Aslinn got up and made sure she had everything. She smiled at what Cody said and then spoke. "Well then I guess it'll please you to know your grandmothers house is still here." She led him outside the restaurant and began trying to decide where to take him next since it was still a bit early.

Aslinn smiled when he asked to see it. "alright; we can get it set up for living in again; it might just take a week or so to get all the fixtures set up and inspect and replace anything faulty." The house his grandmother had lived in was empty; her father had insisted that no one was allowed to use it should the old woman return and he'd had it over hauled not long before his death, to make sure everything was semi current and up to code. All of her stuff had been left in there untouched.

Aslinn slowly led him down a winding road taking the utmost care as to not take a wrong turn. Eventually sitting all by it's self was a quaint old home; it had a lot of tree's providing it nice shade and the grass was surprisingly well kept short of the wild flowers that were running amuck.

Aslinn stood just inside the house after unlocking it with the special key she had. She watched him look around and she slowly spoke. "My father before he died made sure the place was taken care of and brought up to code... I was quite curious as to why but i guess i now know why." When she finished speaking she looked around the house and walked over to where he was and took a glimpse at the photo he was looking at.

Aslinn smiled when he spoke about taking up the house. She brushed her hair back out of her face before speaking. "I believe that is what he would've wanted; and why he had the house restored." She didn't have a real idea but it was her best guess as to why her father had fixed the house before dying.

Aslinn smiled when he began looking around the place as if wondering what all he could bring. She spoke in a rather mixed tone offering up advice. "If you wished your uncle could come up and see if he wanted anything; it would help keep hold of sentimental memories for him and clear out some of the items. It might be hard to move your bigger stuff but we could easily get a u-haul and two horse drawn carts on this end. It would be a bit tedious. If you wished to remain at the bookstore as well we could easily get you the bigger items within the village." She knew that if Cody wanted a house here and to stay at the bookstore it would mean he'd need two bed's and pretty much two of most every basic but the bulk of his stuff would be where-ever he choose to remain most often.

Aslinn listened when he spoke and smiled a bit before she spoke faintly. "Alright then i can help you find the stuff if your interested." When she finished talking she smiled softly before checking her phone. When she saw what time it was she smirked and spoke "alright looks like it should be about time." she said wanting to lead him to the surprise.
