Elnara rose and called her children over. She knew they would want to see the land as well - and they had every reason to want to. Besides, if she knew they knew what was where, she would feel better about having them play outside without her constantly watching them.

Lore smiled widely at that, "Well from what I've seen so far, it is a beautfiul place."
Coming from a man who had lived in the city for far too long he thought to himself as he turned to Elnara. If all the children were going she was going to need help.
"Elnara do you want me to hold one of the younger ones?" he inquired.

"If you don't mind," Elnara replied thankfully. As she adjusted her grip on Idhril, Storm and Starr ran over to Lore and held their arms up to him. They were the lightest of any of the children, and they knew that Lore didn't mind carrying both of them at once.
Celebor, Serenity and Skye were already heading for the door and outside, eager to explore.

Ulani grinned and grabbed a thin, small blanket off the back of the couch for Aliya, wrapping her up firmly and tucking her against her shoulder again.
"Ready?" she asked lightly.

Lore bent over to once more pick the twins up. Holding each twin in each of his arms close to himself. If they wanted they could ride on his shoulder, it wasn't like he was in the fear of banging his head on anything.
"I don't," he told her after making sure the twins were comfortable.

Ulani led them all towards the edoor - though she was sort of following half the people she was supposed to be leading now, which she found amusing.
Well, kids would be kids, no matter where they were or what race they were.

Elnara made sure Lore was ready before following after Ulani.
Storm made himself comfortable in Lore's arms, tucking his wings back comfortably as Skye had not learned how to do until she had grown to child stage. Starr, however, unfurled her wings and climbed up to Lore's shoulder so that she could feel the air flowing past them, just as she could see the wind flowing over and through her feathers.

Ulani led them outside, and started by heading to the back of the house. The garden was there, and it was lined with blossoming flowers of all sorts of colours, and the vegetables in the garden itself were nearly ready for harvesting.
There was a path alongside it, that ran to the dock - where the rain was still falling, as strong as ever.
Further down the river was a large patch of bushes, where a huge cat could be seen lying fast asleep: a huge black moor cat, twice the length of any elf's height.

Once he was sure that the twins had settled themselves he nodded Elnara. He padded towards her, intent on following Ulani out the door with the other children. Though he thought they would have to hurry otherwise they might lose the children.

The children followed Ulani eagerly, though they weren't that impressed by the area behind the house. They had been there already, and they paid more attention to the rain that the twins had generated.
Elnara however took pleasure in looking at the garden and the flowers around it. They reminded her of the vases of flowers she had in her bedroom back in Gaia, and she smiled warmly and looked back at Lore.

"Interested in the flowers?" he inquired at the way she looked at the garden.
That's how it started after all with flowers, he still owed her roses, and now he was sure he could be comfortable enough to give her roses.

"There are memories in it," Elnara murmured evasively, her smile growing wider.

Ulani caught the look that was exchanged between the two, and she smiled knowingly. Kara had had stories last time they were here ...
"The garden is one of the few things that's different every year," she explained. "I try to put it in a different spot in order to be able to use the best soil - and give the previous year's location a chance to recover from it. Being close to the river means it has a constant supply, and it makes things easier altogether."
She adjusted Aliya in her arms and smiled.

Lore chuckled at that, guessing what she meant by that.
"Ah... yes that's very helpful," Lore nodded, the river must bring in soil from other parts and tended to be richer, "So you must have a well grown garden."
Well that made things nice, assuming they would have to grow their own food too.
