Chel wasn't even sure why she bothered with the door. Why have a heart? Why do anything?
Fine, it was a fight. She would fight.
She watched the were lurch dangerously close to Jack (why was Jack so close to the monster? What the ********??) and all instincts went out the door.
She just ******** tackled the thing.

It was ******** unbelievable luck that the table hit the wound Maeve had gotten in the initial throwdown downstairs. Her scream was half-rage, half-pain, and she fell back against one of the walls, hissing and spitting curses that sounded elegant even in feverish pain, fresh blood dripping from where her hand clutched her arm. She shook with anger and pain, vivid in her rage. She couldn't help anyone like this - not right now. Her breath burned in her lungs. Think of Lily, she thought, You have to go home to her. "Hurry, try and get him down so he can't thrash and hurt himself or anyone else," she snarled at the rest of them. "This arm is useless right now, I can't help you yet." HP: 15/20 WERE: 19/60

"Honestly, none of this makes any--"
All of the sudden, Shun had a table flying at him. Though he started to get out of the way, it still clips him, nearly knocking him over. Managing to catch his balance, he turned to see that the were was now very much free. And such, everyone was piling onto it.
With Chel literally tackling it down.
"Oh for the love of..."
Too many bodies were crawling over it. Stuff his gun back into its holster in the meantime, he reached out to try and grab a hold of something in an attempt to keep it restrained. He was starting to feel a bit battered here. His side burned with pain, and getting smacked with the table didn't make that feel all much better.

"Fine, The Gardener. Now what ab—"
And then the were broke loose. <********> The group at least united again to put a stop to it this time instead of God damn talking it out, but it was still able to put up a fight. It became a frantic blur of people and fur and wide yellow eyes, but then Chel streaked in front to try and tackle it, and that sparked Jack into ******** it was adrenaline, maybe it was luck, maybe it was both. But when Jack punched the were this time, despite getting clawed into and despite crying out because of it, his strike resounded with a loud crack.
"—sit down!"
He grabbed Chel's shirt when she passed, trying to yank her back. "Shun, got any handcuffs? Or you guys, start pinning him right back down. Something."

"This kid," Autumn breathed when the were went down, "is my new ******** hero. Holy s**t, we got him and didn't have to kill him." It was, honestly, a relief. Her willingness to fight and her anger aside, Autumn wasn't a killer. She'd just ******** people up with her fists, get 'em to calm their tits, and move on with her day. Part of her had feared, with the weres... but this little ******** up rag tag group had done it. Her shoulders sagged, and she went to go hug Zac once more.
"I'm so damn glad he's not dead."

"I'm glad too." Zac admitted. "D...detective... Since you're holding it down, Melina, can you sorta, grab the cuffs off him and cuff it?" Blade Kuroda Lina has not yet used her action, and you are keeping it from eating us so...

When the violence had started Lina had frozen. Hands had formed into fists, like she had wanted to jump forward and be of use, but it just hadn't happened. Instead she'd watched everyone else do all the work and it was only Zac turning towards her, calling her name, that snapped her out of her shock. "S-Sure." She stammered and stepped forward, her warg's feathers rustling against her cheek, to snag the oldie-but-goodie metal handcuffs. Lips twitched in slight humor as she remembered the last time she'd held a pair and how she'd learned to use them. Tom would be highly amused when she told him this story. If she could tell him this story. "s**t. Here goes nothing." Holding her breath she surged forward and clipped them around one wrist, then the other, with no little bit of fumbling. "HAH!" Her cry was triumphant. Then, realizing what had happened. "s**t. s**t that was intense." Voting to spare.

Lucas was not letting go. Looking dubiously around the group, he asked, "Do you really think those will be enough, given that he just threw half of us off and a pinned table?"

Chel didn't lose her grip on the creature. Jack tried to pull her off and she remained.
She really didn't want this thing getting lose again. Too much effort to get it under in the first place.
"So what do we do now?" And she was looking to the People In Charge because all she could think to do was keep it from getting up. "We should prolly tie him t'something. Or her? Is it a boy?" Important things to consider right now. "Any of you guys got a good rope?"

"Of course I have ******** handcuffs," Shun grumbled, "Hold him still."
Before he could actually give an answer about letting someone else use the cuffs, they were snatched off of him by a bird. He narrowed his eyes for the moment, he just muttered under his breath to himself. At least they had the were restrained for the time being.
"If he gets too fussy, knock him out for now."

Your warg is restrained, but not unconscious. He continues to thrash and struggle. Just then, you are interrupted by a crackling from Shun's radio: Sergeant Kuroda, we've got a report about a woman in the east conference room. An attacker was spotted going into the room previously."
THE NUMBER IS 16 THE TIME IS 1830 YOU HAVE SUBDUED THE ROGUE WERE WHERE TO NEXT?
>EAST/LILYGREEN CONFERENCE ROOM >UPSTAIRS
WARNING: IF YOU PROCEED UPSTAIRS I WILL ROLL 2 MORE NUMBERS TO ADD TO THE WERE SEARCH
WARNING: NOT INVESTIGATING THE LILYGREEN CONFERENCE ROOM WILL HAVE HUGE CONSEQUENCES
YOUR NEXT GM POST WILL COME AT 0900 HOURS TOMORROW MORNING Rules Amendment As there are ranged weapons present in the game, rules have been created to account for them. As all guns in the game are property of the police department, firing them comes with a consequence of having to explain in a later thread why you fired to your boss. You cannot be damaged by the were, but the gun is a risky proposition. To fire, please roll a 1d10. The damage scale looks like this: 1-4: You fire your gun into the chaos and do a flat 5dmg to your peer with the lowest health, including you. 5-7: You fire your gun into the chaos and do a flat 5dmg to the were. 8-10: You fire your gun into the chaos and kill the were. You now have to explain why you wasted all of your deescalation training and killed somebody who was not in their right mind.

He was not happy with how things were working out, watching the were struggle, but they were getting lower and lower on time. Lucas could care less about the transmission. His mind was already made. " We need to clear the last room before we go upstairs."
