(( Yes, yes I know. You and Keegan at the same time against me, or it could just be a training match not one that I'm trying to win. ^^
In any case you should come to Mauville with us since it's a lot more fun to RP with someone else, but it's your choice. 3nodding ))

It was a hot day, not anything new in Fushia City, it was always hot there. Anyway's it was hot day outside and Dante was thinking that perhaps he should have brought his white cloak with him instead of his black one. Black absorbed heat didn't it? Dante didn't know about that but he did know that it was hot.
Did he mention that it was hot? Sighing he wished he could take the damn thing off. He knew he would regret it if he did. The last time he did he had ended up getting treated for sever two degree burns. 'Oh well,' He thought 'at least I am leaving now. Not that I didn't like it here but it is about time I started on my pokemon journey.' Looking one last time at the city in which he grew up in Dante turned around and reached for his belt and pulled out a single pokeball.
His parents had given him money to go into the saffari zone last week in order to catch his first pokemon. He had been hoping for a Chansey or a Syther, something rare like that. Instead he ended up catching an oddly collored Ponyta. Tossing the ball down and watching the red light form into the now somewhat familiar form of the pony pokemon he figured that it wasn't so bad. Ponyta was a good pokemon and as a benifit he could ride around on it. Granted he had spent the whole of last week trying to make it friendly so it wouldn't burn him when he did ride on it, but still, he could travel around a lot faster. Finally his pokeball flew back to him when Ponyta had finished emerging.
As mentioned before this Ponyta had strange coloring, it was also a bit small for its age but that was besides the point. The point was that its flames, instead of red and yellow were a black and white color. Its fur was an almost silverish and shone in the sun. It was quite frankly a miracle that nobody had noticed it in the saffari zone so far and had managed to catch it.

((You know, it's funny, but I was considering going to Johto somewhat soon to catch two Pokemon from that region. I'm going for two from each generation. ^^;; ))
"I don't know," Keegan admitted. "I think it's far too early to venture into any gyms at the moment. I probably should find somewhere to get some training in, although I'm definitely staying away from the scenic route below Cycling Road."
He scooped up Vulpix, and pulled a brush out of his backpack. Vuplix made happy noises as Keegan pulled the brush gently through his somewhat tangled fur. Soon it was soft and shiny.
"There," Keegan said, smiling. "Looking good!"

Viper woke up in his house in blackthorn city and he got up and went over to his desk and picked up all his gear and walked down stairs . Sying bye to his parents he went down the mountain pass to cherry grove city. He walked over to the ocean and pulled out a poke ball " come on out dratini " a butiful dragon came out of the ball and started to swim in the water " have fun girl because we start our adventure later ok" dratini noded and continued to swim and have fun

"Training eh?" Mitsu said, her lips curling at the suggestion. No longer being able to hold in the urge to battle she suggested. "How bout a practice match with me? Nothing to hard or serious."
Sapphire's ears perked up at the word training and Ivy rustled his leaves. "Two on two? It'll be a good chance for your Pokemon to bond." The blue Houndoom now stood up and circled Mitsu's legs a few times and settled for a spot on the left side of her legs while Ivy took the right. She withdrew her other Pokemon and put their Pokeballs into her backpack.
"Sound like a plan?" Realizing that she had sounded a tad too eager she gave a nervous laugh and blushed a shade of bright pink. Her Houndoom seemed amused at the pink color and Ivy tilted his head.

Placing the bridle on the fire horse pokemon he carefully hoped on its back the Ponyta easily taking his weight. Reaching down and carefully rubbing the side of his neck Dante carefully thought of where he was going to go. Really he had no clue where he was going or where he wanted to end up. Thinking for a moment Dante just decided to go to the nearest town, which happened to be Vermillion City. He figured he would have to camp over night but that didn't really bother him. He could skip a lot of the way by cutting through the area that the routes went around. If he came across any trouble he could always either take whatever it was out with Ponyta or run away.
His plan of action set he gently steared Ponyta north and nudged him along a bit with a light tap to his flanks. There was a slight breeze blowing and Dante had to be careful that his hood didn't fall off or anything. The savana like grasses didn't provide much protection from the sun. Glancing over to the left he could see the fence to the Safari zone. He smiled a bit at that and thought he would miss it. Perhaps when Ponyta became a lot stronger and perhaps evolved he would make a trip back and capture another pokemon there.

Viper got up and called dratini back to her ball " its time to go he headed up the road to the next town and hope he would find some one there who could help with his quest

"Back off, Manectric!" Surge bellowed, and the lean electric Pokemon jumped back, taking a Psybeam in its chest. It flew back, landing on its feet, electricity crackling over its body, but showing no signs of weakness. "Alright! Give it a Thunderbolt!" the electrical master said sternly, his weathered face calm. Manectric gave a cry, and the air seemed to be filled with electricity as it generated the attack.
"Ooh," Kasiya said quietly, as some of her hair stood on end. Shocker sat blissfully on her head, completely enjoying the electricity.

"Training battle? Against you? Heh...." Keegan tucked away the brush, trying not to look into Mitsu's eager face. Vulpix nuzzled his hand fondly, and Electrike sat by his feet, eyes closed. Training or not, he thought bitterly, we'd get our greenhorn butts kicked. "Seems like you haven't had a decent battle in a long time," he said finally, looking up at her. "I don't think you could satiate that spirit of yours by battling us. We've only just begun our journey, and you're like a seasoned veteran."
"Vuull..." Vulpix curled up in his lap, closing his eyes and sighing.

"They're both confused," Rose said, slightly shocked.
"This is going to be interesting," said Jess. "I wonder who will come to first?"
"Come on, Butterfree!" cried Jaeshan. "You've got to snap out of it! If we don't win this one, we'll never be able to challenge Misty!"
"Slowpoke? Come on! You can't give up now!" wailed Anna. "Get it together and use Confusion again!"
"Come on, Butterfree! Use Gust!" ordered Jaeshan.
But both Pokemon didn't do anything at all, just stared blankly ahead.
