Hinote Tosatsu Unfortunately most people aren't going to fight over a relatively unknown individual... Perhaps those that know you, but, not much else. You're welcome to join any open village you wish. I'd personally recommend Oto. It's not the fastest moving village, but it's definitely going to be one of the best once it gets built up. Honestly sounds like you need to compete for any new active members you can get your hands on.

We do not encourage people to compete over members, because we want people to make the choice they want. Unfortunately, as in this case, the choice is not always available.

Hm... I'd put Cobra on top myself, but Luo is definitely right there with him. It's pretty close really. Would still be interesting to do that poll though.
And you know I'm just being silly when I talk about how insanely powerful David is. I mean, he IS insanely powerful, but not yet. He needs a lot more training, and probably another rank, before he can really do the things I claim he can do.
Honestly, the silly arguing of "My village is better!" and "My RPC is better!" and "Sharingan sux go Byakugan!" is just that. Silly. It all depends 100% on who is behind the wheel.
It would be interesting to pool the entire guild's thoughts on those two topics though. Ignoring the third, cause that one is just silly no matter how you turn it.
So what say to a few polls? "Who is the best RPer? (Make a list)" "What's the best village? (Also a list)" "Who is the strongest RPC? (Yet another list, but different lists. One overall, and one for each rank)"

Eh, i dont know about that one greg, i think both the choice and the villages choice should come into play. For example, why would i want to go to a village that doesnt want rather than one that does. Some people dont go for where a blood line is, they go for where people are. I dont want to go to a village with a crappy kage, or one with a whole bunch of low rankers with no hope of ranking up.

And no, there would be far, far too much Bias in polls like that. I can forsee major, stupid arguments erupting over that.

LordTares or one with a whole bunch of low rankers with no hope of ranking up. This. This is the issue we have right now. People want to join an established and already supposedly powerful village, leaving the ones with less members to pretty much rot out until the other villages are all full, and they HAVE to go there. Which is actually rather sad. While player choice definitely is a large factor, it's still a tad depressing when an otherwise great village suffers because another village has more people. ~ Tell ya what Green, how much experience/skill RPing do you have? Cause if you're pretty good, and can conform to the super special awesome systems made for Otogakure, we really need a new chuunin.

And if you don't want arguments over it, specify that there is no posting in the poll other than to nominate/vote for a person/village/RPC. And I say arguing simply because such arguments have arisen so very many times. Not saying one has now.

I only joined Suna because two of my friends are there, Jade, and Shira. I wish I could make a second character in Oto, but mine usually don't last long enough for me to be granted with such an opportunity.

Which is why while that rule is horrible and depressing at times, it is also awesome. I'm in another guild that's just starting out, (Not Naruto), and we have maybe five nations. Out of the good number of RPers we have, two nations have five members each, I think two more have one each, one has zero, and there are eight mercenaries (People with no nation), and two rogues (People who are supposed to be criminals, though the two are really just under that classification because they don't fit anywhere else.). Really wanting to enforce a cap there.

Really wanting to enforce a cap there. It is a horrible rule, and one that I wish I did not have to enforce. But its a necessity, and if it wasn't in place since the beginning of this guild, we would have changed our name to "Path of the Kiri Shinobi" or "Path of the Suna Shinobi".

I very rarely check the chatroom because quite frankly, it moves way too fast for me to keep up with at times along with an entire village, weapon apps, and the crew forum. But I poked in here out of curiosity, and I'm surprised that I've even come up as a topic for discussion. But I appreciate the compliments from you two. But honestly with growth, someone in this guild could very well become better than I am which is why I don't let things like "Who's the best" go to my head. It would certainly be interesting to have those polls and see just for fun what people think though. Heck, it might even encourage people to want to RP better, and I think that would be great.
@Sparrow: I was actually going to PM Mistah about it, although his hiatus is making it difficult to determine when he'd actually reply to it. But I sure do hope there will be. I don't think anyone could do it quite like he could, but if necessary we could probably get someone to at least take an unbiased crack at it.
