Location: Reception Misty would take a few bites before, she would have to excuse herself form the table. "I'm sorry, I'll be back in a minute ^^" And with that, she would excuse herself to the ladies room.

Zoey on the other hand would glomp Nasiga with excitement. "So, how did you two met sempai? Was my sister always giving you trouble? oh oh how about you try this one?" Said as she offered some of the food for Nasiga to try in.

With the dishes displayed at their table, Melanie would then make use of the surgical incision techniques taught by Mortem to masterfully slice the dishes and prepare 3 portions of each which would help Nurse mortem to share equally through the plates. The scent of each portion would made anyone to water their mouth. Mirai surely rock her skills back then as she prepared the meals. The tender meat showed great care and observation through the entire process, so the meat was perfectly cooked. As for the vegetables, it was almost a shame to cut them given most of Mira's cuts were artistically perfect which give the dish a plus. Making people fall in love with their meal before even tasting it.
The table, and each plate, now sated with the various scents of the spices and dresses that the hybrid had prepared for the occasion had just drawn a smile upon the redhead's face. "Mirai..." She whispered, to think she would hold Mirai this fondly. To admire her skills at this level. The hybrid sure knew how to make a scene out for her. This brought her some memories about the time they've first met. Oh how embarrassing it was to had confessed her crush to Mirai. That awkward silence that was brought between the two before Mirai would clear things out. What should had broke them apart, or perhaps make them rivals. Would only create this... strange relationship between the two. While distant most of the part. Mirai and Melanie would just greet one another like any normal students. Giving up her crush on Texas, she hoped for Mirai's happiness and watched from afar while her heart healed and moved on. Yet, she couldn't manage to hate her... all the contraire. That time the hybrid had run unstable and rampant. She found herself surprised to be the first one to arrive by her side. And while she wished she could had been more useful for the hybrid at the future realm. She was happy to see she had made it up safely. Even when Mirai never visited, or looked out for her after the future arc was over. There was something in Mirai which intrigued her. How would someone destined for greatness look down upon an ant? Not that she would consider herself inferior to Mirai. Nor that she would want to project Mirai as a villain. Melanie studied the files she could get access to, using Mortem's permission and learn all she could about this Hybrid. ... Hybrid, such a cold word. This, Hybrid, as most of the files reffered Mirai as. Had happened to overcome hardships, hardships that would easily make Melanie break into million pieces. And yet, every time they met one another. Despite not sharing much, Mirai would always smile. With the machinist rise and how Texas seemed to have betrayed everyone. She could only imagine how crushed Mirai would have been. Yet, she moved on, and fought her way to get her man back. Melanie doubted she could had that same resolution. Even to go as far as to bet her life to claim Texas back from that strange brainwash thing he was submitted into. And now, after all those hardships, there she was, greeting everyone on this special day, making this delicious dishes for everyone to enjoy on Herald and Emma's special day. To smile: brightly, shyly, with embarrassment. To see her now at that table sitting by Texas's side. Talking, flirting, holding hands, being happy.
Melanie's eye dropped a tear upon her salad. Yet, this time it wasn't for Jealousy. She was happy for Mirai. To see this day, in which Mirai could be herself. Be with the one she loved. And to share every single moment she had earned through broken bones, heart and bleeding nights. Melanie had become inspired by Mirai's resolution. The one who changed the fate of many and endured hell only to get these little moments of happiness. "Thanks for the food!" Melanie replied cheerfully with a giggle, having cleaned her eye and shed that tear away as she dig in with gratitude in her heart. "This one's really tasty, Miss Mortem, try this one out!" She replied mischievously while her fork would trust Mortem's steak, and her knife would cut a chunk so she would offer up a bit at the nurse with that devious grin Mortem often saw during those first days at the infirmary school when she tutored the redhead weapon.
Too many questions getting thrown at her. Taking a deep breathe in then out, she first answered at Zoey who were latched on her arm like a koala. "They're decent. I'm not a big fan of weddings, to be honest." She said, trying to free her arm. "He's been good. The same old polite, prince. I call him that, yes. He's like my mother.... and that's unnerving to think about."
"What is that your feeding the demon nurse?" Eyeing the plate in Melani's grip.
Sarah nodded at Amber before her ears twitched and her attention went to the cake as it arrived. "In case the food couldn't get any better,"she said to herself, a grin appearing on her face as she seemed ready to dig into that. Of course, she was going to wait for her parents. She wasn't going to be that person that bombs a wedding, especially her own family's. Her gaze shifted over to them, her expression turning neutral then as she was deep in thought about something. Should she even go up to them? Sarah was pretty sure at least her dad would notice her presence by now so there was no point in hiding it. She was still a little anxious though.

As he stared at the delightful plate that was placed before him, Kain would glance over at Mirai, who was responsible for making such delicious looking food. "You made all this and without magic?" he asked before smiling and then taking a bite. Mirai would tell by the look on Kain's face, that he truly enjoyed the food. "This is fantastic, Mirai. You truly have a talent for cooking. Maybe I should have you cook all my meals for now on." Kain teased before digging in some more.
Herald watched the cake come out calmly. Everything was going smoothly so far. He was pleased that there hadn't been any major issues....aside from his brief concern about looking the way he did.
Texas smiled as Mirai kissed him on the cheek. "It's settled then," he told her before turning to look at the cake. "Not bad," he complimented before looking back at Mirai. "Did you make that too?" He asked.
Jessica shrugged as she finished eating. "Accept that I have no soul? That's a tall order," she replied. "But you, you just have to keep an open mind and come out of your shell. Just go up to some cute guy, perk your ears and bat those eyelashes and he'll fall for you in no time!" She teased. She looked over at the cake as the spirits started to wheel it in. "Ooh! Pretty!" She said.
Nurse Mortem watched Melanie cut up the steak using the techniques that she had taught her as a nurse. She smiled as Melanie offered her a bite. She took the fork and ate the piece of steak. "Delicious!" She said before she began eating her own chicken.
Eric and The Reaver both watched the cake come out. "Pulled out all the stops didn't they?" Eric asked no one in particular. "Hm, cake. Haven't had that in quite a while," The Reaver muttered as he watched it come out.

☽ Emma watched as the cake was rolled out and placed on the pedestal that is in the room. Now finished with her food, she stood up and held her hand out to Herald "Shall we cut the cake now?" she asked with a smile. Shira sat next to Kain, happily eating the chicken that Mirai had made. She swung her legs back and forth underneath the table as she continued eating. Her gaze shifted over to Mirai then as Kain asked if she had used magic. Mirai glanced over at Kain as she finished her food and shook her head "I made it all myself," she replied. She blushed and glanced at the table then when he complimented her "T-Thank you, big brother." Mirai glanced over at Texas as the cake came out"Y-Yes. Well... like before, the spirits that are here helped," she said, still a little flustered from the compliments. Sarah glanced at Amber as she spoke then to another part of the room"I know... I'll talk to them once they cut the cake... and stuff..."she said, doing her best to hide her nerves but obviously she was failing at that. "Definitely after cake." Ellise's gaze shifted to the cake as it arrived. Her face lit up and she clapped her hands together"It looks so pretty! And tasty too! I can't remember the last time I had cake," she stated. Location: Reception with Scarlet. "Scarlet" Misty hesitated at first , but in the end she managed to extend her hand. Unlike Melanie or Zoey, Misty was still a little nervous when being around the magician. "I heard you worked on the groom... good job." She wasn't the host of the year, but at least she had been improving.
Location: Reception with Nasiga "Really? then he must be really caring of you... are you two dating? My sister hasn't gotten on the way has she? sometimes she doesn't understand she's a third wheel and needs to fly away to let a moment happen. Please do tell her next time. It might be embarrassing for her at start but it will save her from greater shame. She's just a clutz at times." The talkative bomb replied at Nasiga as she still cling onto her arm. However she would spot another dish, it was tender chicken which she quickly picked a strip to offer it to Nasiga. "Here try this one!... you don't like weddings? but they are always exciting. The groom, the bride. The dancing and the food. I like them much. Does it mean you won't get a wedding? but then how are prince and you going to celebrate their union?" Asked the curious girl.

It would appear the nurse was delighted and so was her pupil. "It is isn't it? I've heard Mirai had some talent but in all honesty I didn't knew she was this good." The redhead replied at the nurse, when melanie heard Kyubey andMelanie smiled at the light haired boy. "It's a steak. Would you like to try it?" Melanie giggled, pickiing yet another chunk from her plate with a fork so she would offer it to Kyubey. "C'mon, say ahhh.."
Herald took Emma's hand "Of course, my wife," he told her with a small grin. Texas smiled as he watched Mirai interact with her brother, though he didn't interrupt them. He leaned back in his chair as he waited for the bride and groom to cut the cake.
The Reaver looked over at Ellise as she saw the cake. "You don't huh? I remember back at our Death City we could have cake whenever we wanted." Then he leaned in and whispered something in her ear.
Jessica giggled as she heard Lily. "Oh thank you Lily, I'll make sure to take you up on your soul offer." She listened to Lily explain what Kitsune boys like. "Oh, I'm sure there's guys out there who will go for the ears!"
Scarlet smiled at Misty. She seemed completely relaxed. "Well hello there darling! I'm glad you like his new look. Are you enjoying the party? Life in general?" She asked pleasantly.
Nurse Mortem nodded as she heard Melanie. "Yes, it does look delicious," she agreed. "We'll have to give her our compliments later."

☽ Emma grinned back up at Herald before walking over towards the cake. She paused for a moment before looking up at Herald "So uh... How do we go about doing this?" she asked before glancing away due to embarrassment from asking the rather simple question. "I mean, I know we cut the cake but do we do it together or..." Sarah huffed as she heard Amber "I won't," she insisted as she watched her parents quite intensely. Ellise glanced over at The Reaver "Well weren't you spoiled then," she replied. She blinked in confusion as he leaned over to her. Once he was done whispering in her ear, Ellise paused for a moment before her face grew a shade of bright red and her gaze shifted to her fingers which she began playing with.

Location: Reception with Scarlet. Misty flustered, Must Scarlet be so calm at all times? It certainly made the brunette a little flustered. "Yes, I can see everyone had worked their best to make this place a dream...Life on the other hand... I didn't knew it could take consecutive twists. I certainly didn't think I'll see the day where I would look at you the way I do now."
Location: Reception with Nasiga Zoey remained holding onto Nasiga's Arm as she waited for her answer.

"We totally should!" Melanie replied while cleaning up a teardrop from her left eye before it would fell on her cheek. "Miss mortem..." Said the redhead while leaning her hand upon Mortem's with tenderness as she looked at the nurse with a gentle smile. "When am I going to meet Mr. Mortem?" Melanie asked, then left a descent but still long pause for Mortem to digest her words. Of course Melanie was just teasing her, waiting to caught Mortem out of guard with that comment. The little devil had grown a little. And this wedding set was perfect for a joke or two. Melanie had surely grown away from that timid, work centered little girl that had once been Mist Mortem's pupil.
There would be silence then as Sarah watched her parents with a rather intense gaze. She would look away then, lightly tapping her feet on the floor as she crossed her arms. After a few more moments, she would look at her parents then quickly look at the table. She began tapping her finger on her arm with a frown on her face. Finally she growled and quickly stood up "Fiiiine," she stated. Obviously she couldn't stay patient for long. Once Herald and Emma would be done cutting their cake, Sarah would hesitantly shuffle over to them both from behind. "Uh... C-Congrats,"she stated. Oh God, she stuttered. That was smooth.
