Everytime I've fought him, the light came out of me and encompassed em keeping him away. I don't know why he wants me. I've told him I'm not a light being, but he won't listen." Sapphire pauses for a minute. "Maybe it's cause I told him he helped me. He saved me once, before he became this." Sapphire says looking up.

"His strength is in the darkness, that much is evident to anyone who ever encounters him. Though very few who do so ever live to share that observation from what I have seen. But what interests me most is you say that he became what he is now? You mean to say that he wasnt always a demon of darkness then?"

But what interests me most is you say that he became what he is now? You mean to say that he wasnt always a demon of darkness then?" "No, as far as I can remember he always controlled the shadows. I think, but he had a good heart once. I know it. He saved me from the cave." Sapphire says standing and walking to the bar. She didn't have enough alcohol to continue this conversation. She goes behind the bar and pulls out a bottle of Vodka.

"Hmm. Well, magic of that nature does tend to corrupt its wielders over time. But a creature born to such powers should have been under its influence its entire life, which be contrary to you saying he had a good heart. If only I could catch him in one place long enough to really see into him. Even better if I could find a way into his mind..." *Li'ad trails off, talking half to Sapphire and the empty room and half to himself now.*

*Li'ad made his way out of the Inn, conjuring his cloud to transform within and taking flight, up above the cloud level again. He always thought better when he was in motion in the sky, and while up there he could continue scanning around the area.*

Itius was in front of the Muffin with Yule. He was once again shirtless and spear at hand. He picked up his shield and looked at Yule. She had his short sword and was standing in position. He gets close to her and helds out the shield, "It's heavy. You sure you want to carry it." "I can try..."

He held it by the rims so she could put her arm through the straps. Once she did he slowly let it go and he saw how slowly Yule sank with the shiel. He stopped laughing and picked it up himself, "It's okay I didn't expect you to carry it." "But I want a shield too..." she said almost about to cry. "I guess there might be one inside the house. You live with warriors one of them is bound to have one." she bowed and ran inside to look for one. He smiled almost dreamily, "She's a nice girl."

Caradoc walked downstairs and stopped at the sight of Itius. After a few moments of staring, he blocked his vision from the Spartan and walked over to a couch.

Yule went up the stairs and game down with a woodem shield. Seeing Doc she bowed and asked politely, "Hello, may I get you anything?" Itius opened the door still with spear and shield at hand, "Yule what's taking so...Oh Caradoc! You feeling better. I'm sorry about last time. I didn't know my gift could hurt you." he placed the shield down and walked towards him.
