So the gist of what’s been going on with the boys and Jule:

Jule, with Dung’s help, ransacked Pyrate’s manor while Pyrate was first getting into Hermione’s program, and partially burned the house down to make it look more like a normal robbery than a pillaging trip. Jule wanted some of Pyrate’s tools and books, and the PHs were a lucky bonus. Over the years, Jule struggled to invent a spell strong enough to control them, and ended up ******** them up with his botched attempts; he kept having to stop, fix them up, and try over again. Luckily Pyrate created them sturdy enough to endure such stupid experimenting. Jule only recently (less than a year ago) succeeded, using his blood in a couple of rituals to half-assedly link himself to them; it wasn’t as potent with Vith as with Barra because Vith has more of Pyrate’s mark in him, since Vith was most often Pyrate’s base in blood rituals and summonings as kids. Gradually both PHs have been regaining bits of themselves and their abilities, hence Pyrate’s dreams; eventually, with Jule being so cocky, they’ll be able to throw him off entirely and escape. Though it’s more likely that they’ll be rescued.

Thoughts, Lor? Kat? Anything you want me to change? ^__^ I don’t mind going back and adjusting – we’re still just barely two steps into the plot of it at this point.

XD As awesome as the eyeball trick would be there's potions he can pour in there, bandage it over and it'll regrow on its own.

S'not hexed or cursed, just got melted/popped and is all dribbling down his face. Just a slow fix, since he prolly won't want to go to Saint Mungo's for it.
