Kuimi tied the headband tightly around her arm, then looked once more at the tanned woman. "Asuaki was sizing you up, as she does to all potential enemies. She won't bite you unless she has to... so don't make her have to." With that the kunoichi looked at the mizukage, "May I be excused Lord Mizukage? I have lots of training to do.

He paused when the latter turned to him, asking to be excused. "No, you may not be excused...." He said coldly, walking around his desk slowly before sitting down. Once he was seated, he looked at them both. "Now you are dismissed." He said, making it clear he was the one deciding and assumptions were not to be voiced if they were made at all.

Those who entered and left the Mizukage's tower were never too concerned with runts and pesky shinobi wanna-be's. Always busy busy busy, too preoccupied by 'official' business to stop and chat, even consider offering friendly advice. Stiffs, politics, and 'organization' lingered behind these walls; not exactly the place for youngsters like Aian, whom threw the front doors open unconcerned whoever was behind them. With arms tossed into the air, jeering as he strode into the office, he was in a particularly good mood. "Woooo!" He blatantly cheered, acting as if the other genin were an official audience. Always eccentric and excitable, energy and cheer flowed off him while he stepped inside.
"Madam." Aian bowed to Kuimi, quickly turning his attention to Jaice. "Cheater." Grinning as he said, continued on towards Sei, where he threw an arm over her shoulders. "A new day chum, for I ascend!" And with a stylish spin, slapped his letter of attendance on the Mizukage's desk to receive his mission. "The stylishly late and great Aian is here..... For his own, personal, and grand adventure." He immediately looked to Jaice, bouncing his brow for sarcastic affect, deliberately rubbing in his own delusion of self importance.

Kuimi just stared at the Mizukage for a little while, making extra sure not to show any of the emotion that she was feeling on her face. She was feeling a mixture of admiration of how he carried about his business and being appalled by the same thing. She felt anger boil up inside of her, but she quickly shoved it deep down a let out a sigh, closing her eyes, seeming almost embarrassed by the Mizukage. "As you wish, Lord Mizukage." She turned to leave when another male happily strolled his way in to the room, making a grand entrance for himself. Her eye twitched slightly in annoyance and she grumbled a greeting to the boy before leaving, crossing her arms across her chest.

The snake's owner finally chimed in while Makoto was engaged in a staring contest with it. It was as she suspected; the serpent was sizing her up but not for the reasons she thought. But what did she mean by "...so don't make her have to."? Was that a threat? The old Makoto would have immediately engaged and overreacted to such words. Instead, she attempted to disengage and alleviate the situation. "No, it's not like that. I'm not trying to..." she paused, unsure what to say exactly. Unfortunately, the tamer diverted her attention to the Mizukage and asked to be dismissed; Makoto giving a defeated sigh. He denied her request until he took a seat and gave them both permission to leave. "...Understood" she acknowledged and bowed. Just as she turned to leave, some knucklehead came barging in and nearly knocked her over. What made it so bad was that he didn't even seem to notice her. Rude. Makoto shook her head and decided to take her leave, especially since the jerk was acting like that in front of the Mizukage. She preferred not to get involved and instead focus on her training. Perhaps she'd get a second chance to speak with that girl later.

When wasn't Tozuki scowling, always acting so stuck up, his nose over everyone else. Nothing ever seemed to please him, not even the fact Aian was practicing his genjutsu. "Ai ai, To--" He gulped and rubbed his throat regrettably. "Mizukage." The Mizukage seemed so young, even for Aian, that it was still hard to grasp. Needless to say, Aian saluted the kage quick, bowing, maintaining his bow and stepping away. When the doors shut, Mizukage could hear his footsteps rushing down the stairs, his heaving breath as he darted out the building as fast as humanly possible.
"LORD MIZUKAGE!!!" Sei barged into the office, stumbling and falling from the massive feat of running all the way from the dock. She caught her breath on the ground and then handed the map she had obtained at the dock to Tozuki. Still breathing heavily, she said "Lord Mizukage! I found this while looking around at the docks, I thought I'd give it to you." She didnt even wait for him to take it, she merely set it down on his desk so she may continue catching her breath.

A faint screech sounded a few moments before a hawk settled and landed on the window of the mizukage's office. The bird reached down, fiddling with its feathers before straightening up, looking around with jerky movements. Its eyes settled on the mizukage and stood there, unblinking, unmoving, a letter tied to its leg. The hawk sat there and waited for the kage to approach it.

The hawk deposited the letter in the mizukage's hand, then turned around and flew off; it was clear that the sender did not intend to get a response. The letter said:
'Oh my dear Tozuki, you do not know me, but I know you very well. I'm interested in maybe a future partnership between our villages in this great time of trial to come~ I have one bargaining chip I assure you, you will like. A very special sword from your very own village! Oh my! What a mystery that must be for a very smart man such as yourself. I will send my request in time, yes I will, when everything becomes clear, but for now stay on your toes Tozuki Yukimura. War is about to grace this land.

Torrential Blessings Rank: S : : Training Description: Having completed all that the user may learn, they have but one task left to complete. The user must practice the flow of chakra, and be sure that their control is the finest that it can be. By doing so, they must repeat the exercise performed earlier with Blessed Rain, all the while, they perform technique to the brink of exhaustion. • Chakra pool +65
The Task of the Next Generation Rank: S : : Passive Description: Upon the master of the school of Shigure Souen Ryu, it's the user's responsibility to develop the next generation! • The user is granted one [1] custom slot usable only for a personal Shigure Souen technique.
Drunken Dancing Training :: Rank E The first move one will learn in this style, it is nonetheless the most important. Drunken dancing is simply that: moving around, be it stumbling or the Tango, as if you're drunk. It prepares the neophyte, really, and can really add some flair to whatever situation is at hand. This is the most basic move in the arsenal of a Suiken master, but the most important.
Crazy Legs Training :: Rank D The user simply focuses on fluidity, movement and simple attack routines. From now on, the user's movement is a bit more graceful and liquid.
Jazz Hands Training :: Rank C As with Crazy Legs, Jazz Hands is meant to increase the fluidity and speed of the practitioners hand movements. This doesn't really raise any physical stats, it is just advancement in the style.
Drunken Tango Training :: Rank B Just like Crazy Legs and Jazz Hands, this is another passive training technique. This time, the user trains their entire body for the coming techniques. It's all for grace and power.
Enlightened Drunkenness Training :: Rank S Difficult, yet for the Master Drunk, essential. The practitioner of this style is able to, once true drunken enlightenment and zen-like status have been bestowed upon him/her, induce a perpetual drunken or tipsy state by sheer force of will~ • Techniques no longer require alcohol to perform.
Perfect Balance Practice :: C-Rank The user has began to practice their own balancing when focusing on strike while only balancing on one leg. Because of all this practice, the user has developed their own personal sense of balance. As a result of this, if the user were to fall from a tree or anything else, they would always land on their feet.
Perfect Balance + Practice :: B-Rank The user is capable of now next to perfect balance. They can easily run on high-ropes, even doing somersaults and back-flips on a narrow beam while running alone without having to exert chakra to keep balance. They are also capable of running at least five feet up a wall before they need to exert chakra.
