[Prompt Response]It was with a heavy heart that Axel tried one last time. He ziplined up towards the Titan, and by some colossal stroke of good luck managed to land two solid hits. Astonished that he'd managed it, Axel landed. It had taken much too long for him to proud of himself, but at least he could stop humiliating himself in front of the other trainees now. [ Prompt Response ]It was time for training again, this time they would be using practical skills with the usage of the grapple hooks and swinging themselves around, in order to arch into successful nape of the neck cuts. Alec was ready, if not eager to work independently and train with his skills to improve on his knowledge. Blades in hand, he swallowed, exhaling as he gripped the handles tightly. A look of sheer determination highlighted his features. Firing off his steel wires, sinking them into a tree he pulled himself off the ground quickly leaving behind his fears and reservation. The first cut out was in site, and he fired again after releasing the initial grapple, ducking and weaving throught he trees as he came down for his first strike of the day. His right blade hit home, while the left that follow tore into the would be titans neck. Successful Hits: [1]

[ Prompt Response ] Sure enough his confidence had over excited the teen, he moved himself to his would be next target. His initial blade strike hit true, but the follow up was not powerful enough to deliver a fatal blow. Pulling back he'd just have to try again. [ Prompt Response ] This time he came in a bit to fast for the initial swing of his first blade, it barely grazed the flesh of the dummy. In a quick moment of over swinging he sliced his blade at the dummy to try and make up for the initial poor swing. Successful Hits: [1]

[ Prompt Response ] Almost as if were testing the in's and outs of how his attacks and swings would work this time he came in for a deep slice of his left arm, but the follow right swing nearly caused him to loose his blade as he swung at air. This time he'd gone too seemingly fast not giving himself enough time to reach for the second blow. Successful Hits: [1]

Setting himself on a tree branch, panting softly Alec narrowed his eyes, inspecting the dummy below, calculating how best to proceed next as his last few attempts hadn't gone according to plan. [ Prompt Response ] This time when Alec swung himself into action he slowed himself down just a bit, enough so that he struck his initial blow, and while he landed the second it wasn't hard enough to peel flesh off the would be target. [ Prompt Response ] What was he doing so wrong? Was his left arm really that much stronger than his right? As he sailed away from his target yet another kill undelivered Alec narrowed his gaze on the dummy wondering for a horrible moment if all titan flesh was this hard to cut. Successful Hits: [1]

[ Prompt Response ] It was almost comical. Staring down the titan cutout, Alec launched himself at the target striking deeply, and again motioning at air for his next swing. He'd have to train himself better, his reflexes seemed off, perhaps if he lead with his right, then finished with his left he'd have better results? Successful Hits: [1]

[ Prompt Response ] It was think go around, zip-lining after his target did Alec put his own advice into motion. He lead with his slower right swing, and by the time his left blade dug deeply into his target at last was he rewarded with his 'kill'. The success felt good, and while he still had more to do he wouldn't give in easily. Sending more wires forth he carried himself onto the next dummy. Successful Hits: [1] [2]
