Ray walked along a path, his hand gliding across the trees that crossed his way. His eyes followed an invisible path, made out of only his own imagination. To be honest he had no idea where to begin with Geno, and he didn't feel the need to have people searching for him. He figured Geno would come to him if he wanted to be found, and he clearly wanted to be found. Sending Toshi to insult Ray practically screamed for help, it sent off alarms in Ray's head, but at the same time he felt the task annoying. Not so much annoyed at Geno's actions, but that Ray hadn't predicted this outcome. Yes leaving Geno to his own devices was the better option than constantly keeping an eye on him, however Ray left him alone for too long. That was his own fault. Even Ray could admit to something like that.
Ray's steps began to slow, his mind trying to retrace memories with Geno as to pinpoint where the Slayer might've gone. Instead he was greeted with voices of a girl and a male. His eyes drifted to his side, but he couldn't see them, so he assumed they couldn't see or hear him, as Ray had yet to say a word. He kept on walking, away from them so that his inevitable conversation with Geno would not be interrupted. After a few minutes, and the voices were far off away from his hearing range, Ray raised his hands to his mouth and shouted Geno's name at the top of his lungs. "GENO GET OVER HERE NOW."
Geno looked in the direction the yell had come from, it was ray geno was actually surprised that the old man had actually left the guild geno placed his bowl down as he stood his scales activated geno walked out of his cave as he activated his feet blades to keep him held in place the magical pressure could be felt building around him as he inhaled sharply his chest growing bigger and bigger as he let loose a powerful roar that tried to slide him back as it ripped through trees and brush aimed in rays direction but not at ray geno had cleared a straight path to his cave as he deactivated his called and blade he returned to the cave near the fire and sat back down and began eating his rice as he added iron chunks to it, geno sat waiting on ray to follow the new path
Ray merely watched and then walked on after the pathway had been made. Way to remain a secret he thought to himself. Ray began to come up on Geno's cave and he stared inside for a moment, watching Geno for a moment. "May I enter?"
Geno looked up at ray and nodded as he slowly continued to eat his food barley acknowledging ray as he slowly added more iron to his rice geno seemed to have lived in the cave for some time.
The cave was too small for Ray to stand up, so he sat down and made himself comfortable with our without Geno's permission. They sat in silence for a moment, as Ray gave himself a bit more time to reflect on just what he wanted to say. Finally he let out an exasperated sigh and a short chuckle at the end of it. Looking down, his fingers traced the ground as he began to speak. "Y'know I was trying to remind myself to be mad at you the whole walk here. I want to be mad at you and I'm not sure why. I can't of course. When everyone abandoned Lamia Scale under new order, you stayed. Well you joined as everyone left, but you were there to see them leave." Ray folded his legs and he scratched his stubble. "When everyone was leaving me you held tight and sat down for the ride. I can't be mad at you. Regardless if you destroy walls in a friendly guild. Fairy Tail will have to get over it right?" Ray smiled hoping he was getting through to Geno. Geno's silence made Ray uncomfortable. A brooding dragon was much more threatening than an active one. He glanced up to Geno but didn't get any response out of him, he let the silence linger for just a small moment before resuming his topic. "I didn't quite know how to lead a guild back then. I'm still learning. I thought that if I let you do your own thing you'd be happy and content. I didn't think you might get upset at my lack of action. So here I am trying to figure out what this might be all about." Ray sat back, his backside resting gently against the wall, he watched Geno intently, awaiting for him to respond.
Geno watched ray get seated as he looked at him he was calm and relaxed he listened as ray commented about wanting to be angry and that he could not be angry at geno, then ray mentioned breaking things at fairy tail geno spoke then. " that was Micheal grimbone he put me through the wall he broke it." geno listened to ray speak of still learning about being a guild master and he nodded. " to leave one to their own devices is fine but to one who is out cast from most civilized society it can be bad if left alone to much." geno said as he pointed to a bowl of plain rice and another eating bowl
Ray chuckled and rested his head on his the palm of a hand. "Yes I know this now, I wish you would've told me sooner." Ray smiled and shook his head, gazing outside again, the sun was beginning to set at this time. "So what'll you do Geno?" Ray wasn't quite sure what Geno had planned, but he did intend to get Michael to pay for harming Geno. He was beginning to think about it now.
Geno looked at ray and he spoke. " i intend to come back to lamia scale and then find Micheal and thank him it took a violent beating for me to finally accept somethings my father had done to me and taught me back in those days it took him beating me and me coming so close to the void that i felt him i felt my fathers power and i showed Micheal what a true slayers power is." geno did not sound angry or upset he sounded at peace with what he was and is and how he was the only marked slayer with all the piercings his father marked him with as if to tell him he is not human or like humans
Ray watched him for a second and then attempted to stand up, but remained somewhat haunched inside. "Well as long as I'll see you around the guild. I think we got a few new members that might interest you. One's named Valen." Ray popped his knuckles and started for the exit. "If theres anything more you need to talk to me about you'll have to find me. I'm slightly pressed for time. Anyways its been a pleasure." Ray titled his head for a moment, trying to decide if there was anything more he needed to say to him, but left the decision alone. Tossing the thoughts way he departed from Geno and towards Fairy Tail to finally catch a conversation with Miaki.
➟Walking through East Forest alone, Toshi made his way back to the guild. While the paper mage had spent plenty of time already at Lamia Scale, he wanted to see some available apartments before the day was over. Almost everything he looked at seemed to be within his price range at the moment, but he would need extra Jewel for the rent. As he walked the path that would lead to Lamia Scale he was curious to see if he would find Geno residing on one of the branches high in the trees. It was unlikely to happen, East Forest was as vast as any other forest, but it was just a harmless thought. Is there such a thing as dragons? Were Geno and Valen really raised by dragons? It seems like such a foolish thing to believe in, and yet... His thoughts stopped. "Is someone there?" The wizard thought he heard a noise come from behind, but when he turned around, nothing. It was probably just his imagination although, Toshi wasn't the paranoid type.

Seras walked slowly, heavy with thoughts. She wasn't paying attention to where she was going. 'That man.. Why can't I remember him..? I saw him. I know I did. The face is there somewhere.. I just..' She grabbed the side of her head frustrated. She stopped walking and looked around. 'This.. is the forest where I first ran into Bavid and Gonicarlo.. speaking of which.. where was Gonicarlo? I didn't see him laying on the guild hall floor when I walked by. Huh.. strange guy, he is." She started walking again. She started humming. Her fingers would trail over the trunks of trees as she walked. The humming would grow when she realized she was alone in the forest. She parted her lips and sang an old lullaby she used to sing to her little sister.
'Sing to the Earth, Run to the Sky, Dance til your arms turn to wings. And Fly... Take off and fly... Bring forth your courage. Open the truth. Take all your fears.. Make them your peers. There's nothing you can't do. Open your wings.. And Fly... Take off and fly... Bring forth your beauty. Open your soul. Take all your doubt. Open that door.. let them out..
Seras actually started to spin and dance to it once she got relaxed enough to. Her bright green hair flowed and danced along with her between the trees. She was smiling.
Come little Willow, lean with me. Come fragile Lily, lay with me. Above, the sky will be whispering. Take flight high above trees. Come play with me.
And fly.. Take off and fly..
She paused and sighed. The memories were far away now. That song was the only thing, aside from the gravestone, that connected her to her sister. She didn't bother finishing the song. She continued to walk, drowning herself in her thoughts.

➟ From afar stood quietly a boy. He refused to make any sounds as he watched the girl with green hair. Normally he would introduce himself right away, but now wasn't the time for something like that. She was clearly doing something important. The gravestone that lay on the ground was something he recognized. It symbolized the passing of a loved one, or at least he was told it symbolized a loved one's death. Noah couldn't quite get that part, burying someone beneath the dirt seemed a little mean. When he died, which the boy didn't really think about, he wouldn't want his body to be left alone in a coffin, timelessly waiting out the end of the world. Death was a bleak thing to him. Then again that wasn't saying much, lots of people feared death. After his time was up he had the most frightening concept of death, most likely not just in a child's eyes either. It was an eternity of pitch black darkness, and you were self aware of this. Noah was afraid of forever being alone with nothing but his thoughts.
When she sang, something came over the younger boy. It was a feeling unlike any other he had felt before. Using his throat he would hum along quietly while his head would sway back and fourth, Seras' lullaby was the first song he had heard someone sing, as well as the first to include lyrics. Quite a new experience for him. He had heard of music, and even heard some songs here and there, but never one that had lyrics. Noah's father would say that music was something that spoke to the heart of all creatures. It was because there were so many genres that it'd be impossible for one to dislike music all together. It was a little slow but he throughly enjoyed it. It never occurred to him to read between the lines and look further into what the song meant. She has a pretty voice. I bet you would love this father... And so Seras' voice kept the kid entertained, his head now peeking from a tree now just to make sure she didn't see him. Coming towards the end, Seras would begin to dance, causing the boy to smile. She seemed really happy with what she was doing. It almost sparked the fire for Noah to begin dancing as well. Coming to the East Forest was beginning to not seem like such a bad idea anymore, now that he had discovered something, but it also made him all the more sad when Seras stopped. Watching her walk away he began to act quickly. His window of opportunity to introduce himself was closing in. "H-Hey... Wait!" Running after the girl, he would trip and fall just a foot from her. "Ow ow ow!" Getting back up, Noah dusted his clothes using his hands. Afterwards he would look up and grin. "Hellooo! I know you don't know me but... So um... You have a nice voice, I liked it a whole lot! Oh, by the way, I was spying on you from behind that tree over there!" The boy's arm would rise, his finger pointing towards the mentioned tree.

(Doh! Forgot to mention *gravestone back at the guild. There is currently no gravestone where she is standing. You don't have to edit it if you want, we can just continue from here. There is a gravestone somewhere in these woods, just not where we are at. ^-^;; ))
Seras was in a state of flash back after flashback. She could see her little sister and their older brother running around in their yard. Her sister got hurt, and she immediately cared for her. She'd do anything for her sister. It then flashed to another incident when she cared for her sister. It continued this way until it landed on a scene that still haunts her to this day. Her sister returned stating that their brother had died to protect her. Seras, in the flashback, became enraged. Outside of the flashbacks, she wanted to take it back. The memory reminded her that she struck her younger sister. Seras didn't want to remember anymore. As she walked, she shook her head to fight the tears. She shouldn't have ended their last time together that way. She should have..
Suddenly, Seras was shaken from her intense flashbacks. She snapped around quickly, expecting one of her guild members to be behind her. To her surprise, she saw a boy. She blinked, her mood completely changed. Her previous peace and sorrow disappeared. She smiled sincerely at the boy. His innocence brought about a sense of happiness to her. "Why, thank you. Oh? You were spying? Well, that's flattering. My name's Seras, by the way. What is your name? And.. what are you doing in the forest by yourself?" She tilted her head at Noah, curiously. Part of her wanted to care for him and shelter him. The other part of her wanted to turn around and keep walking. So then, why hasn't she?
(Also, nice. 543 words in your first post. I like it. XD )

➟ Noah smiled back, but he didn't think it looked quite as nice as hers. "Mm? That's a nice name. I like it, I've never known a girl named Seras before." Noah laughed just a little, casually putting his hands in his pockets. He didn't know why he laughed really, he guessed it was just because he found it amusing. "I'm going to remember it, promise!" His face was beaming, his enthusiasm a bit too much. "Me? My name is Noah. A lot of people say I look like a Noah but I don't get it at times, I mean how do I look like the name Noah?" The boy laughed again happily. Noah had this certain air about him, the kind of air that you would recognize as humility and innocent ignorance, if ignorance could really be innocent that is. He wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed, and seeing as how he never really got metaphors, he probably wouldn't understand that saying. "At first I didn't like my name, but now I'm proud of it! I'm glad I was named Noah!" Whether or not Seras cared, or seemed to not care, Noah would proclaim his love for his name. When he had asked his father if he could call him by another name, he denied Noah's request. Levian stated that a name was like a special gift, one you couldn't just return. A gift given with love. It was only a little while ago that Noah was beginning to take pride in his name, and realize it for what it was. Then again he would cling to anything that reminded him of his father.
"Oh, right! What were we talking about again? I got sidetracked." Placing both hands over his head, Noah closed his eyes. Now it looked as if he was in some sort of meditative stance, the way he didn't make a peep as well as his body's posture and language. "Hmmm... I think it's coming back to me... His hands rubbed against his head in circular motions, caressing his head he was getting closer to what Seras' question was. It would have been simpler to just ask her what else she wanted to know again politely, but he insisted that he remember on his own. Finally, it hit him. With a smile fit for a child with wondrous imagination, he pointed at Seras despite it being rude. "You! You wanted to know why I'm in the forest alone, that was the question." Noah's hands retreated back to his pockets, his arms at his sides again. Instead of answering Seras' question, he just stood there like a statue. There was an awkward silence for awhile before he realized he was suppose to be doing something. "Right, sorry. I forgot to answer your question. Well truth be told, I don't really know. I was going for a walk, enjoying the forest. This is a forest, right? Aw, I don't need to ask. Of course it's a forest! Just look at all these tall trees. It certainly isn't a jungle, otherwise there would be more vines and familiar animals, and so far I haven't seen many that I know." It seemed like he was dodging the question, but this wasn't intentional. The truth was, Noah really did enter the forest to enjoy being in a forest. This was only his second visit to East Forest, this time alone.
(That gravestone post is going to drive me crazy. x'D It's too late to turn back though... *sigh* Thank you for the compliment though, but I still wish I could have done more. v,v)

(XD Well, if it would bother you that much, you can change it. I just didn't want you changing the post if it would be a bother. However, if you don't change the post, it's bothering you anyways. The choice is yours. Haha. You are playing this character quite well. He is adorable. ))
Seras chuckled. "Well, I've never met a Seras either. That gives us one thing in common." She blinked taken back by his enthusiasm. "Well.. thank you.. It really won't be a problem if you forgot.. either. I.." She chuckled and rubbed the back of her neck as Noah went on to talk about his name. Her face seemed puzzled by how this boy kept rambling and changing topics. "Well, a name is.. " Her puzzled look was constantly changing from her giggling to puzzled again. She was mostly taken off guard by how excited he seemed. "Names.. are good to be proud of." She spoke once she found an opening in between his explosions of random excitement. She giggled again, not sure what to think of him. "We were.." She was about to remind him what they were talking about. However, he went into an odd stance of rememberence. She blinked again before her puzzled look surfaced. She leaned in, curious on if the boy would notice her face getting closer to his. Suddenly, his finger came flying out towards her face. She snapped back away from him, trying not to burst out laughing. "Indeed, young Noah.. that was my question." She didn't want to burst his bubble, so she stuck her hand out for him to grab. "Come on. Join me. I'm heading into what ever the direction of the nearest town.. is.. at. I'm new to the area. If we get lost, least we won't be alone." She smiled. 'It's just a little company. Keep yourself together, Seras. He's a child. The last thing you need to do is loose yourself and accidentally hurt him.. or anyone else in town for that matter..' She sighed softly, but the smile was still on her face. "You wouldn't happen to know the way, would you?"
