What was given ...would be returned in spades as the Drilbur moved faster than the Ponyta could have guessed. Pooka swipping her claw down this pokemon's shoulder as she smirks darkly at the hit.
This battle wasn't going to end with just one hit, but it wasn't going to be a situation where the Drilbur was completely run over either ....as Pooka came to a stop. Claws touching the ground lightly before she would bring them up in her own defense.
No she wasn't going to go down easily at all.

The Ponyta had though she had was fast enough to dance away, but as blood spotted the desert sands and she stumble backwards a few steps it become clear that that wasn't going to be the case this time.
She wasn't going to simply get away with a few marks. She had had a deep wound running down her shoulder as she glares daggers at her opponent. Though those daggers would quickly change to flames as he charges forward again. Her attack spinning flames around her ...as she seemed to turn into a rolling wheel of nothing but flames as she went to hit the ground type again with her flames.
(20 - 7 + 9 - 8 = 14dmg + burn)

She watches as yet again another of her pokemon fell, and though she knew she could have quite easily had tossed out her last pokeball. She would refrain from doing so. She didn't want this Ponyta. She wanted that Vulpix as the girl would literally give a huff of irritation.
To be so utteredly humiliated on this island. She wasn't sure what to say, but she knew that nothing that came out of her mouth would be nice.
Recalling her Drilbur she would turn to walk away.
"Fine, you won this round, but I will be back."
She declares sharply as she turns on her heel to walk away. She couldn't do anything more than that ...unless she was going to try and capture this pokemon and she had no interest in her whatsoever.

With the Drilbur down ...the Ponyta would kick up her heels in joy. She had defeated one, and now the girl was trying to run away ....there was no way that she would allow it.
Especially considering that this blight would be back ....as she charges forward with another flame wheel. This time at the girl's back ....

The girl would start her walk back towards the beach. Even as the Ponyta would find herself charging into a clone ...the copy disappearing in a cloud of smoke even as she collided.
Being a ninja had some advantages ...as she continues to walk away. She needed to get her pokemon healed so she could give this island another shot. She hadn't missed the fact that the first place she left was the pokemon center, and not the class area this time. That meant, that when she returned it would be to the pokemon center.
That meant, after getting her pokemon healed, Nakano could simply head back here.
A smile grace her face with that thought. No, it was perfect.

((Hahaha, another battle perhaps ...no not this time. But, looking at your rolls I shall get another chance))
The Cubone would watch her as she passes him by. Unlike the Ponyta he had no interest in humans and their affairs as long as they left him alone ...and as long as they left his home as it was. She hadn't altered it ....so he saw no reason to put a stop to her trespassing.
Besides, he had other things to attend to.

She was close to the exit, but there was embarrassment in her as she thought about the fact that she was so close. That she hadn't made it more than a few feet into this place before she was forced to retrace her steps back towards the entrances.
She almost wanted to scream at her own failure. The fact that she would have to let other know, but it could be worst. This could be broadcast for the world to see Nakano thought as she continued to make her way through the desert.

The beach would finally come into sight as the girl was tempted to run towards it. But, no, she had for once not attracted any attention, and she didn't want to cause herself problems by attracting attention to herself now. Slow and steady and maybe she would finally be able to get away from this place and come back ..much more prepared for this place.

The Sandshrew would pop up from the ground even as Nakano took those last steps towards the boat. Her head breaking the surface as she looked at the girl in front of her and her eyes darken. She had gone through this one time before with another girl ...another capture.
There was no way that she would be stuck with that sort of a situation again. No, she wasn't about to let another human come here ...and leave with prisoners.
She would stop her ...as she pushes herself free of the soil and came at Nakano from behind with a scratch.

The sands would muffle the sounds, and it was only a ninja's instinct that allowed her to recognize the danger as she turns around swiftly. Blade to the ground as the kunai would slide out of her sleeves as she moved to defend herself from the incoming attack. She knew that that a pokemon would be gunning for her, but never once did she guess it would be so much like the Drilbur she had captured before.
Attack first and ask question later.
The girl would move to block the attack and if she could ...run away.
There was no way she could win such a battle with the smaller but stronger creature.

The first strike would tear into her leg as the blade didn't do much more than deflect it from a deeper attack. A shallow wound but one that would cause enough pain to keep her from turning and running away. A slide to a stop as the Drilbur would come at her again ...those claws turning like a windmill. Around and around ...as she spun and let her dangerous digging claws straighten out as she used the motion to try and cut further. This time ..she would make it impossible for the girl to escape on two legs ....a she spun around and around swifter and swifter.

The move would come at her ...then as the girl felt like cursing in anger. She had managed to keep the blow shallow with that first attack ...but this one ...she could tell this one was meant to maim. As she would press her legs against the ground and try to jump backwards and into the boat.
To be chased from this island, what shame! Her family would disowned her if they knew, and she was suppose to be the heiress to a shinobi clan. How...how could she had allowed this to happen?
She wasn't going to forget nor forgive this humiliation.

Landing on the boat, the girl wouldn't wait as she would look at the creature that had brought her here, and before the pokemon could make a move ...she would make it clear that she wanted to be gone. As the boat lurches forward, she would leave this island and her own private shame behind her.
But she would be back, oh how she would be back.
Her mind was still locked on that Vulpix ...and her want to make him hers. Though that might no longer be possible, she wouldn't forget nor forgive her lost of him either.
