"He's right, its almost time for graduation, Shiraku, lets get going!" She said getting ready to use shunpo wave. She didn't want to be late for graduation either. Shiraku should've master shunpo as well, "I'm gonna go ahead, I'm the only one being assertive about this, so see you two at the ceremony!" Okuni smirked as she disappeared with a step.

Taking a flashstep himself, Buktosu disappitated. As he did, he could see 2 odd figures the same size of him, which he thought was intentionally strange.

With the announcement of a tournament, Kyuzo had made his way to the Rukongai Forest; it was secluded enough to obscure him from others while he got in some practice before this competition took place. Now wearing his Shinigami attire, as well as sporting his clan's silver bracers, and his own black skull earring, Hakutei was now dressed for the part.
A quick Shunpo behind a tree was followed by two stabbing strikes that pierced all the way through the large wooden target; it was a technique known as Flash Blossom, and was notable as one of the few high speed technique designed for the killing of other Shinigami. I suspect that there will be many SHunpo users in this tournament; that would make this technique useless against them. At the very least, it will provoke them to reveal the skill level of their own Flash Stepping.

Kenji looked around finding himself in the depths of the forest. Hollow were rumoured to wander around here, which is the exact reason why he brought everyone. It was then that he noticed he wasn't exactly alone. His black spikey hair ruffled in a breeze and silently he drew Juyuuishi.
"Amaya, Mitsuoki...show me what you've got," Kenji launched himself up in the air and came down again onto a hollow that had just appeared. He aimed for a slice straight to the back of its head, just as Kai had taught him.

'Damn...he's fast' was my first thought when I finally caught up with Kenji. Yet technically we weren't yet using Shunpo...or flash steps since that involved the use of Reiatsu, then again our control had increased enough that we could move in Shunpo without thinking about it.
Watching him take off I looked around and quickly drew Yamachou as I saw a shadow behind me..."A...hollow ambush?" I said and turned to see that indeed it was a hollow that had jumped me. I moved around heading for a horizontal slash to slash the thing off me.

Taking a step forwards I smiled faintly, Amaya didn't have enough time to prevent the hollow from attacking, it seemed that I had to sheild her this once.
I held up a palm in the direction of the monster, "The first ring comes at dawn. The second ring binds at noon. The third ring wraps at dusk. Bakudo #9: Sealing Rings!" I said and watched and from nowhere, the Hollow was locked in three golden rings binding it. It wasn't much but it was enough to stop any major damage.
I drew Neiku from her sheath just as a Hollow tried to attack from behind and drew my blade straight down it, one handedly to stop it in it's tracks before twisting round, taking the katana in both hands and slashing quickly down to my right, switched the blade round and then straight back up to my left sending the Hollow flying backwards.

Kyuzo looked to the target he had been repeatedly uysing in the training of his Flash Blossom; it looked more like swiss cheese than a tree after so many stabbing strikes. It soon came to his attention, through the feeling of Reiatsu in the air and the sound of a demon art being cast, that he was not the only inhabitant in the forest at this time.
"Heart of the south, eye of the north, finger of the west, foot of the east, arrive with the wind and depart with the rain. Binding Spell number 58: Kakushitsuijaku!" Hakutei declared, using his tracking Kido to get a fix on just where the Reiatsu was coming from. With the presence locked onto, he began his march forward; no harm in investigating.

I stood in the tree, watching. Mitsuoki was being careful and taking things slow from what I could see. Amaya was still preparing herself, and Kenji was fighting almost recklessly.
(I'll RP the hollows with this Key, green for amaya, purple for Kajitani, red for Kenji and myself in blue)
I watched calmly for a moment as they fought and decided that watching them would give me a good insight to how they would battle at the tournament, though I was wondering more if they would fight me if it came to that. There was a three in seven chance at the moment that they would be fighting me.
I glanced down and saw a hollow leaping up towards me...I sighed, I was doing so well in hiding my Reiatsu too. I didn't see the point in using my Zanpakuto thus I jumped down heading straight for the hollow, head first. Suddenly I grabbed a branch just metres away from its face, then I swung around the branch enough to give a double reverse kick to its face. Using the momentum I swung round the other way and landed on the ground before it kit the ground.
"Spirit ball," I murmured and stood under where the hollow would have landed and held up my hand, a tiny pea of my Reiatsu in my palm as I held it up. It made contact with the hollow and I shattered it, eradicating the hollow without making much of a sound.
The hollow although thick, was thinking of only one thing...Shinigami soul...and three...no four Shinigami had come to feed him, ooh he was going to enjoy himself. He jumped backwards and then forwards just slightly to one side avoiding the downward slash of the blade and then he swung his claw out straight at Kenji.
The hollow facing Amaya was suddenly confused as to why it could no longer move its arms and legs...that Shinigami hadn't moved...it couldn't be...and yet it was, it was stuck bound by some stupid Shinigami magic. It tried to open its mouth to bite her suddenly.
It jumped back, the hollow that is, it had just has a very sharp blade straight down its arm while that damned shinigami had slashed to the side, he would've exploited the opening...if only the brat hadn't swung back up.
"Shinigami soul...mmm...tasty..." It licked its lips and took a swing straight at Mitsuoki.

"Thanks Mitsuoki!" I called and quickly rushed through an incantation, "O Lord, Mask of flesh and bone, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man, Truth and temperance, Upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws! 33rd Art of destruction SokatSUI!" I yelled loudly forcing my palm into its face.
The blue light was emitted outwards and suddenly broke free forwards covering the monster in a huge blast of blue light, "Take that!" I said pushing it away with the sheer blast.

"Oh no you don't," Kenji focused, concentrating his Reiatsu in his feet and suddenly he disappeared reappearing on the other side of the Hollow as it swung its arm out, "You're not getting me that way." With that Kenji drove Jiyuuishi into the Hollow from the otherside. Kenji was thankful at least that he wasn't facing a powerful hollow.

I used the momentum of the upward swing to spin me backwards a couple of feet just out of the Hollows reach, that wasn't bad timing at all, "You're a hollow right?" I asked my left side facing the demon. I held Neiku along my chest with the cutting edge facing the sky just along my collar bone, "Then you should return to Soul Society." With that I waited.

I watched calmly in the shadows, back up in the tree once more. Under the circumstances, I hadn't expected Amaya to use Kidoh, that wasn't her direct speciality yet she had pulled off Sokatsui to perfection in such a short space of time. The hollow disintegrated before her eyes.
I turned my attention towards Kenji, he wasn't having as much luck as he was attacking Melee, perhaps he preferred the Melee style and brute force, quite interesting.
The Hollow didn't seem to care that Kenji was attacking from the otherside and swung its giant arm round aiming straight for Kenji in a simultaneous attack as Kenji attacked him.
However I turned my attention yet again to Mitsuoki, who seemed to be being very cautious his battle was predetermined I knew that much from the way the hollow would attack and the way Mitsuoki would counter attack no matter how the hollow attacked. It suprised me to see that Mitsuoki had picked up Bushido that effectively, he was actually quite good at sword combat from what I had seen in the tower when the stories were being shared, yet it seemed to be more of natural intellect. Something I would have to be wary of myself.
The hollow was perplexed by Mitsuoki's actions and thus confused went straight in for a direct frontal attack, there was no way that the kid could move his blade round quick enough to stop the attack so either he would jump back or he would die.

"Death borders upon our birth, and our cradle stands in the grave. Our birth is nothing but our death begun," With that, I switched my grip on neiku and moved my palm over the back of her hilt. Then I thrust forwards and down, straight into the opening the Hollow had created by moving forwards and into the line of my blade. Neiku shone for a moment in slow motion and then pierced the hollow. It had involved me switch stepping to get maximum thrust. Then I switched my grip again as the monster came even closer, grabbed it with both hands, and then yanked it up over my shoulder sliced straight up through the hollow.
Blood spurted everywhere behind me as I tore up and held my blade in front of me, then I slipped it down over my robes and cleaned the blood on my hip from Neiku before sheathing her quietly in one fluent act.
"Die." I murmured.

I closed my eyes, the hollow wasn't as dumb as I thought. I thought about what choices I had. I could jump out of the way...I could block, I could use Shunpo again and quickly get the otherside of him...I could use Kidoh...or...or...I could...I ducked under the arm with only seconds to spare and spinning Jiyuuishi around above my head, I jumped up and game straight back down driving Jiyuuishi straight through the Hollow's skull and down into it's chest. I pulled back out of it and jumped back up into a tree behind me.

"Heh," I said watching Hollow die, all that hard work had paid off, but I wou'd've liked to have done it without someone elses help. I sighed, nothing I could do about that now.
"So...Kenji...now what do we do...wait for more Hollows?" I asked.
