I joined up with somehtign called the dark brotherhood.." he said it quickly and quietly. "we kill people for a living, murder, fill out the needs of some lord...but listen, you've gotta come with me, it's not safe here.."

Shaon blinked at him. "You can;t be serious!" she grabbed his hands and removed them, following close to Sydney but still looking at Verus. "I've been here for quite a while...Verus, I'm not a little sister for you to protect now." she frowned. "I'm a silencer, i can look out for myself...with Sydney's help of coure." she grinned.

"Hush children" Leo said, deliberately to annoy Shaon. "I think we should go to the shrine of Clavicus vile, its just a few miles northwest of here. They'll protect us for the right price. They'll most likely die, but knowing daedra worshipers, they have a few tricks up their sleeves."

"Leo, do you have any spells that allow you too detect life? Because we are too vunerable at the moment."

Shaon nodded. "I can help a little..." she closed her eyes and crouched down. she looked to her right, two undead rats coming out. sghe grinend and motioned to the rats. "now we have some undead scouts who have better senses than us." she looked at the rats and made a motion of a circle and the opened her palm. the rats scurried away into the darnkness as shaon put her hand to her head. "i'm not seeing anythgin yet, Leo, Sydney...I'll let you know if they get something..."

Verus looked at Sydeny with not emotion. "I can set up traps. brutal, lethal, torturous..." a wide grin flicked across his face as he meandered to the bushes and pulled a few things from his pack. "oh, yes, there will be so much blood spilled tonigh..." he laughed.

Shaon looked warily at her blood-related brother, Verus. since when had he been so insane? so obsessed with death?

Shaon nodded. But...Verus' traps were mroe than normal traps. They often had wills of their own...or so that's what he said. For some reason, he ALWAYS aught something...even if it was human. She shivered in memory of the things he'd trapped before. Attrocious. but at the same time, wonderful and fascinating. He deserved the title as brother, at least in her mind.

Verus ran from the elft, fleeing into the darkness. He woudl rather deal with it himself, but he wasn't about to get laced with ice.
