”It doesn’t matter what we do with them,” Oberon said to Chara after he’d stuffed his pockets and the shirt with starseeds. “Just as long as the Negaverse doesn’t have them.”
There wasn’t much time to do anything else, as the cries of fire spread and people began to leave. It figured that the ‘adults’ were the first ones to get out. Sure, breaking the crystal might allow the Negaverse officers to teleport (maybe), but they’d locked in a bunch of Lieutenants, who Oberon knew couldn’t teleport.
“Hey, stay with us,” he called to the chibi girl Ambrosia as she called to the officers to let them know they’d get them out. He then nodded to Oort when he suggested using his magic. “You can make someone stronger, right?” he asked, holding out his hand, not sure how the magic worked, but if Oort needed to touch him to get the magic to work, then he was ready. His own magic used to need contact with someone to work. Now, not so much.
“I’ve got one key,” he said to Tomlin, before following Perdita around to start unlocking the rooms. If a door was locked and they couldn’t find the key, he would just kick it open!
“Alright, everyone, single file,” he called to those still left in the Barracks, Order and officers alike. “Put something over your mouth. Don’t breathe in the smoke,” he suggested as he made his way down the hall, peeking into rooms as they went to make sure no one was struggling to keep up, and that all the Chibi senshi they’d come with were accounted for.
“What’s your name?” he asked Ambrosia, having seen her around, but didn’t catch her name yet. “Oberon, Perdita, Chara, Oort, Tomlin,” he quickly introduced, pointing to each senshi and cat respectively, and holding out his hand for her to take if she wanted. Just so she wouldn’t trip, of course!

Harmonia, super senshi of Harmony
Harmonia piled as many starseeds as she felt was safe in her makeshift knapsack. Carefully she wrapped it up, making sure there were no openings for anything to fall out of, and tucked up safely under an arm. By the time she'd finished gathering what she could she noted that all of the starseeds had been grabbed. Not a single one was left that she could see and she smiled faintly at that. Even if they couldn't return them from where they came, they at least wouldn't be utilized by the negaverse. And Babylon seemed to have an idea of what to do with them.
It was about then that the smell of smoke began to fill her senses. "Oh no!" Her mind went to all the poor agents they had locked in rooms. Making sure that her precious cargo was safe, Harmonia dashed off after Babylon up the stairs, coughing ever once in awhile as the smoke grew worse as they ascended. In fact, she had lost sight of the Knight once reaching the top of the stairs amongst the smokey hallway as she heard people yelling about a crystal and not being able to teleport. "Babylon!" She called and thankfully she heard her name from just down the hall.
Following it she came up to the Knight, eyes wincing against the smokey burn, and she noted, like Babylon the shattered remains of a crystal. That must have been what they were talking about."The crystals smashed!" She shouted through the hallway, hoping that if any officers still hadn't attempted it yet, they would teleport out before the fire and smoke got any worse.
With that she followed after Babylon and their small group. Finally escaping the barracks and bursting out into fresh air which she sucked in immediately.
Nabbed my quotes from Silv since we're all in the same group.

Fire was swarming through the barracks. At this rate there wasn't going to be anything left.
Which was absolutely perfect.
The Negaverse just took a severe blow to their resources—and more importantly than any replenishbable supplies, it seems like you just got the load of all loads: you rescued hundreds of starseeds in this strike.
Because of you, the circle of life will be restored.
That is, if you make it out.
The fires are burning everywhere, and someone's broken the crystal that was preventing the agents from teleporting. They're probably going to be very angry…so you might want to run a little faster.
The the path out won't be easy, but it's your only choice.
Quote:
The Barracks are too dangerous for you to stick around; you need to exit or your life is forfeit! Thankfully, the path up to the portal is in plain sight…
But you might not like what you see.
You can make exit posts if you like, but please head to the Turning Tides ORP!

Babylon Knight of Mercury
Babylon wasn't going to stick around and chaperone - the people he felt personally responsible for had made it out, as far as he could tell, and being close to the exit personally, he pulled his cape up over his nose and hurried out the door, as part of the flood of people exiting the barracks.
Myrrha had followed the winding hallways back to the entrance of the Barracks. She exited the building and stopped running after she deemed the distance was great enough to be considered safe. Her breathing was labored but she was out of danger of being burned alive. Shouldering the bag that she carried gently Myrrha looked around for either Sabine or Phact. It would be best to regroup but she was not sure where they had gotten too. Her gaze was drawn back to the bag and the precious cargo she now carried.
Maybe the best idea was to head towards where the portal was and hope to meet up there.

Harmonia, super senshi of Harmony
The blaze behind her was quite obviously going to take the entire building. Harmonia paused a moment as she watched, hoping that everyone had made it out alright. Still, she knew she couldn't waste time so, with the starseeds still carefully wrapped up in her vest, Harmonia made a hasty retreat towards portal.
She hoped it was still open.

Perdita found the exit of the barracks, following close behind others who were already making their way out. She looked over her shoulder for whoever was behind her, wanting to make sure her little group got out safely.
The barracks were burning. The fire would continue its destruction unless there was some way to put it out. Perdita had a feeling it would be useless. The barracks were lost. They would either stand as a shell of what they once were, or collapse in on itself and be no more.
Perdita didn't care to be around when that happened. She ran through the door and began making her way back to the portal.

Sailor Chara of Chocolate
Chara didn't have a chance to actually grab any of the starseeds before him. After his initial panic about it all, it turned out that everything was already grabbed. That was okay, that was just fine! That just meant that he could fight better if need be. He could throw himself into danger to protect the ones that actually HAD something on their person that needed to be protected.
Before he could open his mouth to say anything else in regards to how freaky these souls were, there was the smell of smoke. Did someone ACTUALLY start a fire? And then there was the shattering of some crystal and then.. Perdita was running. There was no reason to stay. And she had the souls to protect, and in turn, he'd protect her.
He was right on her heels as she ran out, holding on to her starseeds. No one was going to get to her, not if HE could help it!

It seemed someone had broken whatever crystal the senshi of meditation had mentioned to him. He had heard the officers mention it, through the door, but hadn't known what they were talking about. In all the confusion and with everything going on he was a bit...scattered. it seemed they had bailed out, which he was ok with, now it was time for them to get out and that's what he was going for - screw his shoes. He had socks on his feet and that was good enough as he looked over the group he'd been with as he made his way for the exit of the barracks and back the way they'd come.
They couldn't have much time left, he was sure of it, and the feeling of youma - lots of them...was not a pleasant feeling to say the least. "This isn't good..." He whispered as he looked out into the darkness of their surroundings. This was really bad.
"Time to go guys!" He called over his shoulder toward the group he'd come in with. His golden eyes staring back over his shoulder. "We have a lot of youma out here."

Sabine, Senshi of Tactics
With the crystal shattered, Sabine did not wait around to see if Agents teleported out - especially as she heard someone shout to notify them that they were free to do so. Nope, she had to get out with her starseeds - to get them back where they belonged.
She kept her pace up hoping they'd be able to get back to the portal with as little hassle as possible.
What Cetus stated was most likely the understatement of the evening. Still, with a handful of starseeds, Phact was booking it with the rest of them.
But her eyes kept gazing around. "Stay close. We leave together." Phact called out to Acrucis, Cetus, Sabine, Kastra, and Mel.
(Off we go)

Gorner had been following the group, one hand about her mid and the other at the top of her uniform, as she worked to hold the starseeds in place and not drop any. Knowing what they were she couldn't leave any behind and dropping them would only keep them longer. The smell of smoke made sure she didn't want to linger, even if she was the sort to linger about and walk her way through things. Nope, a thousand nopes, she was not the sort to go through life slowly and now even more so. She was making her exit rather quickly as she moved toward Cetus and then past him.
"This feeling really isn't good...and I don't think I'm up for fighting." Not when she was loaded down with starseeds, she wouldn't risk any being lost, reclaimed, or broken. She had to get them out of here.
"How do we handle this...and keep the starseeds safe?" She called out over her shoulder toward Cetus and the group she'd joined, just as she was leaving the barracks.
She didn't hear anything after a while, and she assumed they somehow found their way out. Leaving the Negaverse agents' fate to chance, and hoping they'd get out, Ambrosia took off running, avoiding flames and embers that singed her skirt. The starseeds were safe against her chest as she ran, panting back to the portal.

Kastra, Senshi of Meditation
Hearing that those that were trapped were now set free, Kastra gave a nod. She darted toward the door, she keeping firm hold of the precious cargo she held in her skirt.
She followed along behind those that were in her party, making certain that he trailing companion was able to keep the pace.
Chibi Oort -- Exiting with Oberon, Perdita, Tomlin and the rest of their group
It turned out that he hadn't needed to use his magic, as Perdita managed to get the doors unlocked - well at least most of them.
For the one that she hadn't been able to lock there was a broken crystal which apparently meant that the bad guys could still get out.
And with them all out there was nothing left to keep Oort in the Barracks as he followed after Oberon, Perdita, Tomlin and the rest of their group whilst holding onto the starseeds carefully.
It was time to go - was time to get all the starseeds to safety.
