Saraf blinked a couple times as he watched the proceedings before he actually gave an amused laugh, "See, bunch of worthless savages." He spat out. To think that those of the North would actually reduce themselves to having to stab an enemy in the back? Bunch of cowards, yet another reason not to think poorly of them, "Ah well, at least we're no longer twiddling our thumbs." With that Saraf drew his swords, preparing to throw himself into the thick of things... only to have someone from his own side crash into his blind side as they passed him, telling him 'get out of the way, Oban' as they passed.

Scrapping himself the swordsman drew in a breath, shook himself off, and threw himself forward again. He wouldn't let it get to him, though here was to hoping that a healer would actually bother to heal him. There was a part of him that doubted it would happen though, the Obans weren't well loved and they were likely only here as front line fodder. Already they were getting swallowed up by the angry Alkidike that were set upon them when the Earthlings went all back stabby without warning them that it was the plan.

"Let's just get this done and head home!" He called out to his fellow Obans, planning never to leave Oba again after this mess.

There was chaos on the field and it was then that she noticed the group behind the Alkidikes. So they had ambushed them from behind. Clever. Ming'we smiled before she moved her aim away from the matron and decided to go for one of the other Amazons that looked like they were in charge. She took only a second to figure out direction of the wind then pressed her finger down on the trigger. The bolt that she had loaded in anticipation soared through the air and headed right for her target.

When the fighting officially started Syqvara panicked. The leafling gave a squeak when the Mob attacked and then cast a spell at them as quickly as she could. Sy wasn't even sure if she could reach them but when she saw her magic stretch outward she was stunned. Maybe she wasn't as weak as she thought. Though to her dismay she noticed that the lightning she'd cast didn't paralyze anyone.

Serr imagined he was moving too quickly to see as he darted between the fighting bodies, slicing a thigh here, a forearm there, and receiving a number of shallow injuries of his own. He was not actually invisible, but it was still a charming fantasy. Conscious of the direction in which the healing tents stood, he tried to draw the Alkidike away from them, away from Eziya.

Eziya Post 14

So the fighting had finally started. She had hoped the talks of peace would work out better than this, but it seemed people on their side decided to start the battle. Her gut feeling told her it was Serr and the group he had agreed to go with, but she really hoped she was wrong about it. He was an adult and could make his own decisions, but she didn't have to agree with him about them. The healing tents were away from the main lines, but if pushed enough she would have to get involved to protect the younglings and prentices from the battle. If anyone got hurt during the battle she would have to run out and help them. Either side, she was willing to patch them up.

"If you feel like you'll be more useful fighting, go ahead and go. I can take care of things here," Eziya commented, turning towards Araie. "You're worried about your other friend aren't you?"



Zumei Post 13

So the battle had officially begun! To say Zumei was a little pumped would be an understatement. It wasn't really that she wanted to kill any of the Alkidike women or anything, but she definitely wanted to protect her home however she could. She was incredibly inexperienced, but there had to be inexperienced people on both sides, right? She was sure she wouldn't have to go up against someone far more experienced than her, but she would have to be careful. Maybe if she stuck close to Zuri she'd be okay. The older woman looked like a seasoned warrior, and if she knew what she was doing then she could learn from her.

"I'll try not to get in your way, miss Zuri," she said quickly, swinging at one of the Alkidike women in the mob.

As the battle began she muttered a quick prayer to Aisha before rushing in. Right away a prentice rushed towards her, murder in her eyes. Briella was ashamed as she hit the girl over the head with the butt of one of her swords. "So young, and so full of hate." she hoped that there would be sisters who took the wounded off the battle field, but looking around she couldn't spot any. The girl was out cold though so she moved closer to Kadriye, making sure to keep the mystic safe.

Ilyra rushed in, keeping close to her family as she did so. She fired arrows towards legs, arms and other places that she was sure wouldn't be fatal. Although it seemed the sisters attacking didn't care who they killed, she didn't want to kill anyone unless she needed to.

She flared up the magic within her and attempted to send out a fire spell towards one of the extremists. Unfortunately it backfired and got her hands lightly. She tried not to call out in pain and looked around to make sure no one saw it. This was embarrassing. Maybe she should stick to water for a while.
