Hiro stared blankly at his plate, silently wondering what he was going to do about this Master, possession thing she'd decided upon, when he was broken from his thoughts. He watched quietly as two more pieces of meat were set upon his plate and then glanced at her again, blinking a couple times. He smiled, but slowly shook his head. "Um, thanks but.. I don't think I can even finish this one," he admitted, jabbing his original piece with his knife. "Thank you though." Despite not knowing why she'd really given them to him, that didn't change the fact she had and he was thankful for the thought. He ate a few more bites of his piece and then patted his stomach and set down the fork and knife. "Yeah, I think I'm full..." He felt kind of strange, like he was talking to himself. He got more of a response from Yuki than her. He tried not to mind though. If she didn't want to talk, that was ok. He pushed back his chair, but didn't stand just yet and instead looked at her. "You sure you're not hungry? Because I guess this is just going into the trash or something otherwise."

Sieshi looked at him a little longer, through the blood again, as he offered to let her eat if she was hungry, but she shook her head the same way she had the first time and drained all three of the leftover meats of their blood. The lbood spilled into a puddle, but this puddle gathered together and begainn floating with the other one until the floating bodies of blood becameone and simply hovered there a little longer. She stood and the blood hovered off of the table, hovering around her ankles, as she took the rest of the meats to a trash can and dropped them, turning her attention to the trays as they hovered to their proper place once she wassfinished disposing of the meat. Once she had done this she walked back over to the table and sat down in fron of him, searching for hisgaze once more before she would raise her hoodagainand focus on sniffing out a possible target from the few who still populated the Dining Hall at the moment. She would begin to speak more to him, but for now she did not see that fitting and kept quiet as she waited for whetever they would do next...the blood still hovering around her ankles as she sat in the seat in front of him ready to leave.

Hiro was about to get up to throw away the leftover meat, when he was distracted by the blood. He stared at it in well hidden alarm, remembering how she'd attacked with blood before. But for now, she simply had it hover around herself. He was so focused upon it, that he didn't realize she'd taken his plate until she was already returning again. He blinked a few times and then frowned slightly. "I could have thrown it away myself," he pointed out quietly, but then dismissed it. It didn't matter. He ran a hand thround his hair again and looked across the table at her, his chair still scooted back as he was ready to leave. But he paused for a moment, glancing around to see that no one was very close to them as of now. He blinked and leaned slightly towards her. "Why... did you decide to ask me to be your Master?" he asked quietly, partly because he didn't want someone to overhear and get any odd ideas. Then he asked the question that'd been bothering him since it'd happened. "And why did you attack Alyssa like that?" Maybe now she'd answer him.

Seishi looked at him silent for a few moments, ignoring his comment about being able to do what she had done for him by himself. Now she kept her silence as he asked her two questions, one after the other. He had spoken quietly, and that was pleasant, but she had to answer a question she had no real answer for, and then a question she'd already ignored once before...and now that she was back to doing things the way they were supposed to be done she had to answer them. "I asked you...because that is how I am used to living. It is difficult...in a world where you are free..." She said this and gave him a little time to let her answer sink in as she decided on whether or not to answer the next question truthfully...she had to answer it but not correctly-it was not like he could read minds or anything. "Instinct." That was all she said. She did not address the question directly, did not even say any other words than that one. He could tkae it in many different ways, even as simply another added comment on the first question, though she had answered the question and would not reiterate or explain any further. She had not gained any respect for her new master...not yet.

Hiro watched her quietly for an answer, head tilted very slightly and still leaned a bit towards her as he waited. Her first response caught him off guard for a second, and he glanced down at the table. It was hard to live freely? How so? He frowned slightly to himself, trying to think it over to himself. He didn't come up with much though. Maybe she was just used to following orders to she found it hard when she didn't have any to follow? Maybe? He blinked and looked back up at her again as she answered his second question. Or, she kind of did. He stared at her for a second, looking confused. "...instinct?" he repeated after a second. He would have accepted that if he'd thought they'd threatened her in some way before she'd attacked them. But, they hadn't, so he didn't understand.

She had already promised herself that she would not go any further into her reasoning for attacking him and so she simply repeated herself. "Instinct." She forced the blood to make it's way to the height that her hands were at, and she slipped her left hand under the blood , letting it fall into her hand but not letting it spill. She pulled it over to where her mouth was and looked down at it. She brought it up to her mouth and tilted her hand, causing the blood to pour into her mouth. Some of it ran down her mouth as she tilted her head as she drank. She finished the blood off and left the blood that ran down her face from the corner of her mouth, along with the one that fell just beside that one but further toward the middle of her lip about a milimeter. One the other side there was red, but she did not bother to clean herself at all...at least not right away. She returned to the way she was sitting moments before, and what did not pour out of her hand into her mouth she now dropped onto the table and it made a splash. The markings on her arms became a little more apparent for some reason, as her skin grew more pale very subtly...she was not going to explain further at all, and showed this in her new readiness to leave.

Hiro frowned at her and then slowly leaned back, slouching in his chair. "Ok..." he said quietly, but still confused. He didn't see why she wasn't answering him, but he didn't want to press the matter too much. Actually, the fact she was playing with the blood was making him a little nervous. He still didn't know how, but she could control it, apparantly. He blinked, looking back at her as he watched as she drank the blood and then sat back up, now slightly covered in it. His eyes flicked across her, noting the markings and palness of her skin, but he didn't question it. Instead he finally stood from his chair and glanced around before looking back at her. She seemed rather eager to leave, so he wondered if she had any place in particular to go. He decided it wouldn't hurt to ask. "Do you have anywhere you want to go?" he asked softly.

Seishi heard his question and at first she shook her head slowly. Before that was her only answer thugh, she remembered what shewas here to do and turned her head to a direction which she would se the door. "...I need to find the target. Wherever the target is...my last target...I have to assassinate the target, but do do that I must know the target's location. To find the target will be difficult, but I can do it because I am used to difficult tasks like this...assassinate him for the shadows." she was quoting her former master, repllacing his you's with I's and her eyes were now faded again, the near emptiness returned in their silver glory. She had nothing more to say, as she had already said too much...she told him why she was here without needing to and in doing do she also told him who she was, what she was used to doing, and that her former master was the reasons for her being who she was. If he recieved all of the information as would normally be expected of a person then it might have felt a little odd to be her new owner and a lot more peaceful...but also it might confuse him. She knew that it would confuse him if she told him what she was and who she used to belon g to, but that was not a problem for her...because she was his now and there was nothing that would change that but death...Death...the target.

Hiro watched her quietly standing now with wings tucked tight against his back. He stared at her for a couple seconds after she'd quieted and then shook his head slowly. So, she was an assassin? He could only assume her old master had either let her go or died, but probably the second. He frowned slightly, wondering what'd caused his death, assuming he was dead, but he didn't ask. He blinked and then looked down at the floor. Since she was here, that'd mean her supposed target was here as well, somewhere around the school. He wondered if he'd met them, but it didn't seem likely. Hiro hadn't really met too many people so far. He glanced at her again and then turned, starting towards the door. "Well, I'm going... somewhere," he said uncertainly, with no clue where he was headed. "You can come if you want."

Seishi stood shortly after he began to speak again, and she pulled her hood up again, waiting for him to finish before making her way to the door after he said that she could come, though she would have even if he had not, and she opened the door as shewaited for him to come. She had been forced to oepn doors with Shadow, until he'd began to grow feelings for her and stopped rtreating her as a tool. That was not long before she had killed him, but her new owner was already like that, and already he had feelings like that for someone else-or so it did seem. She would not have to worry about things like that unless those two were no longer in that sort of relationship. She waited for her master to pass through the doors, and whne he passed so would she. The smell of food was making her nauseous anyway and the sooner they left would be the better for her. She was ready to leave before he'd finished his own food and was discomforted when she left her eyes open to be viewed by the public for too long, now that they were covered again she felt a little better. Now that she was once again hidden she felt she could better serve Hiro...for no real reason that would be the case for the rest of her life it seemed.

Hiro watched her as she passed him and held the door open. He actually stopped for as second before slowly moving through to outside, speaking as he passed her. "You really don't have to do things like this for me," he said softly, feeling a little odd. Well, more than a little. Usually he was the one to hold doors open or something. He always had when it'd just been him and Yuki. He kind of missed those days, especially now. This school seemed to bring nothing but trouble. He wondered if it was that way for others, or if it was just his luck that was horrible. He blinked and looked around a bit, trying to decide where to head. He had no idea. Maybe she'd get bored of him and wander away. He kind of hoped that would be the case, eventually, hopfully sooner than later. He doubted he would ever be used to someone calling him Master, following him around, and opening doors and throwing his trash away for him. It was just... extremely strange.
PostPosted: Sat Sep 09, 2006 3:29 pm

Seishi let go of the door when he ha passed through, and loly made her way around it, slipping through what space was left when she made it there. She looked at him from under her hood...soon she would be doing more for him...of this she felt certain but for reasons she did not know. He was not telling her to do anything, but that did not mean she could not do things for him that she knew he wanted. All be her taking her leave of him would be done, if asked, and even what she could see that was not asked would be. There was not really much else for her to do though, and though she would not be learning much that way...she could see to it that there was a purpose for her, now that she had someone to serve. Living a life where she served no purpose was what was difficult...now that she did have a purpose she was content with continuing to live. In truth she did not believe that her former master was dead, but that did not affect her reasoning for anything else at all...she was carrying out the order of a deceased demon and that she still sreved him in his death showed her loyalty to her owners. She killed him because he had once ordered her to protect herself at all costs, and though this was after he began to care for her, she carried that order out precisely the way it had been given, and took her final order as apathetically as she ever had. Now she only waited for more, as this near impossible order was also being carried out...Her new owner did not seem too fond of her, but that was an almost good thing and quite acceptable.

Rin glanced back at him, frowning slightly. But, if he was going to insist, she supposed she should just go ahead and let him pay. She gave a small shrug as she started walking. "Do as you wish," she said simply, eyes staring straight ahead at their destination. Though, she did glance back at him as he began speaking about something pretty unrelated. She just remained silent though, mostly because she didn't know what to say. Should she apologize, say she was sorry for his loss? But the words would be empty with no feeling behind them, so she thought it might be better that they be kept in her head. She heard him sniffle and bit back a snide remark about it as she bowed her head very slightly and then swept past him and into the building. She did pause on the other side though, waiting for him before starting towards the line. Then a sudden thought ocurred to her. "I do not know your name," she said bluntly, looking back at him.

Rin took good on Kayato's offer and entered the school. She stopped just inside the door and looked at him funnily.

"I do not know your name," Rin said suddenly. Kayato kicked himself internally. During all the excitement of the past hour's events he had forgotten to introduce himself!

"I-I'm Kayato. Kayato Yamazaki." he said, then instantly regretted it.

"s**t, I just sounded like a bad James Bond ripoff." he thought to himself. He pushed the thought to the back of his mind, praying Rin hadn't thought the same thing. They continued towards the Dining Hall in silence, and arrived a few moments later. He found an empty booth and led Rin towards it. He reached into his pocket and withdrew his Student Card. Handing it to her, he sat down at the table. "Please, Miss Rin, order whatever you please. I'll get my order once you've got yours."

Rin watched him quietly as she waited for him to introduce himself, and tilted her head slightly as he did, partly at his stammer, and also because of the way he'd done it. She again resisted the urge to say something about it and turned away as a small smirk spread across her lips. Even she knew better than to say something when he'd looked so close to tears just moments before. She trailed along with him towards a booth, feeling somewhat odd to be sharing a meal with someone else. But she pushed the thoughts away as she stared at the card he held up. Slowly, she reached out and took it, bowing her head slightly before wandering away towards the machine.

She approached it, pausing for a couple seconds before slowly swiping the card. Then she hesitated again before tilting her head very slightly. "Fried shrimp," she began. "Just a few, ten, five fried normal and five with lemon pepper flavoring. Also, french fries and a coke." She finished speaking as she stared at the machine. She thought that shouldn't be too expensive of a meal. It popped out a minute or two later and she picked up her plate, walking slowly back towards the male she now knew was called Kayato. She set her tray down and held the card out towards him. "...thank you," she said after a moment. The words sounded strange coming from her mouth. Or at least, she thought they did.
