The girl nodded when Razzer thought to himself about his tentacles. Slightly surprised, he was about to say something, but the girl started inching towards him. He also noticed that the neko kid had taken interest in him also. Figuring that getting grumpy and acting like an a** wouldn't be the way to go, Razzer let the girl approach. "I'm sorry, but..." she muttered, and poked him. And then poked him again. As if suddenly realizing what she was doing, she backed away jerkily, running into the neko. "I don't... don't think you're seeing things." she said quietly to the neko, obviously hoping Razzer didn't hear. Razzer's eye twitched a bit, and he sighed.
"Sit down." he said patiently to the two of them, gesturing with a tentacle to the seats opposite him.

Allowing Lazoras to lead her inisde as she was lost in thought, she blinked when he spoke, just realizing that they had arrived at their pre-selected destination. "Huh? Oh, yeah of course I'm going to eat." she said, her voice a little far-off as she had been pulled from her thoughts and slowly returned to them, turning a light shade of pink as she shook her head, trying to rid her mind of the thoughts and memory of what'd happened. Letting go of his hand, she went up to the food line and grabbed a tray. Upon the tray she had a bowl of vegetable and beef soup and a small salad with some chicken pieces on it. Sliding her card into the register, she went and sat at her usual booth, absent-mindedly poking her salad with a fork.

Hhad watched her thinking some geting alittl worried at how she seemed to beoutout of it but not thinking muc of it after that thinking she was just hunry and cout up in thout it happined to the bests of people sometimes. he watched her grabed a fry and get food. he did teh same but he had goten some steerfry for someresone it sounded gbood to hjim. about buying it hr relized ofcorse it did becouse his mother made it all the time back home. He lisde his card across the be bored and thin headed on. he moved over and he hat opposite her at the table and he looked to her thinking juat tlittle he set his thuings down he staired at her for a minate before he wisped our slightly owrried to her " Caprice, are you ok ? " he asked watching her he seemed worried that something was wrong or that he had mnest something up.
( sorry if i spelt things wrong, i literly just woke up, and im going right back to bed to XD )

She blinked and stopped poking at her salad, coming back down to earth. "Yeah, I'm fine." she said in a quiet voice as she now used her fork to actually eat her food instead of play with it. If her thoughts had been audible, it'd be proof that she was still in denial. Today she was really quiet while she ate. And unless she was reading or doing some some sort of homework, quiet was usually a bad thing when it came to her as she tended to have the energetic personality. When she had obtained her food she was ravenous but now she wasn't feeling very hungry anymore, another strange thing for her today. Even still, she made herself eat since she didn't want to end up sick.

Gino watched with a confused dog look as Ashley poked the squid like person. "..." He let his ears twitch and the girl started walking backwards, untill she fumbled onto him. His hair raised as he caught the girl by the shoulders and let go of her as she got her balance back. Gino slowly started to drift into his own world. A squid? Amazing...This information might come in handy... He shook his head. Me and my info. He sighed.
The squid like person shook his tentical in an attempt to tell the two to go sit. "It'll be our pleasure." He said with a crooked smile and a sweatdrop. He got to a chair and sat down, pulling his legs up and sitting with his legs crossed together. Gino took a look at what he was having, the squid person. With a light drool, he sniffed the air. "W-what is that stuff?" He said as he looked at the bowl of somewhat noodles.
Gino sighed sadly to himself as he shook his head, trying to pull back his strong look. "I-I mean, what is your name? I'm Gino. Sorry if I was weird by stairing at you earlier..it's just that it's not every day I see someone of your species, or type." He said with a smile, also holding his breath to try and block out the smell of the tasty substance he was eating. Without him knowing it, his tail moved slowly along the chair.
Such an entresting thing.. He stopped, and gave a big exhale out, then inhaling again taking in a deep smell of the Ramen. He grew faint eyes, as he pleasured the smell of the Ramen.

Ashley stared at the squid guy for several seconds, partly because Gino's thoughts were still echoing through her head and very hard to ignore. At first she didn't even know what he'd said, but figured it out after a moment. "S-sit down?" she echoed, blinking a couple times. She thought she would've been yelled at for just going up and so rudely poking him like she had. So she hesitated, watching as Gino replied and agreed. Ashley stood rooted in place for a couple more seconds, and then nervously began fidgeting with the long sleeves of her sweatshirt.
Then she slowly inched forward again, this time plopping down into the seat beside Gino, and across from the squid guy. She stared fixedly at the table, green eyes narrowed slightly as she kept herself from staring at him.Such an entresting thing.. She jumped slightly as Gino's voice echoed around her head and looked up at him, blinking a couple times. "What is?" she asked before she could stop herself. She didn't seem to realize she'd just responded to his thoughts, since she was now busy staring at his ears again. She'd come very close to tugging on them earlier, but had been distracted. Now she was trying to force herself to keep from giving it another try, but it was extremely hard for her to keep her hands to herself, it seemed. Usually she certainly was not like this, but then again, she'd never seen people like this before either.

( ya well i figured it would be even werse becouse i couldnt keep my eyes open XD )
Lazoras kept his eyes on her as he thout some glancing back and forth now nad thin he was afrade something was wrong but he didng wont to push the subject and upset her so he kept his mind cloused off to everything else as he watched her eating his food he had ate kinda fast seens he kinda wonted to get it dwn and overwith. Apone finashing he stood up and he trashed hi things before moving over and sits donw beside her alittle closer thin he had ment to he looked over at her " Caprice, whats bothering you ?" he asked looking to her as he thout alittle keeping a gnetles slightly worried stair on her

The neko sat down a moment later, but the girl hesitated for a minute before finally inching into the seat beside the neko. The neko kid started eyeing Razzer's half-empty ramen bowl. "W-what is that stuff?" he blurted out. Razzer opened his mouth to enlighten him, but the kid interrupted him. "I-I mean, what is your name? I'm Gino. Sorry if I was weird by staring at you earlier...it's just that it's not every day I see someone of your species, or type."
"It's ramen." Razzer answered politely, nodding towards the bowl which was probably lukewarm now, at best. He'd have to order some more later. Drat. "My name is Razzer. Nice to meet you Gino." the half-squid looked at the girl, who was quite effectively avoiding his gaze. "And it's no worries about the staring." he assured Gino. "I get it a lot." he rubbed the back of his head with a tentacle.
"But I have to correct you on something: I'm not this way by nature. I'm human." he doubted Gino would believe him, but it was the truth. He hadn't been born a squid. But he was now, and that's what mattered. Throwing a sidelong glance at the girl, Razzer noticed that she was now interested in Gino's ears. Obviously this girl isn't around mages or nekos that often.
As he had figured out a few minutes previous, this girl was most probably telepathic. So, he decided to test the theory.
What's your name, girl? he thought to himself.

Gino smiled. "Well, I guess things happen. I don't want to get to much into you." He continued on, turning his head to see the girl, who asked a question. "Oh, well I think alot. And seeing that you read minds is going to be a pain for you. I'm more of the thinker. I was just thinking about Razzer here, about how intresting he is." He continued to look at her, and soon relised she was stairing at him. His face got a tint of red in embarressment.
I-is she looking at my ears? Or my tail? His face got blue at the top as he shot back. "I-is it my ears? Or my tail? Does it really make me that girly?" He said, as his face got low and soon found himself in a corner, poking the wall. "I'm just a girly neko.." He mumbled. Gino, would sometimes sadly get is moods get the best of himself. He was, well, just embaressed at the fact of being a neko.
"..." His eyes where faint, and his skin was blue of the sadness. "...I'm so sad." He squeaked out. Gino was holding his knees with one hand, poking the left side of the corner of the wall. Your such a girl! Haha! Nyyahhh. You've been watching to many anime's with me. He shook his head. "..My sister's talking to me again." He squeaked and mumbled. At time to time, his sister would some how 'Talk' to him in his head. He continued to poke the wall like a little kid.

Ashley continued staring at Gino's ears, but gave a jolt of alarm as a different voice, not his, filled her head. She winced, clutching at it with one hand as she shut her eyes for a moment, until she suddenly realized the thought had actually been directed at her this time. She blinked, slowly looking back at Razzer. She stared at him for a few seconds, and then blinked again. "Um, Ashley..." she mumbled uncertainly.
But her attention was quickly grabbed by Gino again, as he looked at her. She turned back to face him again, wincing slightly as his thoughts came to her now. She guessed she'd better get used to it if she planned on talking to him again. She didn't see why he'd want to though... She blinked once more, in confusion that only grew when he stammered and asked if he was girly. Her expression was blank as her eyes followed him for a second, watching as he poked the wall and started squeaking out words rather than speaking them properly.
"Wha... what...?" She leaned towards him slightly, head tilted to one side in confusion. "Are you...? I didn't say anything like that! It's not girly! I think they're really cool!" She turned to stare are Razzer. "Right?" she asked, seeking confirmation from another so it'd seem more convincing. She flinched as she heard another voice echo through her head, followed by Gino saying his sister talked to him. Her confusion grew greater with each passing second.

"Well, I guess things happen. I don't want to get to much into you." Gino replied. Razzer let a small smile out. Thank god, someone who wasn't a probing git. "Thanks, Gino." he said. Then, as he had predicted, the girl told Razzer her name. Either that, or she had an incredible sense of timing. Ashley, she was called.
A small and confusing conversation between Ashley and Gino then ensued, where Ashley heard some of Gino's thoughts and responded to them, assuring him that his ears and tail didn't make him look girly.
"I didn't say anything like that! It's not girly! I think they're really cool!" she exclaimed, then looked at Razzer, taking him slightly by surprise. "Right?" He shrugged. "Gino's a neko, they look neither girly nor like macho men."
That probably wasn't the answer Ashley was looking for, but it was his opinion. Figuring he'd start conversation and break the awkward ice, he turned to Ashley.
"So Ashley, what brings you to Ria?" he asked. Obviously not to see the sights, as every one of them seems to surprise you. he added in his head, forgetting that Ashley was telepathic. He kicked himself mentally, but pushed it to the back of his mind.

Finished with her food, Micha looked across the table at Laurel, to see that she was only half-finished with hers. She reached slowly across the table, snagging a dumpling with two fingers and popping it quickly into her mouth. "Hey! No fair, go get your own!" Laurel scowled at her. Micha looked unrepentantly at her sister, batting her eyelashes. *But you were going so slow, I wanted to help,* she said innocently into Micha's mind, since her mouth was still full of dumpling. Suddenly, her eyes widened. She swallowed quickly. "Lor...did I take..." "Oh god!" Laurel grabbed for her purse, and pulled out the packet of pills. She handed one to Micha, who swallowed it with the last of her soda. "Did...you get it in time?" Micha opened her mouth, then closed it. *I...I...* She slumped forward onto the table. *Ohmygawd...MI! Mi, please wake up!* Laurel ran around the table, and shook her sister's shoulder. Micha didn't wake. Laurel groaned softly. I don't think she's having a seizure...I think she's just passed out. But I hafta get her to the hospital. Spotting a group of people sitting nearby, she walked over to them. Her hands shook nervously, and she tucked them behind her back. "P-please...can you help m-me? I n-need to get m-my sister to the hospital, b-but I can't c-carry her." She pointed towards Micha, still slumped across the table.

Ashley slowly tore her gaze away from Gino as she heard Razzer's reply, and blinked at him a couple times. "...what?" She'd obviously been expecting fullhearted agreement, for Gino's sake, but it seemed she'd picked the wrong person to question. She frowned, glancing at Gino and then back to Razzer again as he completely changed the subject. She wasn't sure how he could so easily do so when Gino was obviously upset or... something. She blinked again, reaching one hand out as she tapping one of Gino's ears. "Like I said, they're really cool," she mumbled, and then rubbed it lightly before sharply pulling her hand back.
Her face slightly red now, she glanced back at Razzer, finally answering his question. Though, his thoughts echoed through her head again, causing her to wince and frown at the same time. It also confused her again, since she'd thought that he'd figured out she could read one's thoughts. But maybe she was mistaken? No, he must've just let it slip. It was hard to break the habit of thinking to yourself. She sighed quietly as she brushed a piece of brown hair that'ds fallen from her ponytail back behind her ear.
"Well, excuse me for growing up under normal cirucumstances," she replied in an attempted icyness, but failed as her face flushed even more red. She could honestly say she wasn't used to being mean to people, and now felt dumb that she'd even tried. She paused for a second and then glanced back at the table, since she'd been tempted to stare once again. "I'm trying to.. learn how to control my mind reading," she replied quietly. "And telekenisis.."
She trailed off, staring at a girl who approached them. Her eyes widened slightly as she realized what she'd said, but she neither spoke nor moved. What kind of school was this? She'd just passed out... was that normal?! She really had no idea, since she'd just arrived and this place was rather... insane.

Haruko smiled at the small mouse she had dubbed Tama and ate a bite of rice and another omelette. She was almost done with the right half of her bentou. She finished the omelettes and started on the rice. She loved this place already and she hadn't even been here too long. Tama made another squeak of approval and popped his head out of the pocket. He was the most kawaii thing she had ever seen. She giggled at him and ate a bite of the fish on the other half. It was a good bentou.
She looked at Rin. "Do you want to go anywhere after this...? I've not explored much of the campus yet..." she said, taking a sip of the juice she had also ordered but not drank yet. She didn't want to be alone in such a big school... but sometimes you had to be. She nodded in approval to herself and looked down at Tama. His eyes glowed and he cooled off a bit of her fish with his magic. What a resourceful little creature this was... She smiled as he fell back asleep and waited for Rin's reply.

Rin picked up her drink, taking a small sip before popping another french fry into her mouth. She looked up though, at the small squeak Tama let out, and once more had to force back another smile, keeping it from appearing on her face. Instead, she continued frowning as she chewed and swallowed. She glanced up at Haruko for a second before looking back at her plate. "I'm tired," she repeated again. "So I was going to sleep."
She knew perfectly well she wasn't an interesting person to be around, but didn't seem to mind. She wasn't used to interacting much with people anyway. The fact that she'd already met three people, plus a mouse, during just her first day here was extremely odd to her and she just couldn't understand how it'd happened. She brushed a few strands of vibrant purple hair behind an ear as she ate another fry, only a few left scattered across her plate. She had yet to notice Razzer in the area.
