techpriest35 @icee so im just curious did you get the pm i sent with all the riddles and the answers i didnt even look to see if they were useable i just copied them from the first site i went to hope that doesnt make them nonusable also if you dont want to be a person givbing the riddles i can do so if need be
don't really have a lot of time to read alll of my PMs but I will read yours and respond shortly!
Also, next week Referees is when we'll be setting up all the threads!
@Red: I'm excited to see what you do! Remember it's our 2nd Annual Quidditch World Cup.
@Mylian: Yes, Amber is over that for now, but when things get less busy we'll try to find someone else to do it, so that it won't be another thing on the Mods. Right now, all the Mods can do wands, so hopefully someone does yours soon. Red was pretty correct.
So it doesn't have to be Concessions that was just something I threw out there. Keep brainstorming and I'll be back in full swing on Saturday!

It seems to me that the Beyond Hogwarts subforum could use an overhaul. it's severely neglected.
I think it should be treated as an isolated continuity and opened up to all Sorted members. Seventh Years could keep participating in the school RPs and events in the rest of the guild, while in the Beyond Hogwarts subforum they could play adult versions of their school characters. And opening it up to adult versions of all Sorted member characters would mean that they don't have to participate there alone.

I'm actually about to lock that subforum... it's still underconstruction. Hopefully once the summer term starts we can focus on that more.
I do like your ideas of course. Another idea was to make it grads only contests and stuff. I like your ideas a lot.

There will be a betting booth thread.
There will be a game thread (tentatively Concessions)
Then there'll be the main thread where coming up with chants is encouraged!
@Mylian: you'll probably lose Ravenclaw loads of points. Perhaps using a tektek toolbar will help?

I know that more than one person has already covered this but I just thought I'd add my own blurb.
I generally just do them when I get a chance... Usually I don't like doing one or two wands at a time though. xd
Sorry I haven't gotten to any of them yet, this summer has been pretty hectic for me. I will start assigning the wands once I respond to a few other things.
Anyway, thanks for helping out everyone!
(I don't think there's anything else I need to respond in this thread right now... Correct me if I'm wrong)

The blackout still remains my most favorite event awww the memories.
if you happened to be apart of it: great, if not sad at least you can read the stories.
we're planning something HUGE this year FYI. Hopefully it'll be bigger and better than the BLACKOUT!

But I'm having fun reading what you guys are working on. It's actually kind of nice to be able to sit back and observe. But if anyone needs any help, my schedule is pretty open. So I'm willing to help anyone who might be overwhelmed between gaia, guild, and real life.

@KT that was after you left... and since your other account is gone do you want to make this one your official? technically you're in Hufflepuff...
@Amber: that was a time where the guild was DEAD I mean it was depressing logging on lol... so we came up with the Blackout to see who all was still here and to regain activity. it was a huge success.

So if I get everything I need to get done this weekend, this event will be a blast.... I'm getting way too excited. Big success I'm anticipating and special thanks to techpriest, Aunt Slappy, and vivacious red!
Hopefully you guys see this, but if not, I'll be PMing you tomorrow anyway. Make sure to have your first trivia question ready by Monday!
Also, if you guys have any questions about how to tally the points, ask me if you're tech/slappy and red you can ask Tina.
