Kashan let out a slight sigh. Luna seemed as if she was needing some kind of assistance and Kashan knew that sparring usualy losened the tounge of poeple for some odd reason, "Fine. I'll spar with you but I am not going to be much of a challenge in this form. I will need to ascend slightly in order to be of any challenge to you and that dose drain my energy, I will not be able to spar at my full potencial since but I am willing to do this for you Luna." He said before whispering into Sam's ear, "I'll be back later on. Why don't you go upstairs and rest or grab something to eat." he said before walking out of the ball room.

Kashan walked threw the halls with Luna as he thought on where to go. He was still not too familiar with the manor or its facilities. "Somewhere with a large enough are for us to fight and with few flamable materials would be good. I have a problem with fire when I fight... I kind of can't help it so watch out." Kashan said. he hoped that luna knew of a place where they could spar without too many restrictions, sure he would be a little drained from ascending but he should have enough energy to test her skill. "We will go with weapons. if we went hand to hand then " would need to remove my armour and to be honest, I am not that pretty to human eyes." he added.

Kashan followed Luna to the training area and took a look around. It was perfect for him. "Pick a weapon? I have no need for that. You see us daemons have this odd ability of leaving it counjering our blades and our armour." he said with a smile as his skin started to crack. As the crackes grew larger, the magic energy that held his human for together began to seep out until there was nothing but a blinding light where Kashan was standing. The light dimed and disopated, Kashan had shed his human shell and stood there in full battle armour with his sword in his right hand and sheild in his left. "I hope you are ready for this. No holds bared, go all out." his voice had grown far deeper and seemed to echo out threw his helm and into the surrounding halls.

Kashan let out a deep echoed laugh, "If you think this is cool then just you wait until I fully ascend back to my full status." he said with another laugh. "Just about ready." Kashan said as he caught his breath and then swung his blade, causing it to catch fire. He loved his magics, that firey blade had saved his life more times than he cared to remeber. "Is this to much? the burning bland and all?" he asked, unsure if he was pushing things a little to far, sure he said no holds bared but tippign the odd to far in anyones favour would leave them with a bitter taste and no fun gained.

-Hmmm...since Shadow is talking with someone I think I'll have Isabella go somewhere else for now.-

Isabella sat on one of the many couches of the roof. It was very peaceful up here, but not one of Isabella's favorite places. More often than not she came up here to allow herself to feel... well, depressed for a while. It was easy, looking up at the night sky, and knowing it was all the light she could ever posses again.

Shadow smiled back at Selena as she laughed, "Yes, I do think it is cute." Shadow said before playing Selena at her own game and pretended to be innoccent but he made it obvious that he was just pretending and not denying it, "What look would that be Selena? I have nothing up my sleve." he said. Shadow watched Selena walk to the beachy spot and sit. To Shadow it looked like a scene from some victorian novle, a beautiful and elegant lady by a lake, staring off into the distance. The strange glow to her face just made the scene all the more perfect to him as he watched from his spot. For once in his life Shadow began to miss that era. Back then we was just confused about all the changes that had gone on and so could not really enjoy himself and if it wa snot for Selena's sire then he would have been lost and confused for far longer, probably never growing to understand the times. It took a little bit but Shadow soon realised he had been stairng at Selena for a while now and only realised that when she spoke to him. He was expecting that sort of responce and he knew the servants well enough to expect that from them, "They will be prepairing yes. I have a bit of a reputation for hurrying into these things but... I now understand why I did. You don't have to worry though, I am not going to be rushing into anything after what you have just been threw and I do not really wish for it to happen so soon either. I'll need to have a word with them when I get back just to make sure they are not up to something." Shadow was not up for another hastey marriage, not after his other experiances with it and did not want to have Selena hurt threw his stupid actions. Shadow walked over and sat down by Selena as requested, he was about to do so anyway after how long he had been staring at her. "I'll think of something... but my plan might end up just being the same as yours. I am really enjoying this place and the company too much to move from here right now though, so planning can wait a little while longer." he said with a soft almost caring smile, something that was rarely ever seen on his face by anyone outside of his imediate family. "Some alone time indeed..." Shadow responded and winked back once he recovered himself. He then felt a finger inhis ribs as Selena poked him, her question was an honest one but would take to long to explain fully so he opted for the simple version. "It takes something of imense power to pull me from this place and you. This place just brings back alot of very powerful memories for me. I have spent a great deal of time out here since I found it why flying around with Cassidy on my back. I used to bring Jenna here while she was here, she loved it almost as much as I did. I never got the chance to teach her to swim... I miss her." Shadow said before he pulled himself out of his mind and stopped himself for trailing on and on. "I am sorry about that. I almost lost myself in my mind again." He said and felt Selena's fingers move around his hand and when she rested her head on his shoulder he let otu out a quiet sigh of relaxation. Right now he did not wish to spoil the moment and so remained quiet for a little bit, moments like this rarely ever happened outside of the fantasy world of writers and poets. All remained still and quiet, only the sound of the water fall could be heard until Selena whispered into his ear. Shadow just smiled and kissed her cheek, not really knowing how to respond to that right now.

Shadow could only really nod at that moment, he was a little lost in her smile and eyes but he eventualy managed to say something, "I hope she dose miss me. She is really the only family I have left. I don't really think I was that good a father but thank you for saying so." He was sure that Jenna would be missing him if she had grown to accept why Shadow left her with the other clans but he wouldn't know until his messenger arrived back to the clans. "I do not know what you plan is, my dear Selena. I can only hazzard a gauess at it and judging by how you close a secret you are keeping it then it must be good. I can't wait to find out what you have got in that mind of yours." Shadow said with a light luagh at the face Selena had pulled. "You are doing enough to keep me here with you. Every little motion is enough to remind me that I have something here and no longer need to retreat into my mind to find something good." Shadow had to think to himself for a moment, he was letting his gaurd down far more than usual and saying things that he never would have expected from himself. Shadow coudl not help but luagh a little when he saw Selena hide away behind her fan and just leaving her beautiful eyes. He could tell exactly how she was feeling right now, "I'll leave the servants be then. They do need soemthing to talk about these days." he said as he watched her eyes, wondering if she would bring that fan down anytime soon, not that he was bothered by it. It suited her apearance well, just like it must have back in her era. "I have no real plan right now and as for that look I gave you... do you really want to know what it is all about?" he said with a smile and a wink. Shadow sat up after he had been pushed over and gave a comical glare to Selena, "I love spending time with you to, especialy out here. You such a playful little lady." he said with a small laugh.
