It appears that they are all dead. ((I'm gonna pause it here because I don't have my DMG with me to see what I should give you for treasure. But you all get 200 XP (from defeating the Daask thugs and also from talking your way past the Sharn Watch guards.)

From all appearances, this loot seems to be from previous muggings.
