While Beau had been plotting to attempt to locate the disappearing Grumpig and making for some attempt at a rescue, it was very hard to compete on that front against a Hybrid fully meant to actually deal with the water. So focus would once again turn towards the gigantic spot of trouble that was occupying the waters. And the incredibly loud roar that was erupting from it that seemed to physically make him, Red Baron, and Pistachio all shudder in response. "Okay, that felt real bad. Gonna need a minute for my ears to stop ringing....wait, why is it looking so intently at us?" Beau said, dreading the sensation that he already knew what was about to come.

Attaching a length of String Shot to his Seedot's body, Beau would begin to swing Pistachio around to quickly build up momentum before sending the Grass type flying into the air above the Dondozo. "Red! Tailwind to make sure Pistachio lands on target!" Beau shouted, already bracing himself as he could see the thing's mouth opening. A few flaps of wings would get the wind going the way of the Snagems and boosting Pistachio's flight just before a beam of water lanced through the air. All that would be left behind of Red Baron and Beau would be a few feathers.

Arcing through the air as the bevy of other attacks from the rest of the team landed, Pistachio would bounce a few times off of the Dondozo's head before a few vines would erupt out of his body. Coming to a halt, Pistachio would immediately set to work on utilizing what his vines were intended for, hitting the Dondozo with a Mega Drain as the little guy attempted to see if he could do some damage. Or, if things went exceptionally his way, absorbing the power of this Titan like he knew Hestia had done.

Sol took a brief glance as Arven made a rush to safer ground, nodding to himself as he got to his feet. Given the circumstances, he couldn't exactly blame him, though he did wonder what else he had apart from the Toedscruel. Had he something he could fight alongside the group with, the extra firepower would've been welcome... still, better he was further away when he heard the hacking sounds from Orthworm and wasn't sure what'd come next until he saw the massive Mud Shot. The size of it meant getting away wasn't possible in the moment, so he braced himself and let the harsh sunlight offer him a way to raise the heat around him. Despite this, the shot nearly threw him off his feet, saved (and cursed) only by the sheer stickiness of the mud as it splashed and covered the area. Torkoal, similarly, wasn't safe either and was much less keen on it by comparison, already using their heat and Rapid Spin to try and get it away...

What they didn't expect any more than Sol did was how sticky the mud was, and that Rapid Spin would do little more than a few slow rotations that went nowhere, much like a car's tires unable to get any traction. Torkoal would find more luck with the Iron Tail slamming into them, shrugging it off decently despite being forced through the mud a bit. For Sol, though, he'd be hit soon after and found himself flung off his feet and into the mud proper, still trying to heat the mud around him to free himself. "Think I could do without being reminded what el camión feels like," he remarked with a groan, managing to raise an arm to retaliate with a Flamethrower to keep some pressure on the titan. "Aile, I don't suppose you've any ideas?"

In the meantime, Torkoal tried another Rapid Spin in growing desperation, to currently no avail.

Lurking Steel group

Aile made a small sigh of relief as Arven got out of the area. One less person to have to worry about, and everyone left should be able to hold their own. She’d then turn her attention to the Pokémon in front of them, not that hard to do considering how large it was. Aile would do her best to dodge the incoming, getting knocked over as her attempts were futile when the attack landed. “Pleh. Dammit all.” She struggled to get herself up, with the stickiness of the mud making it that much harder for her.

While Dagobah would also be hit and affected by the Mud Shot, she’d have a much easier time with maneuvering in the mud. While it wasn’t an exact match for the mud one might find in some areas of Sinnoh, it was similar enough to it that the bog bear could maneuver in it without many issues. The Ursaluna would take that advantage and immediately charge to her trainer, grabbing her with her front paws and ripping her out of the mud. Dega would then sling her over the tail before charging up her arm and slamming it into the incoming tail like a hammer.

Aile groaned again as she landed fighting to sit herself up again, as she landed in let more mud. “El Camion? Nevermind. Maybe if we can get this guy to burrow again, a good Earthquake or two might bring him down. Other than that, if we have ice types, just the rapid hot and cold on it might work.” The woman would struggle to get to her feet, hurting from getting flung and once again fighting the mud. “Arceus, I can’t imagine how Dega’s feeling. Probably not great.”

The Titan Orthworm winced as the Lucario slammed onto its head with Close Combat allowing Magmortar to catch it be surprise as it gripped its tail and let loose a point blank Fire Blast coupled with a Flamethrower from Sol, the twin sources of fire leaving the worm's metal tail searing hot. "Ooorth!" It bellowed in pain, the spots were it was hit left glowing red from the flames and yet that red color was rapidly turning silver. That was strange.

"Wooorm!" It roared as it unleashed a massive burst of Steel energy in the form of a Metal Burst, empowered by the blows it just suffered. The force of the explosive Steel energy would be enough to send both Lucario and Magmortar flying away and off of its body and even putting the Snagems at risk, however slightly less so as they stood just shy of the limit of its area of effect.

After the dust settled the Orthworm could be seen rising high into the sky again, stretching its body out to terrifying lengths. The towering worm would then point its head to the sky and begin to concentrate Steel energy into its open mouth, the energy flowing up from all down its body and collecting into an ever expanding orb in its mouth. It was planning something big, and painful.

As it began to charge its attack the ground all around them began to respond, first with a rumble and then turning into a quake as chunks of rock and were dislodged from the stripped land and began to rise up into the sky before ceasing their ascent to float all around Orthworm. The rocks varied in size from small as a baseball to big enough for even Ursaluna to jump on, though some were still covered in the sticky mud. It was a Stealth Rock, and it was using it to protect itself, to prevent them from stopping what it was going to do.

Mrs. Raifort would be nowhere to be found in spite of any searching, though her Grumpig was saved. She didn't drown, did she? Is she somewhere at the bottom of the lake already? It would be difficult to track her down what with all the chaos unfolded thanks to this beast of a fish, who by the way was not too happy at the moment. There was however a Zoroark struggling to swim to the surface. Another one of her Pokemon?

"Dozooo!" The monster roared, the Titan deciding to turn their rescue mission into one of survival as an explosive wave of Herba Mystica energy was released from its body, causing the lake's waters to churn and surge violently, as if responding to its anger from having its own Noble Roar turned against it by Lykas followed up by what felt like a static shock of a Thunder Wave. Neither one did too much, its offenses barely reduced and the Thunder Wave working more like a temporary flinching than anything long lasting due to just how massive it was. It would take a lot more electricity than that. However it did give them an opening to attack it or at least prepare for its next assault, and assault them it would.

Beau would use the opportunity to land Seedot on its head, the little living acorn becoming a tiny parasite as it launched on and began to drain it of its life force via Mega Drain. Thankfully the Seedot was so tiny that its landing was not felt and the Dondozo currently had so much vitality that it didn't even register what energy was being sapped, at least for now. That perhaps could come in handy moving forward.

As the lake's waters churned a rain cloud began to form, a Rain Dance triggered and yet the Titan did nothing. As the rain began to pour down violently one had to wonder who summoned it. For now they didn't have the luxury of investigating as the Titan went on the attack. "Don doooon..." It bellowed before diving underwater suddenly, Seedot still attached. The massive fish would disappear beneath the lake's surface and dive deep, make a u-turn before swimming back to the surface with violent intent, ice crystals forming across its body as it gathered Ice energy, further endangering Seedot. Once the Titan breached the surface it would soar high into the air before coming crashing down with its massive weight and generate a huge circular tidal wave infused with Ice energy as it executed a massive Chilling Water attack, the water so cold that it threatened to further sap away the strength of anyone hit. The Titan seemed to favor sapping moves, perhaps to make its prey easy pickings.

Lurking Steel

Sol wouldn't have a chance to process the Orthworm's incresed redness leading towards a Metal Burst until it was too late and the attack was loosed, bracing himself on the ground to keep himself safe. Torkoal had responded by Withdrawing into their shell, trying to defend against the attack and the bright flash that came with it. The only thing to rival the Metal Burst being the least of anyone's worries would be the mud as there was less of it to get in the way, but even this would be met with the Mankey's paw curling and chunks of the ground jutted up to cut, obstruct, and protect the outstretched Orthworm.

Sol and Torkoal would have a rougher time than the others in regards to dealing with the Stealth Rocks floating around, the Ho-oh hybrid feeling the immense amount of Steel energy as a giant, brilliant orb expanded from the titan's mouth. Black soot billowed around the two, Torkoal's defense mechanisms kicking into overdrive as the threat only seemed to worsen as time went on.

"A truck," Sol remarked at Aile's question. "Much like whatever that attack's looking to be for us. Freezing it's going to be easier said with all this sunlight, unless we can suddenly make it hail or rain. But the cold and heat's worth a shot... if not a certain bit of muscle I was hoping to keep more under wraps." His tone carried a hint of conflict in it, not wanting to resort to sending Buzzwole out without good reason. This very well could be that good reason, but he was well more inclined to get Swampert out instead for the sake of rapid temperature shenanigans. "I don't suppose you two have something that can use an Ice move too? I'll handle the fire side of things."

As he let Swampert out, he'd get struck by the floating rocks, but they and the mud didn't seem to faze him all that much. "Rio, try to chill our friend a bit with Ice Beam! Let's see how they take to fluctuating temps." As the Ice Beam was charged and fired, Sol would send another Flamethrower and keep his distance; not that he had much of a choice with the rocks as it was.

Lykas hadn't seen Raifort when he went under water and at the moment, he was distracted by the titan and unable to try and focus on locating her energy, not that he was all that familiar with it in the first place. They would have to hope for the best for a few minutes while attempts were made to weaken this beast a bit and then try to fin her as soon as they had a moment to breath. "I didn't want to pull this out so early but...." Jumping off Furor's back with Grumpig in his grip, he'd land on Kamoana's back. "Let's get some distance from that thing!" He told the Wailord, turning back toward Furor as she paddled away from the gigantic Dondozo as quickly as possible. The Chilling Water was faster than her, however and she the frigid water washed across her, she shivered and tensed her muscles. She was a warm-water Pokemon, dammit!

Lykas laid a hand on the spiral shell at his obi and narrowed his eyes at Furor as the Frigid Water washed over her as well. The Gyarados cringed at the cold but didn't seem to find it as painful as Kamoana did, though it was clear she wasn't going to be fighting as effectively as she normally would after that. "Furor! Try hitting it with a Dragon Pulse! See if we can't make an opening!" He had a plan to hit this thing and hard but they had to be sure the blow would strike true or it would be a waste of his and Furor's efforts.

Tsuki put a hand over his head as he looked to check out the situation with Ms. Raifort and her Grumpig, startled by seeing the Zoroark now in the mix. “Huh…” he mumbled, turning to his SNAG to contact the others. “Does anyone else think our teacher may secretly be a Pokemon? Or she was using her Pokemon to pretend to be her?” Not that it mattered so much right now with a Titan Pokemon bearing down on them. But for when this was over though, the trainer felt like that was something to be wary about. Pointing back to the Dondozo through the static shock and rain, the trainer saw a much needed opening.

“Hit it with a Hydro Pump!” Tsuki called out, his ride Pokemon letting out a roar before lowing his head and firing two mighty blasts of high-speed streams of water at their opponent. Even with the resist, he hoped that the boost from the rain and Shell Smash would be able to do something. Or at least chip at its defenses. When the Dondozo let loose a wave of Chilling Water, the trainer held on for dear life as the wave connected threw them both underneath the waves.

Not exactly a spot anybody wanted to be in, but it wasn’t like Tsuki grew up on an island without being a somewhat capable swimmer. But the spinning made him panic, the dark compounded into dizziness, and the trainer couldn’t help but reach out and hope Baja would come to the rescue again- making him think of how he had evolved last: with Tsuki in the water and a Sharpedo bearing down on him. A hand met his, and the trainer was pulled back to the surface coughing up lake water. “Eugh…” he groaned, clinging onto the Blastoise. “I think… I think we need to change our approach.”

Clearly the water wasn’t for him so Tsuki quickly saw what Pokemon he had at his disposal, having grabbed a random assortment before the Claydol misunderstood and teleported him in his pajamas. Huh. Tsuki threw a Pokeball and sent out the Titan Bombirdier he had caught the day before. Hell, he hadn’t seen Sub yet to give it to him so he may as WELL take advantage of that. “Aight Baja, you did good but I think the water is a deathtrap for me.” he said, hopping onto the massive stork before returning the Blastoise.

“Let’s go…! Uh…” What was a Sub sounding name?

“Rowena!”

Freth frantically searched around, trying to see of any sign of Ms. Raifort but no luck and her psychic abilities weren’t honed enough to sense even so much as peril out of someone as of yet. Or at the very least discern it. Or perhaps she could and didn’t really realize it. Or Raifort had in fact drowned. She hadn’t the slightest. That said, she did see a Zoroark start trying to struggle to get to shore and was failing. “Okay, that…wasn’t here a minute ago!” She quickly tossed out a Pokeball. “Walrien! Go!” she shouted. In a flash, the Walrien emerged from the Pokeball in the waters with a loud bellowing roar. “Walrien, get that Zoroark out of the water!” she shouted.

As Freth’s Walrien started to try to rescue the struggling dark type, Freth looked over, to the skies darkening and rain starting to come down. Now of all the times this didn’t need to happen. She then started taking notice to the massive fish going under water itself. It didn’t look like it was about to make a meal out of Walrien, but it had something else in mind. “Oh please tell me that is not an ACTUAL Surf attack that its about to pull!” Freth shouted. With a beast of a fish this size, it was probably going to outright sink this speck of land everyone was standing on then they all would be proverbial sitting ducks. Especially if the rain was going to empower this already mighty behemoth even more. “Walrien, you need to move it!” Freth shouted. The massive fish unleashed its powerful attack. “Alakazam! Light Screen!” Freth shouted. Alakazam started to focus and brought up a barrier about it, as Freth stood behind her loyal Pokémon. The attack was unleashed, it didn’t look as mighty as a Surf attack should have been for a Pokémon this size, it was something else. Alakazam’s barrier managed to soften the blow, but a deathly chill came about the area, one that Freth not feeling the greatest over, and neither was Alakazam. Freth didn’t know what it was, but it was not kosher at all to either her or her Alakazam

“Blast it…” Freth said. Freth started to realize they all were severely disadvantaged in this fight. There wasn’t any good means of keeping it locked down. Freth didn’t have much of anything that could cause any extensive damage off hand to apparent water types like this titanic Pokémon. Freth was left only on the defensive right at the moment and it was failing. She tried to think the best way to handle this monstrosity but it wasn’t coming to her. She didn’t exactly get here expecting this kind of an issue with a titan Pokémon. Lykas seems to have something in mind, however. They needed an opening…something to land a rather crucial blow, a critical blow at a moment of weakness, cripple it, something, somehow because Thunder Waves and Mega Drains out a Seedot wasn’t even close to covering it. Maybe Alakazam could still help…

“Alakazam, are you okay?”

“Ka-Zammm…” it sputtered. Shivering from the cold that came over it.

“I know, me too.” Freth said. “We need to try to help Lykas. We need to make an opening somehow. Try Energy Ball!” Dropping his barrier, Alakazam managed to get a lock on the massive fish, putting his two spoons together and started to form a large green orb before it, firing it towards the large target. If this works, Freth only can hope that someone can follow up with this.

Pistachio was on one heck of a ride this time. While he had managed to anchor himself down and was currently getting a sizable boost in energy despite how little it was actually removing from the well of energy, the rollercoaster ride that he was currently on was threatening to tear him off of his mighty steed. But at least for the dive down, the Seedot managed to hold his breath. The trip back up to the surface with the intense cold energy was not so easy. Still attempting to maintain the Mega Drain in order to stave off the damages, Pistachio could only watch as the vines he was using for the sapping began to wither and crackle from the intense cold even as the water surface drew closer. And just as the vines began to snap and release themselves, he would end up shot into the air as the Dondozo breached into air. Looking down towards the behemoth beneath him, Pistachio decided he would at least attempt to keep something draining the giant fish. Scattering a hail of Leech Seed to rain down onto it, the Seedot waited to see where he might land.

Down on the island, Beau and Red Baron would slowly drag themselves back to their feet as the other hail of attacks began to land on the Dondozo and made it react. Taking a moment to get back into the skies after taking that precision shot Water Gun, Beau would stare towards the Dondozo. It was attempting to outlast them, kept doing things to bolster itself and weaken its chosen prey. Yet it managed a precise and powerful blast like that Water Gun to snipe him out of the air initially. One implied an endurance predator designed to outlast its prey and force it to weaken itself, while the other a more ambush based predator that attempted to overwhelm its prey with overwhelming force. Something was very off. And as the Rain Dance began to set to work without any obvious source, even more alarm bells began to ring.

Taking even higher into the skies, Beau would watch as the Dondozo came to eye level with him and Pistachio just kept rising into the air past. Flying up to the Seedot, he would snatch up his original Pokemon before looking down towards the Dondozo. "Okay, standing on the outside wasn't the wisest move.......I wonder if the inside is as resilient." Beau pondered, staring down towards the Titan before a small grin crossed his face. Watching as Freth's Alakazam launched an Energy Ball, he hoped to take advantage of the likely roar in response to the damaging attack. "Dive, dive dive! Lets see how much indigestion we can cause!" Beau crowed, his Fletchinder diving towards the Water type as his somewhat manic Trainer's command came in. It was hard to say how successful the trio would be but if the thing's mouth didn't open, Beau was at least aiming to have the dive land them square into the Dondozo's eyeball.

Brian could see the titan taking damage from Lu and Firebrand's attacks, and coupled with Sol's Flamethrower, the titan was hurting. He knew the Steel-type wouldn't let that slide, and the Metal Burst that followed caused both Lu and Firebrand to cry out in pain, despite both being either neutral or strong against Steel-type attacks. Firebrand had just been in the process of attempting to use another Lava Plume when the attack hit, canceling his own attack. Ah, so that was what Metal Burst did. It hit with greater power against the last to harm the user. This was his first time seeing it in action, so it was a little surprising to see. As the titan rose into the sky, surrounding itself with Stealth Rock to protect itself against whatever attack was coming next, he had an idea.

"Lu, use Bulk Up, then Rock Smash yer way through that Stealth Rock," he ordered. "Firebrand, once ye see an opening, use Temper Flare, then follow it up with Scorching Sands. Let's see how it likes a taste of its own medicine, shall we?" Lu growled an affirmation, powering up with a Bulk Up, then smashing her way forward into the Stealth Rock, hoping to at least get rid of some of it. As soon as Firebrand saw his opening, he ran past Lu, executing the Temper Flare. He quickly followed that up with the Scorching Sands, then leaped back to avoid taking damage from the Stealth Rock, both him and Lu hoping they could do enough damage to try and prevent whatever attack the Titan was trying to charge up.

Hearing Sol's question about having a Pokemon that could use Ice-type attacks, he nodded. "Lu knows Ice Punch, but with her being occupied by the Stealth Rock, she's not going to be able to use it," he said. Before he could say anything else, another Pokeball on his belt opened up, and Randy landed on the ground, wincing a bit as he took a little damage from the Stealth Rock before turning to look at Brian with light blue energy surrounding him. "Wait, ye can use Ice-type attacks?" he asked, pulling out his SNAG to check. Sure enough, the Dunsparce could, indeed, use Ice moves.

"Sol, Randy has three different Ice-type attacks he can use," he said. "Firebrand, I apologize, but we need to get rid of the sun. Randy, start it off with Rain Dance, then use Ice Spinner to try and help Lu break through some of that Stealth Rock. If ye're able to break through, help Sol's Swampert out with a Blizzard or Ice Beam, whichever ye choose." The Dunsparce gave a cry of his name, and as he did so, dark clouds formed above them, rain starting to fall as the bright sunlight faded. Following this, he began to spin, getting faster and faster as he executed his Ice Spinner attack and launched himself at the Stealth Rock barrier, hoping to break through to give Rio a clear shot to the titan.

The Dragon Pulse would slam into the Titan causing it to rear up and backwards as it moaned out in pain, creating the opening that Lykas intended to as it briefly flinched. Next came the empowered Hydro Pump which yes it did resist but it did enough damage and had enough kinetic force behind it to at least push the Titan back a bit more. It was the Super Effective Energy Ball that slammed into its now exposed bellow that caused the Dondozo to open its mouth and let out a wail of pain as it fell backwards the rest of the way, to splash back down in the water.

However, in that moment where it opened its mouth and was falling Beau took the opportunity to dive right in on the back of Red Baron. Fortunately for the two this fish was so massive that there was plenty of room to enter its mouth without being immediately squished, the size of a large living room. Upon entering however they would quickly note they weren't alone in here.

"T-tatsu!?" A small orange Pokemon, about three feet in length, sat on the back of the Dondozo's tongue, just shy of the drop into its throat. It was fish-like and sat on some sort of white sack which it was inflating upon seeing Beau, as if to make itself look bigger. The most interesting part of it however was the distinct Herba Mystica aura it had, of the color red like the Dondozo they were in. Was this thing feeding off the Herba Mystica energies like the Arboliva? Or was something else going on here?

"Tatsugiriii!" It shouted as it unleashed a Water Pulse straight for Beau and Red Baron, the orb of water four times bigger than the small fish itself, big enough to eclipse Red Baron. How was such a small Pokemon able to conjure up something so big!?

Back on the outside, the Dondozo would disappear into the waters after it fell over, its mouth kept shut tight allowing no water inside. Circling underwater a few times the Dondozo seemed unusually hesitant to attack, as if it was waiting for something. For whatever reason it chose not to wait any longer and went on the attack again, this time choosing a far more aggressive assault as began to glow brown, chunks of rock summoned up from the lake's bottom and following it up to the surface. As the Titan breached the surface the large chunks of rock came shooting out after it, the Rock Slide aimed at the Snagems either on their initial trajectory or when they rained back down. The massive fish would then slam back down on the lake after leaping out and it once again created a Surf level tidal upon impact, resulting in general chaos for the Snagems on the lack as they had to deal with threats from all around them. Battling a fish this big and powerful in its home turf was quickly becoming an exercise in futility.

Aile narrowed her eyes, noting the color of the tail shifting with the heat. That’s got to be it, where they could focus. The rocks coming up made for a bit of a problem, though, at least in her current thought process. Might not be the best idea to call out another Pokemon now, unless she had to. “Dega, you up?”

Dagobah grunted and shook her head as she stood back up on all fours, not looking in the best of conditions by far. She shook herself and made her way back over, grunting. “Well, that’s something, at least. This isn’t something that we’ve really worked on, but think you could try an Ice Punch? Or some sort of ice move, at least, on its tail?”

The bear smirked and charged forward once more, using some of the larger rocks to avoid stickier areas where possible before throwing another punch at the steel worm’s tail, surrounding her paw with ice energy.

Lu would work over time to smash the Stealth Rocks in their way, the rocks shattering one by one but Lu kept at it, trying to keep the opening he made open for the others to attack. This would occupy Lu completely and no doubt exhaust him greatly by the time they were done. Firebrand's attacks would cause the beast to roar in pain and yet it did not stop charging, but it did have the effect of keeping that part of its tail super hot, however the worm still wasn't paying it any mind as its focus was on this massive orb it was building up.

Next came the assault of Ice moves as the rain began to fall, rapidly cooling that spoke of its tail and causing a crack to form. While its body cracked the Titan let out a pained groan and began to sway, however its attack didn't end, stopped growing but it still had that ball of energy in its maw. Sol would unleash another Flamethrower on the spot reheating it a bit only for the rain and Dagobah's Ice Punch to rapidly cool it again, the crack getting bigger. That spot was really brittle now, all they needed was one big powerful blow to smash through it and-

"Orthwoooorm!" Roared the Lurking Steel Titan as it unleashed its partially charged up attack, firing it off prematurely as it finally realized what they were doing. The ball of Steel energy would split up into numerous small beams which would fly up into the air, arch over, and come down upon the Snagems and their surrounding area, the Herba Mystica empowered Steel Beam coming down upon them as if divine judgement from above. The beams would just keep coming on after the other with no end in sight. It was quickly apparent the Titan planned on eliminating them even if it took everything it had and so the only way to make it out of this in one piece was to take it down first and deliver the final blow upon its weak point. Unfortunately this meant getting through the rain of Steel Beams.

Lykas ducked and dodged as the Dondozo went back on the attack, having missed his chance to hit harder thanks to Beau's impersonation of biblical figures with the big fish. He managed to jumped over, duck under or barely weave around the largest of the incoming rocks from that Rock Slide, though he found himself battered a bit by the smaller and, thankfully much duller-of-edge ones. Bruised up and barely keeping his balance by the time the hailstorm of stone stopped, he was unable to secure his footing before the unintentional(or was, really?) Surf that came at him. Kamoana was just not able to move with the needed agility to get him out of range of these attacks but even as the huge wave washed him off her back, he was more concerned for her wellbeing than his own. Splashing down into the lake and tumbling head over heels through the water for a moment, he fumbled with his belt until he found her Pokeball and righted himself beneath the surface, recalling her from below to hide his location from Dondozo.

Thankfully for him, Furor wasn't unable to fly entirely and used her limited ability to dodge and weave around that Rock Slide with far greater ease than he had, executed a Dragon Dance as she did. While the attack boost wasn't what she was looking for, she was able to use the speed to her advantage and ducked beneath the surface before the Surf hit her, keeping just ahead of the wave. Along the way, she ended up finding Lykas, who'd been looking for a chance to get close to Dondozo again where it was likely not looking for him. Unfortunately, changing direction to go help caused her to be caught up in the underwater impact of the wave and it knocked her for a bit of a loop momentarily.

Hopefully those above water would be able to distract the beastly fish for a bit longer as he laid a hand on the spiral shell on his obi, his fingers brushing over the Keystone embedded within it. Grabbing onto Furor's back as she neared him, she moved quickly, getting them both moving to a better range. The moment they stopped, the lake began to shine brightly as Furor mega evolved, bursting from the lake with Lykas on her back and lightning crackling along her fins as she formed a huge ball of electrical energy. "Zap Cannon!" Lyks ordered, His own eyes glowing black as he prepared to follow the blast with his own Hex in an attempt to hit the colossal beast of a Pokemon with something truly painful to it.

Furor loosed the blast while in midair and Lykas muttered quietly "Sorry Beau. Live through this and I'll make it up to you later."
