about the a-wing and jedi starfigther thing all i can say is jedi starfigther comes with a handy R2 unit end of story

Its actually an R4 unit. and it's sort of permanently stuck there from what I understand.

yeah it's an R4 unit thats built into the fighter FOR OObi.
In the AotC novelization, Jango fett says, upon looking at Obi's ship that it should be equipped with an R3-D per standard not an R4-P, but Obi had the R4 since he didn't need the R3's advanced targeting capabilities and hyperdrive jump space since they don't have hyperdrives.

I didn't like Xwings, mostly because of two reasons:
1) It wasn't my style. A-wing with hit and run and hyperquick speed was.
2) everyone else liked them. It got kinda old... and they were everywhere in the movies, dwarfing out all other ships easily. No air time for the rest of the fleet...

Ive always been a freighter man myself. The X wings are solid, dependable ships to be sure, But you can do so much more with a freighter.
