirt, and a darker red, almost black, jacket that hung down to just above his knees. "You just love driving me crazy," he murmured in her ear, feeling her shiver as he hugged her from behind.

Kasumi laughed softly, hugging Carolyn. "He does seem to have a very strong aura.... barely restrained, from what I could sense even during the short time I saw him... I think Lil took him to the cave... but several minutes before he surfaced I could feel him," she said with a giggle; she was sure Liliana was smitten.

Maesuki lightly tapped his toes, well aware he'd manifested sneaker-boots and a gray vest over his torso. He smirked a little, fairly sure that Liliana wouldn't immediately recognize him, though he forgot she could sense his aura.

"What? I happen to have a few friends who are very much into gardening," he said with amusement, though he blinked as the transformation phone rang; he hadn't even realized he'd had it, nor that it could act as a normal phone. He unclipped it and flipped it open before holding it to his ear. His eyes widened slightly as he listened. "Whoa, there, Pamela... you're saying that you need help?" he said quickly; what she was saying made no sense to him and was a bit confusing. "She claims her boss wants to do cross-species tests... effectively create animalistic plants," he thought, cautious as it didn't sound like a good idea at all. Lorcan smirked as he shifted, well aware he was just as bare as she was before he shrugged his shoulders, a loose white shirt and black leather pants that looked poured onto him forming over his body; he knew she loved to 'unwrap' her gifts. "I wouldn't expect any different; you know I love pampering you," he chuckled. Kyos blinked, glancing at Naruto as if he had just noticed the Kitsune. "Hmmm? Did you say something? I wasn't listening," he deadpanned, watching with amusement as the Kitsune slammed his head into the table with a groan. He knew full well that the Kitsune male's first teacher had used that line quite often.

OOC| Zacharia dusted the dust from his clothes as he nodded. "Yeah I guess we should see what they need exactly." He looked over at her with a smirk. He was gone in a swirl of smoke. ~~~~ Constance bit her lip as she leaned back against Merrick. One arm reached behind her as she ran her fingers lightly over the back of his neck. "As you do to me." Her eyes closed for a moment. "If we don't leave now..we'll never make it down there for the meeting."~~~ Carolyn smiled as she hugged Kasumi back. She had really lucked out by getting this woman's attention. They got along so well. "Come let's get to this meeting. The sooner we get there the sooner we can leave."~~~~ Cassandra chuckled as she wrapped her arms around Lorcan, kissing him before making the disappear from their room and to the meeting room. Almost everyone was here already. Amelia chuckled softly at Naruto's reaction. She was sure the two of them could continue on, but she shot Merida a look at the other elder witch nodded her head. Merida ran her hand lightly over Naruto's back. "Hmm, don't worry dear. You'll think of something to get him back. Right now it seems they have other important thing to tell us all." She knew just how to soothe her husband. Just the slightest touch and a simple word would make him forget everything else. Rosalyn shook her head with a smile as she leaned against the wall slightly. She knew that Jin was on his way as were Zacharia and Mai. They had all been out practicing together. ~~~~ Liliana opened her mouth to say something to her brother, but she stopped when she heard Hisuki. She blinked as her head tilted to the side. "Someone is in trouble? What exactly is going on?" She frowned a little. "Cross-species?" She really hated when people thought they could experiment on anything as if they were a God. Aelina looked over at Maesuki and shook her head with a chuckle. "You do realize that your sister can see through your disguise, right?"

Merrick smirked as he kissed the nape of her neck and nibbled her earlobe. "Then what are we waiting for? And for the record... I know how to drive you just as crazy," he murmured. His chuckle seemed to float in the air as he vanished, materializing just behind Merida.

Kasumi laughed softly. "Then we can pick up where we left off... and I'm sure you want that," she said with a smirk.

Maesuki smirked slightly. "She may be able to tell it's me and sense my aura... but this disguise is special... it's a physical transformation," he murmured to Aelina; they both knew it was advanced magic, yet just like his uncle, he seemed to have a natural talent for true transformations.

"It seems Pamela's current boss, who in her words is an 'irascible pervert and an obsessive b*****d for what he can't hope to possess', wants her to meld the genetic materials of snakes and a few different spiders, most of which are venomous, into plants. Pamela has little choice, really, but she truly hates the idea," Hisuki sighed. "She lives in Gotham City," he finished; Gotham was on an island to the south of Manhattan and in some ways made Manhattan look calm and collected. Naruto grimaced before sighing softly at Merida's soft touch. Lorcan pulled away from the kiss, smirking slightly at the others. "Did we miss anything?" he chuckled. Kyos glanced towards Lorcan. "No, you haven't," he said with mild amusement

OOC| Zacharia appeared in the room, looking around at the others. "Mai and Jin are on their way." He looked at his nails, seemingly picking dirt from underneath them. Rosalyn looked to Zacharia, giving him a small nod. Sometimes she still got a small twinge of fear when she saw him. It was so ingrained in her that she couldn't help it. But she knew that he wouldn't be able to get into this house if he meant any of them harm. Amelia nodded her head as Zacharia spoke. After they arrived then they could start this meeting. Merida looked over a Merrick, smiling just as Constance appeared next to him. They were both flushed and she had a good idea she knew why. She knew that they had asked Rosalyn and Jin to watch the restaurant. It was obvious the two were going to be disappearing for a little bit of time to themselves. "You know me too well." Carolyn laughed as she disappeared to the meeting room. She knew that Kasumi wouldn't be too far behind her. Cassandra looked over at the others with a grin on her face. Before she would have found it kind of embarrassing that they had witnessed this, but now she didn't care. ~~~~~ Aelina smiled and shook her head before looking to Liliana and Hisuki. "Gotham City?" She had never heard of it. But then again she and the others hadn't gone too far from here. Liliana's head tilted to the side. "That's crazy. So she needs help?" She looked to the other two. Her mind was racing. They hadn't been far from this place and she wanted to explore the world.

OOC| Jin flickered out of sight, his form seeming to flicker like a strobe light before vanishing. "Who knows you too well?" he quipped, making Carolyn jump in startled surprise. "You are a moron," Mai sighed as she flickered into sight, tendrils of golden flame licking off her skin.

Tásúil smirked slightly as he nuzzled Arianna's bare shoulder. "You're more beautiful than many of the goddesses we've encountered," he said softly; most of the goddesses they'd met were either Greek, Roman, or Japanese. Ren chuckled as he rolled his shoulders, taking Lorelei's hand gently. "Shall we, love?" he said with amusement.

Kasumi giggled as Carolyn jumped and spun, right into her arms as Jin chuckled.

Maesuki cocked his head, though he could see blood dripping from the other young man's nose again. "I don' t know if it's healthy that someone bleeds from the nose just from memories," he muttered.

Hisuki grimaced as he touched his head. "It's... a city... it's strange... like if I let them drift through... the memories seem to surface when needed... but when I try to grasp them or consciously pull them... they slip away like greased fog," he said quietly. His head was starting to hurt again from the memories trying to surface, though he couldn't quite get the memories in any useful or coherent order.

OOC| Carolyn fell back into Kasumi's arms as someone came up behind. She glared at Jin. "You do that one too many times." She muttered, but then a grin broke out on her face. She always ended up getting him back. Rosalyn laughed softly as she saw Jin startle Carolyn. She walked over to him, slipping an arm around his waist. Mai had shown up shortly behind him. "We're going to watch the restaurant for Constance and Merrick for a little while." she murmured in his mind. ~~~~ Arianna chuckled softly as she ran her hand through Tasuil's hair. "You're going to make them jealous talking like that." She teased him lightly. She stood up and stretched, running her hand through her hair. ~~~~ Lorelei smiled as she nodded. "Yes, let's go." She leaned against him slightly as they began to walk the beach. She felt so happy, so loved and just over all wonderful. He was her everything. ~~~~ Liliana saw the blood coming from Hisuki's nose and sighed as a handkerchief appeared in her hand. She reached up and touched the cloth to his nose to try and stop the bleeding. "Maybe...you shouldn't try to grasp the memories just yet. It can't be good for you health. Let them come as they will.""No. It isn't healthy at all." Aelina frowned as she looked around once again. She felt like she was being watched. "Do you feel that," she murmured to Maesuki.

OOC| Jin tilted his head, hugging Rosalyn close. "Sounds like fun," he murmured, amused at Carolyn's glare. "If you weren't a half decent sparring partner, I'd make you wish you were never born," Mai grumbled under her breath towards Jin. "Do what one too many times, make you look startled and cute?" Jin said with amusement, knowing Carolyn would know he was teasing her.

Tásúil shrugged. "They may be jealous, but if they aren't here, then how can they have a friendship... or more with us?" he said with amusement. Ren was amused as Lorelei leaned against him; he noticed several older men looking their way with jealousy. "Seems some of the older men are jealous that I have someone so... adorable," he teased; he had paused since he couldn't immediately find a word to describe Lorelei, and in his opinion, 'adorable' was just... weak. "Hmm, where to go," he said thoughtfully.

Kasumi smirked a little, kissing Carolyn gently. "We'll get him back," she murmured with a slight giggle. "And I have a very... amusing way of doing it, too," she murmured in her lover's mind.

Maesuki frowned a little as he touched Aelina's wrist. "Something's watching us... not human, but not demon," he muttered under his breath.

Hisuki exhaled, feeling the cloth under his nose; it smelled sweet and fresh, much like Liliana herself. "I just get the feeling... that Pamela... needs help; call me crazy... but there's something... wrong... about her boss, as if he's not quite... human," he said quietly.

OOC| Rosalyn chuckled at the look on Carolyn's face. The two of them often went at it like this. Jin would do something and then both Carolyn and Kasumi would find a way to get him back. It was rather amusing at times. "Yeah it will be fun."Carolyn kissed Kasumi back, a slight shiver going up and down her spine. It didn't matter how long they had been together. This woman always made her feel as if they had only just met. "Oh you will have to tell me once we get done here..."~~~~ Arianna chuckled as a pair of jeans and a tshirt appeared on her body. "So we had a wonderful time getting clean and other things." She grinned at him. "How about we finally get something to eat? I am starving like crazy."~~~~ Lorelei looked up at Ren with a smile on her face. She kissed his cheek gently. "How about a nice little restaurant?" she murmured against his ear. ~~~~~ "If you have the feeling that she needs help, then you should trust that feeling." Liliana said with a nod of her head. "We can go if you want us to go with you. I mean..I will go with you for sure. We can ask the others to come with us."Aelina turned her gaze to Maesuki. "I know. It's strange. Something we have never encountered before." She looked up, her eyes widening as several figures stepped from the shadows. Two men with long, dark hair pulled back. They were rather intimidating with their large frames and dark eyes. The two women also had dark hair. They were petite and had beautiful blue eyes. She could see their intent on talking to her in particular.

"Lead the way; I've never been here before, though I remember you had been with your old man... when that Ramsay guy... needed him to pitch in one night," he said thoughtfully, referring to the famous Masterchef judge... or infamous, depending on whom you spoke to.

Kasumi giggled as her hands brushed down Carolyn's back before sliding slowly over the woman's lower back under her shirt as she retreated from the kiss. "Trust me, he'll never see it coming," she giggled; she doubted Jin would realize that it had already started and that his normally dark charcoal hair was a deep shade of pink with streaks of green and orange in it.

Maesuki cocked an eyebrow, wariness in his eyes before he chuckled a little. "Shows even with out experience... there are things out there we haven't encountered," he murmured.

Hisuki tilted his head as he glanced at the strangers; he could sense their auras, and the women's auras were an odd dusky silver, while the male with the silvery eyes had an aura that was a swirling silvery gray. The other two, however, had darker gray auras. He sensed no malice from them, however. "You would? I... uh... well... I don't know how to respond," he said, chuckling a bit.
