nnnn. It was Swablu, wasn't it? The only one not in a three stage evolution or pseudo legendary.
I thought about that. But the wording got me. By different skies, I thought it meant the area...in the end I went with Dratini because Dragonite is from Gen. I, and Bagon and Swablu are from Gen. III. Also, its the only one not to be blue in its final stage. Thats not relevant at all, but I thought I'd throw that in.

Swablu is right, but the logic is wrong.
Swablu is the only one without leathery wings, and the only one that has always been able to fly. Thus, it flies different from the others.

Just went to Lake Tahoe/Reno.
Back now.
And I think I'll set up the Brony RP sooner than I thought. Juuuuust, getting stuff together.
