Just to clarify, my use of the word 'popular' in my previous post, meant just having a lot of friends, not any sort of social "clique" (aka: the cliche "popular kids"). I mean, I considered myself to be somewhat popular in school cause I had a bunch of friends and a lot of people knew who I was.... but I wasn't part of the so-called "popular kids" clique.

xd I have a feeling that GPG has a lot of former pseudo-intellect asshat teens in it.
I know I was one and for a teen, yes, I was smart and I used to think I was so original and controversial for some reason. So I'd spout nonsense that I'm ashamed of now and wonder why I ever said it or if I even honestly believed any of it. It was just as callous and apathetic as the stuff you see in the ED now. I think a large part of it is just having a chip on your shoulder that you have to prove how damn smart you are...because when you're a teen, the world revolves around you and eventually, we all outgrow it.
I think most of them will turn out ok. NOW, the 20-somethings I see in there spouting the same nonesense, they scare me, because I know they should know better. eek

Well my biggest peeve with BFing Nazis is that ridiculous claim that their children will be smarter. How can you have an unbiased study with one baby who was breastfed and one who was formula fed? There are SO many factors that a study can't rule out such as money, genetics, environment, etc.
And the antibodies are all well and good, but once they're past 6 weeks old, it's not as needed.
I just don't see why she couldn't have just stuck with the guns, she had to go all militant on us stupid bad moms.
