Co-ownership Agreement with Teh Roarie and DragonBreath1989 for Ruby Lotus, Jem and Tebald
Both of us have display rights. Both us have roleplay rights. She however is given most power of character development and relationships. I will not step on her toes but she must consult with me about major life altering plots, breeding and maiming/death.
I will give her full rights to each of their first breedings. Second and third are to be discussed and shared equally. She will let me approve the pair though.
I reserve full right to revoke co-ownership at any time should she prove an inadequate caretaker of my pets. I reserve the right to decide what an inadequate caretaker is.

I, Pollack, am co-owning Eyota with Thalea.
The rules for the agreement follow below:
General/RP rights
-We both have rights to put him in our signatures and teepee.
- We both have main RP rights.
-We both will have full OOC rights.
-We both have the right to input our ideas for breeding mate(s) even if it is not our breeding.
-The rights to any familiars attached to Eyota.
Notes on Contests:
Both Thalea and Pollack can enter Eyota in a contest whenever they wish. In less it is something that will be life changing like a skinwalking, Then it must be discussed between the two before entering.
Life changing decisions.
Such as life mating/ Becoming a skinwalker ect. It will have to be discussed between the two of us before deciding on anything.
Breeding
1st breeding:
In the first breeding, I get to keep one of the baskets. If more than two basket occurs, we shall discuss with all parties what happens to it.
2nd breeding:
The second breeding, Thalea gets a basket. Again, more than two baskets shall be discussed on.
3rd breeding:
Will co own one basket together. If more then two baskets occur we will discuss it with the other party.
-If Pollack or Thalea wishes to leave gaia or the soquili shop then full rights will go over to the other. Any life mates or future breedings will not be affected by this change in ownership and will be honored.
-(Even if I'm sure it's not needed.) Pollack has full rights to break the co-ownership at anytime. As well as Thalea as the right to give up all rights to Pollack at anytime. She may not pass on her co-ownership to anyone.

<3 Since about eight months ago I've decided to give Eyota to Thalea FULLY, because I do not roleplay him or do anything else but horde him. I know Thalea will take good care of him and in time will find amazing plots with him. <3 Merry christmas, darling. This is for being an amazing friend to me for the past two years! The new rights go as follow: Thalea has full rights over breeding, roleplay, sig rights, and future co-own rights to whoever she wishes to. He's hers with no strings attached and I can not claim in any shape or form that I am an owner of Eyota. Nor am I owned a basket from any of his breedings. That's about it. Oh my!  This is an ownership transfer of the soquili Malcolm. All rights are going from Nisshou H to Marzipanz. Marzipanz is to be the sole owner starting with her agreement to this post. I've been a neglectful owner and haven't RPed him at all in two years time so she is free to tweak his personality as she sees fit. Treat him well Marzi! Okay? xD

Eriana Rhode Infinities I am going to co-own Oruha with draconianraven. *draconianraven will have RP rights. Infinities may use her in mock RP. It is also -asked- though not required, that raven alert me when she is in a guild RP with her so I may add the link to my teepee for stats. *Any choice of mate needs to be run by me first before any decisions take place. *Should a three basket breeding occur, we will both discuss (along with the father's owner) where that basket will go. We will also work together to find a home for a basket should a third breeding occur. *draconianraven will get a basket from the first breeding to do with it as she chooses. *I will get a basket in a second breeding. *In the event draconianraven feels she cannot roleplay Oruha anymore, she and I will find another roleplayer for her jointly, unless she does not have the time or desire to, in which case Oruha will revert to me.

Signature Rights: Both RP Rights: Infinities Mate Decision: Both must confirm, unless one has not logged in for over 3 months Breeding: Baskets will be negotiated should breedings occur. If a basket's owner cannot be decided, it will be co-owned under the same terms as this agreement.
