YAYNESS Now Gwen can acquaint herself with Andou ^^
hey Kazuma, class is kind of not at the academy because the academy was well... not destroyed in the attack, but well. People are rebuilding now ^^"
Also to roll dice you just pick Roll Dice and then submit, it will give you an error form but after you submit the normal dice screen will pop up XD
Anyway, Andou is in the housing district right now <.<'

Well, you could just 'run' into Andou (since he's the Academy Teacher) in the housing district since he's there and that's where you are as well (assuming you leave your house)... >.> xD
Edit: The dice roll thing, no, not unless you're doing something, like hiding or literally running I'd suppose... O.o
