What exactly does "fufufu" mean in the pokemon games? Is it like trying to rageface and c-c-c-combo breaker at the same time? gonk

It's a kind of Japanese onomatopoeia for "sinister" laughing. It kinda sounds like a low-tone "hoohoohoohoohoo~". xd

While you're translating, how about "girigirigiri etc.?" like in Viva Tales Of? A dictionary I saw says that giri means duty or something... But dutydutyduty peta peta peta?!  Kratos says to JUST EXPLAIN!!!

Girigirigirigiri~! Ooh, I remember seeing Jade taunt Cless during a fight in the Viva Tales of! skits and saying that. rofl I it's the sort of "sound" spinning or going in circles would make. So in my head, that equates to him just saying "Round and round and round and round I go~!"
I think the thing to take into account is that when the words are used in onomatopoeia, they never really mean the words they sound similar to. So "giri" alone just means "duty", but "girigirigiri" does not mean "dutydutyduty". It's just a sound, just like out "pows" and "bams" and what not. xp
What's the context behind petapetapeta? I mean, what's going on (in the skit or whatever?) whey they say that?

Man, it is it moving slow today.
So. I'll do my first musical analysis. Here we go.
Cerberus versus Beowulf both versions of the same song, "suffer": Cerberus , Beowulf ;; Quite personally I like Beowulf better. It just sounds a lot better to me.
Next it's the twins. Both have their own renditions of "taste of blood.": Dante Vergil ; Personally I absolutely adore Vergil's. Though both fit each brother quite well. Dante's is very rough and energetic, where as Vergil's is calm and decisive.
The twin's again. Both with the two different renditions of "Divine Hate.": Dante Vergil ;; Again, biased towards Vergil's.
Now between two of Dante's themes. Both Renditions of the song "Blackened Angel.": Original BA mix Lock and Load Mix ;; Personally I favor Lock and Load over the original. Probably because I'm more used to hearing it.
Then of course, there's Nero's theme, Never surrender Mix, (The Time has come) to compare with Dante's.
I'm kind of a sucker for good, lively battle themes. Devil May Cry has kind of mixed my favorite Genre in with Game music. Here are some of the other songs that are amazing from Tales games:
