OOC: Huh?

[i'm assuming this thing is like sinspawn mandragora size, ffx-2. huge. as long as it's not a windowsill plant with chains, this'll be fine.]

A reaction... he could see that his attack was able to mar the surface of the plant. That meant...

"Forgive me..." His follow-in wouldn't be an attack... cutting to the left, he'd start manueuvering around to the back of the plant. He was able to see that it had coils lashing about, and he'd be careful to watch out for those. Couldn't spend too long looking for a weak spot, because he didn't know how long the other two were here, but nobody wanted to be beaten in the head with steel coils.

"Where is she...?" Myst had dissapeared from his immediate vision. "Ugh!"

Running with a hand across his face all ninja-like, Lazenca's movements came with an after-image.

[1 hour.]

Charles, seeing an opening to attack the glowing figure, ran towards her, bringing his scythe upwards to strike as he closed the gap.

"Sorry. I make it a point not to date women that stab me in the gut."

He grinned even as he reached down.

Right hand grasping the handle of his Fang, he freed it from the ground, with one single wrench of his arm.

Hefting it straight forward, one-handed, he slid his left foot back.

The muscles in his right arm stood out, even as he ripped the mantle off his body with his left hand. Fluttering off the to the side, yellowed eyes widened even as he started yelling loudly.

All around his Fang, a great conflaguration could be seen, as heat was focused and compacted around the flamberge; warping the atmosphere and creating the faint outline of a giant serpent that coiled about his body.

"AAAAAAAAAAAGGHHH!!!!"

The ground under his feet shook, cratering underneath the immense pressure being held in place. The wound on his chest reopened violently, blood spurting outwards, even as his grip tightened.

Locks of hair stood on end, even as the length of his blade began smoking.

Lifting his right arm up high, his left hand supporting the action, the blade of his flamberge actually began warping itself, the extreme amount of heat being collected into it, even as the woman neared.

It seemed to take on an entirely new shape, becoming larger and more fearsome looking, the unstable blade of black flame, lighting up the area.

From nowhere, another pair of hands came and wrapped around the Fang's handle, ethereal in appearence as Ashe supported Vahn, adding her willpower to bolster Vahn's confidence and mind, giving him just the edge he needed for this.


"EFREEEEET---!!"

Having taken the pressure that built up through the Fang, with a crushing vertical swing, Vahn would release the super high density pressure. The attack itself became bigger and exploded, cleaving the ground itself in twain as the Fang's attack range was increased; more strength with the weight of every last ounce of the Fang.

The church would rock, every single window still intact exploding outwards in a shower of stained glass, as steam escaped, his swing more or less occuring right as the woman closed in the distance.

Hit or miss?

The world waited.

Alexiel cried out as she suddenly felt herself go weightless. This was followed by a quick attempt to slow her acellerated descent. She twisted in the air as her body was buffeted by a quick mental push from below. Alexiel's body impacted with the rubble and she screamed in pain as her body sustained several cuts and a broken left arm, though the break was clean and the bone did not break skin.

And it was at that point that Daemon would finally move... flying down to snatch up one of the shiney coins that had been dropped and darting off towards his master.

This.... This is---!

Yellowed eyes widened, even as his Fang fell down, his right arm completely numb. And someone came down aright atop his head.

Falling backwards, his left arm flailed as he went crashing right onto his back, gettting a faceful of crotch in the process. He landed right atop his mantle, which helped to actually minimize any hurt he might have taken from falling directly onto rubble and burnt floor.

"Hah....hah... Well, that's... one good thing...hah.."

He moved his left hand, trying to free his face and get fresh air.
