1. You find a wallet lying on the ground. You pick it up and look inside. Inside, you find an id. So, what do you plan to do with the wallet? Do you give it to the police, or try to find the owner? Do you keep it? Oh, I almost forgot to mention that inside the wallet there is quite a bit of money.
I would try to look for the person myself. I mean although it is tempting to take money (who doesn't need money?!), it would be the right thing to do--look for the owner. If I can't immediately find the owner, I would hand the wallet into the authorities so they can handle it.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I would help the elderly lady. Obviously, she would be struggling with her bags. Wouldn't it be sensible to help her out? And of course, I would also be acting out of common courtesy.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
I would probably just stand around or perhaps even go for some help. It's not that I don't like my friend or that I'm sadistic or whatnot. I just think that I shouldn't involve myself in his problems. Although I'm not one to associate with the authorities, I would probably call on them because it's the most reasonable thing to do without getting in that serious of a danger myself.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? Will you go after your friend and try to rescue him or her, or will you gather a group of close friends and go after him or her? Will you leave this matter alone or will you tell the headmaster? Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it?
I would try to find the kidnappers and give them a piece of my mind! With my acute senses and immaculate logic, it would be a matter of time whether I find my friend alive or not. Hopefully, I find him alive. But to take precautionary measures, I would also call up and warn teh authorities.
5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. You take a step closer to the unknown object. To your surprise you find a mythical creature. You remember learning about them from someone, but at the moment you can't recall what you had learned. Anyway, you notice that there is blood around the mythical creature. Upon further inspection, you see that the mythical creature has a wound. You also know that the mythical creature is going to die. Now, you suppose what to do; you think about the choice you want to or do not want to make. So, it is up to you now, to decide what path you are going to choose. All I have left to say, is pick carefully.
I would help out the animal no matter its disposition. It's hurt and it's obviously in pain. For one, helping it would be a big step in garaunteeing its safety. Furthermore, I think it would be cool being able to tame mythical beasts. However, that wouldn't be a priority of mine.
6. Which Hogwarts house do you not want to go to?
I don't want to go to Slytherin. I really don't mind where else you put me.

look for the person who lost it. If you can't find them, then give it to the police
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
If you have enough time, go over to help her
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
I wouldn't be watching. I would have already jumped right in to defend my friend.

gather a bunch of friends, send an owl to the headmaster and go after your friend

calm the creature and expect the wound. Save the creature if possible, otherwise, make as comfortable as possible and keep it calm as it sadly diesT-T 6. Which Hogwarts house do you not want to go to? Slytherin

I would probably return the wallet, although I might have serious thoughts about keeping some of the money. But I'm pretty sure I wouldn't take any.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
'Course I'll help her. As long as she doesn't hit me over the head with one of those lovely bags.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit asyour friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
I'm going to jump in there and help, of course! I'll pummel anyone who messes with my friends!
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? Gather a group of friends to help me search (because it would be impossible to do it alone), leaving a note or some such for a teacher to find. And I didn't sell him/her out. If I had sold him/her out, I wouldn't be searching for them, now would I? Well, unless that somehow part of the plot...

Even if I was thought it was going to die, I'd try my hardest to keep it alive, or take it to someone who could help it.
6. Which Hogwarts house do you not want to go to?
I like all the houses! I mean, it's impossible for any one house to be comprised of only idiots, or only evil gits, or any of that annoying prejudice, so why should I dislike any of the houses?

If I were to find this wallet I would first attempt to find the owner. Afterwards if I couldn't find the owner I would give the wallet to the police, although, if I DID find the owner I might ask for a bit of a reward.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I would help her of course!
3. Your friend is being attacked; you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
I intervene quickly. No one can harm my friends.

I would first inform the headmaster of this problem and then attempt to rescue him.

I attempt to help the creature first without magic, and then if I don't succeed, I call upon an adult that can use magic. Getting expelled for using magic outside of Hogwarts would be terrible!
6. Which Hogwarts house do you not want to go to?
Although Hufflepuff is not my favorite, I don't particularly dislike any of the houses.

Because there's an ID inside I would probably try to find the owner first. Why? I like throwing myself in such mysteries. Who said that the owner can't be a handsome and single guy? *winks*
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
It of course depends on my time and mood. Most probably I would ignore her (yeah, I'm terrible, I know), but if the circumstances were good and I had plenty of time plus were in a great mood, I would kindly ask her if she needs any help. I like to help people. But I don't like imposing myself on the others... I'm the quiet type in relations with strangers.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
Surely I would not stand there or something. I would immediately ask her/him what's going on and does she/he needs my help, because it is possible, that they don't want me to interrupt them. I would help if my friend would allow me to. Or if the situation would seem to me really serious/bad.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? Will you go after your friend and try to rescue him or her,or will you gather a group of close friends and go after him or her? Will you leave this matter alone or will you tell the headmaster? Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it?
I would go after my friend, most probably alone. I like to act as a hero (even if it is not very wise), though I don't have many occasions to. But before I leave I would send an owl, or something else to the headmaster or one of my friends, so that they would join me later. I would not allow my kidnapped friend to wait for me so long! They may kill him/her! And, of course, no, I would not be the one who sold them out.
5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. All I have left to say, is pick carefully.
I would think twice. It seems strange, that the mythical creature is lying in the middle of a muggle forest. So... it may be a some sort of a trap! I would try to get nearer to see if the wound is deep and if the creature isn't too dangerous and won't kill me while helping. I would have a wand in my hand all the time (while helping the creature and watching the forest around). Vigilance above all!
6. Which Hogwarts house do you not want to go to?
I like all of the houses, but I must admit that Hufflepuff isn't my favourite...

I would never leave my friend alone. i would try to follow the kidnapper and rescue her myself but if all else failed i would team up with several other people and rescue her.

I would take a few bucks. After all, I should get a reward for finding it. But I would then look at the ID and try to identify the owner in the crowd. If I can't spot him, I would find where he lives and return it.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
Honestly, I wouldn't go help her. I'm thinking I should but I wouldn't. Maybe I would tell someone else that would be willing to help her. Hey. I got my own bags to worry about too. xD
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
If it were a close friend, I would jump in there and beat that foe myself. Two is always better than one. And if I were a wizard, I might even pull out my wand and put a few hexes on this guy. =) If it were just someone I talk to occasionally, or an aquaintence, I would just gather with the crowd around them and cheer for my friend. If things were to become extreme, I would do something to stop it though. I don't want anyone seriously injured.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it?
Who wouldn't notice a missing student/child? But yeah. I would want someone to go tell the headmaster. But it would probably take a while to find him since he's so busy. So I might gather up close friends too. And I'm talking about friends who have my back and won't go running away when the smallest thing happens. So I would gather a group and go out looking for my friend. I wouldn't want to sit around and wait and later find out that the headmaster was to late. Besides, if I go out, I can use some new spells I learned and get away with it since it was for defense.
5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. Man. I'm a sucker for animals. I would not want to move it, in case moving it would cause more blood to flow out and pain to the creature. But keeping it out here in the muggle forest isn't the best plan. So I would apparate somewhere safe, free of muggle surroundings. And I would take out my wand and try to remember a spell to heal the creature quickly. But at the same time, I wouldn't want to restore his full power since it could be a dangerous creature that would harm me, even though I saved his life.

Honestly, I would keep some of the money but not much. After that I would hand it over to the police so they could deal with it.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I'd consider helping her but I wouldn't. She should have thought of something beforehand.

I would help my friend, we're a pack and we stick together! But I would do it in a way that pose little to no threat to me. Mostly likely I'd do something while the attacker is distracted.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! It would depend on much I liked them. If they were a good friend then I would tell a teacher about it.

Honestly, I would be too scared for my personal safety to deal with it. Though, I do like animals so I'd tell someone about it.

If I knew the address I would try to find the person myself. You can't trust the police. Always QUESTION authority people!
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I would ask her politely if she would like me to help her and then carry her bags across the street.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
I charge in, draw out my wand, and start casting any spells or hexes that come to mind at the enemy. Too bad there's not enough time to consider all of the possible outcomes. Who knows if I'll get them 100% right, but I have to help them, and there isn't much time.
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. What will you decide to do? I would try to tell the headmaster (depending on who it is, question authority people) but if that doesn't work out I would try to figure out a plan and then, go alone. I can't risk anyone elses lives in the matter. They didn't ask for my friend to be kidnapped.
5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. I would transfigure a rock that was right by the animal into a bird (transfiguration is my best subject) Then, if the animal tried to kill the bird I would know to stun it and then try to help it. I can't just let him die like that, they all need one more chance at life. I may not be Madam Pomfrey but I could always try episkey. If that doesn't work I'm sure I could find the answer in one of my books somewhere... *searches frantically through reference books*.
6. Which Hogwarts house do you not want to go to? Honestly, I would not want to be in Slytherin. I may have trouble adjusting to one of the others, but I would never fit in Slytherin and I would hate it there.

3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured? I quickly jump in to help me friend
I would seriously go after my friend
I would cast a 'Light Weight' charm to make the creature less heavy (depending on size) then try an' carry it (again depending on size). But if its really hurt and looks bad I cant do anything 'bout it

. ~I'd bring it to the cops after raiding of some of its contents.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do? ~Ask her if she needs help and assist her if she does.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured? ~Run in on pure adrenaline and beat the living heck out of the foe, grab my friend and run! (While throwing a few choice hexes over my shoulder)
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it? ~I would gather up some of my little followers and go after my friend! The headmaster doesn't need to know...

If noone shows up and I can't help the creature, I will put the poor thing out of its misery.

Really... I'd probably just leave it there and pretend I didn't see it. Maybe walk over to someone and talk them into looking over there and finding it for themselves. IF there wasn't an ID, I would've kept it, but knowing whose it is changes everything. When other people are involved, I just clam up and walk away... ;P
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
I would ignore her, probably. It would be way too awkward for me to go over and try to help her. Plus, I'd probably be late to wherever I was going, and then I'd have to answer to people I knew. She can do it herself...
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
Um... um... ugh. This is the hardest question I've ever had to answer. I have no idea. D: Maybe... I think I'd probably try not to see it. Kind of hang around and really want to help, but not. I hate how I do that, but it's happened to me before, so that's probably how I'd react... *emotionally retarded*
4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it?
I would go and find someone important (like a teacher) and kind of... casually mention I hadn't seen my friend in a while, and that they'd been hanging with the wrong crowd. Not make a big deal, but not let it go until they got the hint and did something about it.

I love animals. I would try to help it, no matter what it was. Not that I would have any clue how, but I would still try. ...Unless it was so hideous I couldn't even bear to touch it, in which case I would pretend not to notice.

Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do? I would help her carrying the bags. 3. Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured? Of course I would try to help my friend! My friends are very important to me and I would do anything for them 4. Your friend is in trouble again. You know how you saw him or her fighting with someone, well whoever that someone works for has kidnapped your friend! You realize that no one has noticed that he or she is missing yet. Will you leave this matter alone or will you tell the headmaster? Maybe, just maybe you were the one who sold them out. No, that can't be it, can it? I would tell his family that he is missing because I think they have a right to know it. Then I would try to find him.

But as far as I can I would help the creature.

First I'd look for a business card with a name matching the ID (Having a phone number would make things a ton easier). If there is none then I look at the ID, and if the adress is close enough to deliver I do so, otherwise working for FedEx comes in handy, I'd ship it off to them!
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do?
Chances are that old lady is my mum, so of coarse I'd help her! If it's not her, then I'd think "Well, if it was my mom and I wasn't there, wouldn't I want someone else to help her?" So of coarse I'd help!
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured?
No one hurts my friends and gets away with it! If possible Id make sure he or she wants the help (I don't want to interfere if this needs to be done by only them). If they do, or if finding out isn't possible I would jump in and help out my friend, just as I know they would do for me!
I would go after my friend, but not without letting someone else know what I was doing, just incase I need reinforcements!
5. You are walking through what is considered to be a muggle forest. You look around and all you see are the normal muggle creatures, right? You spot something unusual on the ground near you. Knowing the creature is going to die, I chose to stay with it and comfort it until it passes, doing whatever I can to minimize it's pain. I know that the humane thing to do is kill it to put it out of it's misery, but I just can't do it!
6. Which Hogwarts house do you not want to go to? I do NOT want to be in Slytherin!!!!!!!!!!!!

Questions
Obviously, there would be an adress on that ID. Instead of going to the police, I will look up that adress in any means possible. I would probably be walking outside, near my home if I were to find this wallet outside. And probably, the person who dropped this wallet was probably walking near their home. So what I would do, is walk around the neighborhood to try to find them.
2. You are waiting at a street corner for a green light. While waiting, you spot an elderly lady with a lot of bags. No one is going over to help her. Are you going to go help her, or will you ignore her? What will you do? Well, I am rather shy. I would probably ask to carry her bags for her, and let her lean on me with a bit of support. I would kindly ask her where her destination is, and be a kind companion, talking to her on the way there.
3. Your friend is being attacked, you stand there and watch for a bit as your friend struggles against his or her foe. Well, are you going to help your friend? Are you to scared to do so? Do you stand there and watch in horror, or are you hoping that your friend will become injured? I will watch in horror, and encourage him/her. These words of encourage should be help for a while, then I shall go and help her, physically.
I won't be the person who sold them out. I would be like Harry, gather up my friends to go and help. Just the DA did with him, except to his consent.
Well, since I am not yet of age, I don't expect that any adult or anybody of authority will allow me to go off, walking by myself. So, there should be somebody there with me. I think that they can do better than me, but I would gladly be there to help.
6. Which Hogwarts house do you not want to go to? Er...I would rather not go to Slytherin, even though every house is as good as the other. I am a bit scared to be in Slytherin, probably because my inner-instinct tells me that I would not fit in, or get along with them much.
