Josh took the bowl from Shuura and set it on a counter next to Roux. "Thank you."

Shuura rolled 2 12-sided dice:

Shuura stared at the ticket in her hand. "Seven? That can't be right." Isn't that my ticket? I don't want any more fish!! she thought to herself. When Hiroki wasn't looking, she secretly pocketed the ticket and drew another one.
When Hiroki turned back to look at her, she handed him the ticket and smiled innocently. Hiroki took the ticket and read it out loud through the loudspeaker. "Ticket number ELEVEN is the winner! I repeat, the winner is TICKET #011! Please come forward and claim your prize!"
Approaching the silver-haired boy who was slowly eating his ice cream at the ice cream booth, Hiroki held out the raffle box once more.
"Hello there! Would you like to draw the next ticket?" He asked with a smile.
------------------------------------------------------------------------ {{OOC: Since #10 has already been rolled, I'm just going to go with the next closet number, so it's going to be #11.}}

Zephr blinked and put down the spoon. "Yes, Thank you very much." Reaching into the box, paused then pulled out a ticket.

Seiaeka sat and watched Roux devour more icecream, wondering exactly how much he could eat, not having a midsection and all. Turning back to her own icecream she sat quietly and watched the festivals activities contentedly.

For some long minutes, Julian had been lingering far away from the majority of the festival goers. He had purchased a large bottle of sake on his arrival of the fair, and was taking part in the delight of drink. It was not really his alcoholic beverage of choice, he decided early on. There were stranger, far more attractive drinks he would rather have gulped down. Despite that, he was surprisingly dazed and sated when he heard a young man call out his ticket number.
It took time for his brain to process what its body had to do. Soon enough the young scientist stalked his way over to the icecream booth. His vision was blurry beyond his control, and without realising he walked straight past a certain pink haired woman who was rather dear to him.
He did end up close enough to the man apparently calling out tickets, which was a miracle in itself. With a soft, almost growlish noise, the student jerked up a hand to remove his glasses. They were fakes. Merely worn for the feeling and look rather than due to any imperfection.
"What?" he said sharply, eyes narrowing as though the man was only there in order to annoy him.
Gage glanced over to watch his guardian. Something was odd about Julian, but the Frei was too distracted by his new acquaintance to pinpoint the problem. Even without the female Raevan right there beside him, the creature had no knowledge of drunkenness. It was something his caretaker had decided to leave out of his near daily lectures.
"What is your name?" he said suddenly, turning back so that his attention and gaze was once more on the Shadow Frei.

Seiaeka looked up as the brightly dressed man passed her, but there was something odd about him, she could smell the Sake, haveing recently drunk some herself. She looked over at him from the corner of her eye to keep an eye on things.

"Ticket number THREE!" Hiroki called out cheerfully through the loudspeaker. "TICKET # 003, OMEDETOU GOZAIMASU! Please come forward to claim your prize!"
Hiroki looked around to see who the lucky winner was, only to see an obviously very-intoxicated man making his way towards him. The poor guy was obviously drunk even before he stepped out of his house, for he was wearing a crazy assortment of clothing, all an eye-smarting shade of reddish-orange.
"Uh...Sir? Are you the winner?" Hiroki asked hesitantly. "Ticket #011?" Vyn was getting thirsty. While the healing properties of Gage's horn had healed her wounds, she had never been outside for this long before and was starting to feel the strain on her energy. She wavered for a moment, her black leathery wings drooping slightly. Where was Shuura?
"What is your name?" Gage asked.
Vyn didn't feel like answering him, but in truth, she even didn't know if she knew how to answer him. Shuura called her something a lot, but she didn't feel like it was her. It didn't feel right, at least...not yet. Not realizing that what she was about to do was a socially malicious act, Vyn decided to simply ignore Gage's question started floating off towards Shuura's direction. Despite her own doubts as to her guardian's reliability, Shuura was, at least, something familiar compared to all the hustle and bustle Vyn had experienced today.

Zephr smiled lightly and stood. He looked it over and spotted a curly-signature... or was it?, that said .... "Kyou...?" he voiced the thought aloud. He was just about to turn around to look for the said 'kyou' when the corner of his eye caught the bright-colored man. He was obviously drunk, and Zephr looked cautiously. "Um... Mister, are you alright..?"

{{ MINI-ANNOUNCEMENT! As of now, the festival is "unofficially" over! As in, the booth volunteers are no longer required to be at the booths, imaginary NPCs can take over. Also, some of the booths in the festival may be shutting down. You may choose to leave or stay as you wish, wrap up your RPs or continue RPing in the thread--it's up to you. :3 As for raffles, we will continue raffling until everyone gets a prize. xd }}

Byagane blinked at the man with bright colors as he spoke to the raffle person. He seemed rather.....out of it. Then it hit her as a familiar smell of sake wafted past her nose. The gentleman was drunk. Oh my, she wondered what he would do. The Lanvender haired wonder just watched with a soft face of concern.

{{It's a little late, I know, but work got the best of me. }} "Please call me, 'Natchi'." Natsuki flushed as the attractive young doctor's lips brushed the back of her hand. "It's rare to find a man with such classically refined manners in this day and age, Doctor."
Her heart beat heavily in her throat at he held her hand gently in his. She wondered if she would ever see him past this one fleeting moment. Seeing other patrons arrive at the booth, Natsuki figured it would be best to save her flirting for another time. Her business savvy came into play, as she took her name card from her purple yukata sleeve.
"If you are ever in need of a refreshing, relaxing treat at the end of the work day-- Please stop by at any time," Natsuki said, holding her name card up between her two fingers. Naturally, being the smart girl she was, she plucked out one with her telephone number written elegantly across the back.
Giving him a playful wink, "Hopefully, you'll be kind enough drop by to see me. I don't know if I'd be able to afford your consulation services. Unless you can treat broken hearts for relatively cheap. It was a delight meeting you, Dr. Tsu."

Julian arched a single eyebrow, reaching into his back pocket to take out his wallet, and within it the ticket. His actions were more fluid than normal, and at the moment that was the only indication that he was less than sober.
"Number ten?" he questioned quietly, holding the black paper up so it could be inspected. "You did call number ten, did you not?"
It was at that moment some stranger asked him if he was all right. Instantly, the scientist began to lean quite far to his left.
"I am fine. Peachy."
He was going to fall over at any moment.
Gage might have reached out to gently pull the girl back, just so he could recieve her name, but two things held him back. Touching her would hurt her, and in that case the Shadow Frei might take it as a form of attack. The other thing was that his guardian looked as though he was about to fall on his face.
Loose end swirling, the Raevan mentally bid farewell to his new acquaintance, and then floated quickly over towards his protector. Well, more his protectee at the moment.

"I think the gentleman has had a bit to much rice."
The Lavender haired woman was suddenly next to Julian.
"Would you like to sit down sir? Perhaps have some ice cream?"
She smiled softly, merely a face of contentment and serenity.......which she seemed to always have.

"Err...." Hiroki's face brightened momentarily. "Yes, we did just call out number #10 a moment ago!" he said, beaming. Pulling out a bag of fish, he held it out towards the orange-clad man, his concern increasing as the man began tilting like the tower of Gambino.
