Omen finally, at the mercy of his opponent would look to swing his opponent down for the chokeslam. Its a long way down!

The women in the crowd screamed, the men turned their children away from what was about to happen.. people at home were either glued to their TV screens, or turning away at this point.
Omen almost looked to launch Avari down, and it was a long way down.. Avari is falling and-
No, he's not!?
Avari Fusion was gripping onto the hair of Omen, trying to drag him down with him!

The hair of Omen would be grabbed. Almost ripping from the roots with how much weight it was supporting. More so than that, it was beginning to drag him off as well. Omen, keeping the hold around the neck, had to use his bad hand to try and push backwards to get Avari back on the platform.
Let me tell you this now, this was probably the worst part of the match. If it wasn't verified that hand was broken before, it was definitely now. Omen began to scream, pushing down on his hand and backwards while pulling up his opponent. Truly pushing past his limits in order to assure that he did not meet the same fate as his opponent.

Avari almost cackled in laughter as he had Omen by the hair - a dirty move?
Perhaps.
One that just saved him from his impending doom?
Most certainly.
Avari struggled with his legs still dangling over the side, holding on for dear life!

Omen continued to scoot backwards. Slowly but surely, he would get all the way to the other side of the platform, with Avari being pulled aboard once again.
Omen taking this time to hold his broken wrist and soothe it.

Avari felt his feet touch solid ground in what seemed like an eternity there. Adrenaline was coursing through his veins again, the will to live, the fight of a Champion.
He coughed and spluttered as the grip around his throat had been released, as two men now stood on a relatively small platform.. very, very high up. One small slip and this was over for either, or both, of them.

Avari shouldn't feel too safe. He was back up to the platform, but he was trapped. Omen would take advantage of the position the two were in, sending a 14" boot from the seated position in the face of the downed Avari.

Avari felt a large boot to the face, and the sound of static TV came over his ears. A high-pitched noise soon followed, as his vision went from white to blurry.
The crowd below were now screaming obscenities at Omen, though it was doubtful that he would care.

Omen began leaning forward, picking himself up once more as it was getting harder to even do that at this point. Avari, without a doubt, had a ton of willpower that he hasn't seen many men in the business have. And breaking past it has been hard, that's why he has changed his mind and will now do the final deed.

Those few moments were .. strange.
In one way, Avari felt his mind completely disconnect. He wasn't in a fight, he was laying in a comfortable bed, all well rested for his title match at Survivor Series.
In the other way, his mind was racing at a million miles an hour. Adrenaline was coursing through his veins, screaming at him to wake up, to get out of this situation.
Avari suddenly came to, opening his eyes to see what Omen was doing.

Omen continued to stomp down on his prey. Had to make sure his food was dead before he would begin to dig in. Pecking and pecking until finally it succumbs to its wounds. Animalistic mindset of the Freak

Avari had just started to come to, as..
Stomp.
Stomp.
Stomp.
The Man of the Hour was kicked, stomped, beaten.. again, and again, and again. He felt out and tried to grip at anything he could, as his left arm went dangling over the side once more.

Omen would continue to stomp, bring the Man of the Hour closer to the edge literally and figuratively. Until the man fought back or until he tumbled all the way down.
The crowd in the stadium would boo. The people nearby would yell at Omen. Everyone was against the Freak and heavily behind Avari.

The stomps rained down, and Avari was getting closer and closer to the edge now. He had to get out of this predicament somehow, and he knew that Omen was hurt.
As one stomp came down he rolled slightly to the side, kicking at the bad leg of Omen to try and get him down!

The leg that got struck earlier by the chair would once again find a way to give am opening for Avari. The kick would strike directly above the knee, just barely scraping it. The quad of the Freak twitching before giving out under him as Omen dropped to a knee
