(its cool Cya tomorrow)  Shadow feels Rins body warmth pressed up against his back as he focused hard to maintain composure. He lifts stand up and slowly breathes in through the nose. At that moment Shadow thrusts his legs launches into the air like being fired out of a catapult. He glides through wind for a a start of and lands down leaping through the tree tops at high speed smoothing with good acrobatics and foot work. " Good thing I had a big lunch today', he thought. He looks behind himself at Rin tp see a strange look on her face. " Whats with you", he asks looking at her closly.

 "How did you just do that?! That was amazing!!!"she exclamed and wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him, still on his back."Oh my Gish what on earth is your power?! That was so cool!" she complemented him.

Running along the tree tops, Shadow explain" Well, this isnt exactly my power. Its just something I can naturally do. Not to toot my own horn, but I guess you can say im very fast and my muscle structure is different from others. So I guess that makes me strong too. I guess it just comes natural when your a creature like me."

Rin smiled."It's still really cool thow.I guess my natural abilty is to turn into a rabbet when I'm frightened or want to hide...or many that counts as a power...but I can control water too..."she laughed nervously."I guess I have no normal abilitys. But you being string and fast must cone in handy some times."

 ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ Having been so clearly denied conversation by Orochi, Penelope slumped down where she stood in a cross-legged position. She yanked off her pearl so the horns grew back and she sat there, letting the wind rumple her hair occasionally. Damn this place, she thought, feeling anger bubble up inside of her. I can't relate to anyone! Not at home, not in this infernal school...maybe things would be different if I knew who my real parents were... Tears trickled out as she began to think about her family. Had she really been such a monster that her parents hadn't wanted her around?
Her hands shook. There was nothing in Viper's memories about her old family. Penelope snarled and lashed out at the earth beneath her, fist connecting with the hard ground hard. She expected pain, but what happened instead shocked her out of her bad mood. The earth gave way like a bag of flour. She looked slowly down at her arm, half of which was encased in the ground. Pulling it out, she peered at her hand. It looked mostly the same, except for the flecks of dirt. What had changed from when she took her pearl off? Curiosity consumed her and she stepped towards a nearby tree, scratching at it carefully. The bark peeled away as it normally would. Being timid won't solve anything, she thought with a shrug. She made a quick fist and hit the trunk with all the force she had. The result was that the tree snapped and came toppling down, nearly on top of her.
Giddy with fright, she ducked out of the way and started to laugh. "Holy s**t..." she muttered, flexing her hands with a wild and uncharacteristic grin. ♦ ~  ~ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦

(im hoping some action starts soon) " Well.....I guess so",Shadow answers in a reluctant tone. He didnt seem to see his power as lightly as the others do their own. He touch back down at the edge of the school ground and sets Rin back down. " You should head back to class where its safer", Shadow suggested.

♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦♦ Penelope let her laughter die out and strolled through the forest, barefoot, as her feet were somehow tough enough to withstand every bristle and twig, rocks were pressed into the dirt behind her. Strangely, this made her feel better. Probably a side effect of Viper's hostility. Giving a pine a good solid whack with both hands, she watched it fall with a broad smile, "Timber!" she shouted, excited until she saw someone was actually in the way. "Rin!" she cried, reacting without thinking. She wouldn't make it to the girl in time to push her out of the way, so she turned and closed her eyes, raising her hands above her head. For a moment it looked as though she would be crushed.
The tree fell with a mighty crack onto her palms and split once more, this time in half. Surprised, Penelope opened her eyes and heaved the great thing in a different direction. Frantically pushing her hair out of her face, she rushed over to her and the boy standing with her, "I'm so sorry," she babbled, "I didn't see you there...I guess I was being reckless and..." ♦ ~ ~ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦ ♦

sudenly a gient shadow loomed over her.a tree.she screamed unable to do anything.sudenly a green haired girl helped stop the tree from hitting her.Rin stood there frozen.her eyes were wide but she blinked a few times abd was ok.she rembered this girl from her first period too."I-It's ok I-It wasent your f-falt.you d-dident mean to almost hit me."

As soon as the tree started falling, Shadow steps in front of the tree to block it. But out of the blue, the girl who knocked it over manages to undo her mess in the nick of time. " You should be more careful. Having strength like that isnt something to play around with", Shadow explained from past experience.

You sound like my mother or something. Haven't you ever had a little fun? I stopped it didn't I?" She raised an eyebrow, but then realized what she'd just said and her eyes widened, tone changing to apologetic almost immediately, "Oh! She cringed, "Pretty awful thing to do if you ask me. What I'd like to know is if we're even safe here. Should we really be learning how to disguise ourselves, or should we be learning to attack and defend this place?" From what Penelope explain, no changes have occurred yet. But that still doesn't mean the killer isnt hiding somewhere on the school grounds. Shadow has his mind set on tracking down the killer and taking him down so he could get on with his school life without any distractions. But for some reason, he cant help but feel there may be another reason. He walks next to Penelope while facing forward towards the grounds. " I'm not afraid to die. But I have reasons to fight.", said Shadow boldly in a calm quiet tone. From the height in Penelope's view he was an inch or two shorter. The usual size for a thirteen year old. He turns to her and looks up speaking formally to here," You seem pretty strong, so you shouldn't worry.". " I need to head off now, but could you please look after Ms. Netagawa for the time being, Sempai?" Speaking formally inst exactly his style, but Shadow couldn't bear to see someone so discouraged. He look up at her gracefully straight in the eye with his cold fierce eyes looking up through his bangs, wolf ears twitching and his tail swishing. Almost resembled an epic scene with a little brother shota. At that moment Shadow slowly walks off toward the school ground and bolts off searching for the assailant.
