Clarinet: Clariz
Bass Clarinet: Moo Moo (because I take the mouth piece off and make cow noises with my free time)
Bari Sax: Soli (because I'm the only one in Jazz Band that plays it)
Contra Bass Clarinet: None (I just got it and I can't think of any right now...>.O)

My trumpet doesn't have a name (although I've considered Christine), but it does have a personality. See, it likes to freeze up during whatever song happens to be my favorite. It knows when to straighten up, though. Never let me down during a concert.
We have a bit of a love/hate relationship right now, but we're seeking counseling.

Not moi, but since my tuba section only has one large 4-key tuba, my friend Chris calls it "Big Bertha, !" He likes to curse a lot, but think alliteration

My flute doesn't have one, but my friend calls her's Argent, and her shako Herbert. She calls everything Herbert.

I love my claironet so I named her Clairy! sweatdrop *nervous laugh* I know,not that origanal,but I have a friend who named her saxaphone Saxy so it worked.....I have a middle name for my Claironet,it's crispy,I don't know why.................. 3nodding

ok, this might be off subject, but yes our saxophone has a name! its name is rusty. it could either be that or dented...yeah, its old... blaugh domokun

Oh yeah! Finally met some people that don't say "OMG you named you instrument?!?!?! WHO names their INSTRUMENTS????" Woot. But, yes. It's true. I name them. My first T. Sax is Apollo (God of Music). My Violin is Venus (Goddess of Beauty). And my new baby Tenor is Fortuna (she cost a fortune eek Yanagisawa is expensive. Haha).

tenor saxes are cool, but we prefer a baritone sax ourselves. we named our baritone, well, Bari. our tenor is Hades (god of the underworld), because its tuned, but it sounds like something from Hell. *twitches* we have a piano, but we mostly call it Needstobetuned. thats about it, though if we ever got a bass guitar, we would name it Ares (god of war). (oh, and late addition, aour alto is named Rusty aka Dented. sorry! forgot!) blaugh domokun

my baritone ish named tom, since that was the name my teacher in middle school gave it, and I guess it stuck with it.
