Seedot has a stalk it hangs from trees with. I'm not sure if it's the same as a suction cup. All I know is: it aint from red and blue and I don't currently know of anything like that in ruby and sapphire.

Trumpster Seedot has a stalk it hangs from trees with. I'm not sure if it's the same as a suction cup. The show says that it is actually it's mouth that it uses to suck nutriants from trees from, which is why it hangs from tree branches when found. That's my conclusion. I haven't seen any further information on Chimcho though, but Pokemon Pinball RS says that it has a suction cup on its head that it swings from during windy days.

the answer is......chimecho, zeekslider get the point.
I know that question might be a hard question to answer cause chimecho haven't been shown on the t.v (at least to my knowing) and when playing the game(R/S), you don't see any of the trainers using it (also hard to find). so it not a well known pokemon. but enough talking, next question.
this pokemon have crystal eyes
