"Hmm..." Illo been searching his pockets, his robe flapping in the crisp night air a bit. Finally he was able to produce some coins. They looked like they were worth a fair amount.
"This is all I have left of my salary from the monastery. Aside from that, well..." His voice trailed off. There was something he didn't want to say; thankfully it was patently obvious he no longer had the same connections he had. He gave a somewhat defeated shrug and chuckled nervously.

"Well this could cover you for a year but I can't guarantee anything beyond that." Said Ethan while looking at the coins. They were sure worth but given how easily did he parted from them it wouldn't surprise Ethan someone might just scam Illo and pick the rest of the coins away. "How about this..." He said extending his hand. "I'll take those coins for you. And have them work around. On the mean time, you work here for me. I'll cover your expenses while you do so. And every year I'll give you a percentage of what your money had generated. I'll be your bank. Of course, as you work here I wouldn't pay you much. But I'll make sure to teach you how to do your work, and your home would never lack food, A/C in summer or futons in winter. Plus during your free time any activities you perform would within the place, as jobs. Would go straight into your pocket." Illo didn't seem like the kind of person who knew what to do with money. So as a fellow brawler, he would lift him from that burden. "Of course, once you've had enough you'll be free to ask me for every single penny."

Illo almost melted with joy at the good news that came from the man's lips. He could pay his way AND remain austere! Immediately the monk was kowtowing before Ethan.
"Oh thank you thank you thank you! You won't regret this!" Words like 'overjoyed' or 'ecstatic' weren't strong enough to express what Illo was in this moment. Absolutely beside himself with the whole idea. A push-broom appeared out of nowhere and fell next to him with a flat clang.
"Which one do I get?" asked Illo excitedly as he got up and held his broom with a surprising amount of pride. He would definitely move in quickly.

Illo nodded and for the next half hour or so the two were looking through the apartments with welcome mats in front of them. The first few felt a little too small for his taste--somehow; they were all the same size. The next two had a smell about them that was faint but noticeable. The fifth apartment, however, was just what he was looking for. Clean, homey, simple but cozy, it had everything. The way the moon came in through the sitting room window though...
"I think I'll take this one," he said turning to the blue-shadowed corridor, "if that's alright with you."
It hadn't been long since Kain had left the city in order to fulfill his duty as a Death Scythe and watch over the region that Lord Death had assigned him. However, it would seem that things were about to get a lot more chaotic and dangerous as the threat of the kishin, as well as a certain group of powerful individuals, were starting to make their moves. With this in mind, Lord Death had summoned all Death Scythes to return to Death City and tasked Kain, specifically with chore of delivering three letters to three important individuals. All three of them, Kain had met and interacted with, but he only truly trusted one of them. As he made his way to the location of the first person, Kain couldn't help but to wonder why Lord Death would want to meet with this person. After all, she was responsible for the awakening of the kishin in the first place. Standing before the door, Kain would knock.

As they finally arrived the desired destination, Ethan would kneel in front of the door to pick the key which was bellow the carpet. Standing up so he would offer it to Illo. "You're free to move as soon as you want. Just try and make miss trumpet more quiet so she would not bother the neighbors. A sound barrier is more than enough to do the work."

The door would knock once again.Still, this time Misty would be the one to pick up given Ryan called her out. He was already annoyed by his previous chit chat with the Landlord he did not wished to pick the door for the moment.
"Coming!"
Misty chanted with her voice, She would smile at Queen and Saya.
"Please excuse me for a second.... oh and by the way, Saya, would you like to have dinner out one day? We could try out whatever you like. My treat"
She added with a wink, there was a high chance that Misty would simply spoil Saya. After Saya's answer, She would head over to the door, removing the look and opening just to meet up with Kai face to face.
"uh..."
Misty seemed confused, there was something familiar about those eyes.Stern, yet hiding a faint amount of warmth. Something about him made her feel something. A feeling she could not describe. But in the end, no matter how much she tried to. There was nothing she could remember about this man. Their lives had been separated at last.
"Can I help you?"
While minutes passed within her mind her reaction barely took seconds so she didn't seem that off. Still, Misty smiled calmly expecting the Deathscythe's answer.
Queen ust ptted Saya as the door would ring and Misty would go answer it "This nights nnever gonna end is it" she sighed not really minding if Saya heard her, she was open with her feelings to saya making it clear when something was off though she never explained so it was the most she would do. though her eyes moved into the direction where the door was, she couldnt see who it was but she sensed a weapon based on the soul...strangely familiar but not familiar enough to warrent anything.
+ Weapon Creation: can create two weapons a sword and a giant axe like spear + Armor Creation: can summon up armor that helps protect her from magic and physical damage + Hells Fire: can summon and conjure hells flames which are almost impossible to extinguish + enhanced speed + Darkness Energy formation: can add Darkness to her weapons limbs to extend its reach and do more damage + Four Tail Power: when needed she can Strengthen herself up only when in her normal form she can grow three extra tails, and her eyes change(sign of her change) + Deaths Gift: upon given as a gift power, she can use any Weapon that she gets her hands on, even if the weapon resists they obey her command (only in weapon form and when shes the only one holding) +Black Sakura Petal Dance An ability she gained when going into the future, as she fought a girl whom could summon Metal petals using them to both attack and Defend she seemed to have absorbed this ability into her arsenal. this ability grants her the ability to create black petals which she could use to defend and attack her opponents. he still doesn't understand this power yet so it sometimes doesnt activate.
As Misty answered the door, Kain looked down at the girl and for a brief second, a subtle image of her would pop into his mind. This girl seemed so familiar and yet he had never seen or known of her before today. Shaking off this odd feeling of deja vu, Kain would answer her, "Yes, I have business with the kitsune that is here." Kain stated. Holding up a letter, Kain revealed that it was written and sealed by Lord Death himself, meaning that it was of the utmost importance. "Lord Death wishes for me to giver this letter. So, may I come in?" Kain asked.

Now this was troublesome, She had just met Queen, but she knew she would be mad at her if she let some stranger looking after the kitsune. Still, the seal on the letter belonged to lord Death which meant it was of vital importance that the letter would reach its destined person. Her eyes would look back at Kains. There was just something, that for a split second. Made her believe she could trust him. "Alright..." She replied, honestly a little nervous. After all it wasn't every day that she got involved with something regarding Lord Death. She opened the door, letting the man in. "Could I offer you something? A glass of water? Something to eat?" Hosting a Death scythe wasn't something that usually happened so, at the very least she would try to keep first impressions as clean as possible. "Queen san! There's a man looking out for you. There's a letter meant for you!" Called Misty while Kain was just entering. Giving Queen a heads up for what there was to happen. Surely enough time for Queen to prepare herself. At least enough time to hide Saya. Sure, she trusted Kain, but something told her that Queen wouldn't. So, she would keep any mention of Saya a secret. At the same time, and without warning, Kain's arm would be captured by Misty's. A reflex? Who would know? Still, She didn't seem to shy about it. Nor there was any ill intention in her. "Surely you're tired from your long trip. We were chatting at the living room, here let me take you there..." She added, speaking normally, knowing Queen would be able to hear them during their brief walk towards Queen's destination.
Queen just listened to them talk sighing it was clear she was going to let him in "and you wonder why im hesitant to leaving her here" she thought before she would take her scarf off and wrap it round Saya's neck like she had it on her "Try not to talk alright Saya...Still can't trust anyone seeing you" she stated as the scarf would wrap around Saya forming a blanket around her and Saya hiding, she brought her legs up so that it would appear as if the place saya was at was really her legs, Queen made her soul connect to the scarf making it seem like under the blanket was just her soul and not Saya's. being that it was a weapon there was a high chance they could sense souls so this was her only option cover sayas soul in her own. She would remain quiet until Kain would walk in with Misty "who ever you are...I don't care, but keep it short...I don;t like being tracked" she stated making it clear that was the only way he would have found her.

With Misty's blessing, Kain entered the house. "Ah, no thank you. I'm just here to deliver the letter and then leave. I have some other places I need to be as well." Kain stated in response to Misty offering him a glass of water or something to eat. Suddenly, Misty would reach over and grab Kain's arm, usually Kain would have been startled, but this felt eerily calming to him. As Misty took him towards the living room, Kain simply let himself be dragged along by the girl. Not really saying anything. The moment he entered the other room, a rather familiar person would be sitting right before him. "And Lord Death doesn't like criminals living within his city, but he tolerates it, so I suggest that you do the same." Kain stated before approaching the woman. "By order of Lord Death, you are hereby invited to an meeting that he wish to hold." Kain the handed the letter to Queen. "Within that letter lies the details of the meeting and everything that he wishes to discuss with you and a few others." As he handed her the letter, Kain would smile. "Considering how much is at stake here. I'm sure you'll be joining us."

Misty kept walking with Kain through the corridor as he explained he had other places to go. "Really? must be tough to be a death scythe nowadays..." She paused her lips for a bit, confused. How exactly did she knew Kain was a Death scythe. For all she knew he could be a simple messenger. but the answer was so natural to her, as if she could read his nature like an open book. She moved along trying not to create an awkward silence between the two. "...anyways. Be sure to rest once your ordeal is over. It wouldn't be any good if you over do yourself."
As Queen would state she had no desire to speak with this man, Misty was sort of prepared to hear said Question. "Queen, this man only wishes to deliver a letter, the least you could do is take it." She paused for a moment before the two of them would exchange a few words, criminal, tracker? Misty still kept holding onto Kain's arm the entire moment. feeling the friction between the two, she approached their chatter with a comedic soft laughter. "Teheh.. now now. We're all grown ups here right? No need to be rough Queen, he's being polite." She would then turn over to Kain. "Mr. Death scythe. Criminal or not, this person took after me when after I was assaulted at the streets and had a short memory loss. So please, do not refer at her as a criminal, not within my house at least." Misty sighed as if she was disappointed. "And here I thought I would finally get to meet your husband Queen. He was really polite and seemed to know you. But it looks like it was merely a strict business meeting." She giggled in embarrassment, yet it all was a sly move to appeal the attention withing her silliness and away from the rough difference between Kain and Queen. "The way you talk and move, so mature. I would had figured you were married already. Plus, mr. Death scythe here seems so polite to his age. You two look like you are engaged. .. w-well not to one another. But surely engaged to someone."
