The next attack was even harder to grit her teeth through, but what really had her fighting the urge to scream was his look of composure. She kept her weapon aimed at him and shot as many arrows as she could, intent on doing as much damage as she could before he killed her. This creature--he was so small and beautiful, yet he terrified her. She could only do as much damage as possible to keep him from hurting more of her new friends. Oh, thank god. The flames died down the more vigorously he rolled until he was finally free from any fire. He got up shakily and looked around. Being on fire apparently wasn't going to stop the fighting.

Auri winced at the swinging blow and was tossed back from the hunter girl.

She picked up a piece of the stone floor broken off from the battle and threw it at Molly's head. Feng stared in disbelief as familiar gold skin came into view. What. Hadn't he seen Candace or someone knock her out? How was she suddenly up and running around like she was perfectly fine. Bewildered, he ran after her, slamming his meteor hammer into her as hard as he could. If Sheridan hadn't liked the bandage, Cass pulling out another strange thing probably wouldn't be well recieved either as she slapped it onto the weapon she held. The gun that was paired with the blade suddenly filled with light (as opposed to earlier when the blade itself had done so) and she grabbed it up quickly, turning it up on the dragon and firing.

And then, Johnny Danger was rudely butted aside by the weirdly angry ghoul and her giant poky stick. It smacked solidly into his ribs and he yelped pitifully. It felt like it broke something. Ouchies. He flailed backward, stumbling into- someone. He elbowed whoiever it was- ******** them, his ribs hurt. When he realized it was the pissy dark skinned ghoul from earlier, he grimaced and spit blood at her. Which had to look kind of cool since he was ON FIYAAAAA. "You again? Pockets!? Did…did all she care about was money? These creatures truly were despicable. The hunter gritted her teeth as she felt that familiar feeling of gravity pushing her down again, and she was about to go after the Heir to Conquest when Auri threw a rock at her head… Molly yelped, and then turned a wide, accusing glare at the creature. Oh that was it. Vaska was humming, and Molly raised her lance. The drill bit part of her weapon whirled to life, the sound of a metallic scream filling the air as she then lunged at Auri…and missed. The Hunter winced as Vaska just exploded in her head. This was the fifth time in a row she had missed with a charged attack. Lucky you, Auri. Also, Molly would have happily pointed out the irony that if this attack had landed, it would have been powered by the FEAR she had absorbed solely from JD. (( OOC: Character Name: Molly

Faustus slowly rose from the rubble as the wheel-chaired maniac came to a stop.
It took him a shocked moment to realize he was BURNING. A flame demon, burning. And yet he was. He stared for a moment in amazement to his hands, the eerily glowing flames not only licking around them, but slicing open his skin, so that his FEAR leaked to burn in it, almost hungrily. It was then he realized he was actually HURTING. The flames were actually harming him. Eyes wide, he quickly dropped to the floor, rolling and crawling about to a different tile til the flames were extinguished.
That was luck. He was breathing hard nonetheless, rising shakily to his feet against the wall. ... His flaming wings and cuts seemed to burn a bit paler.

They didn't know where Harrison or Jerry were. They could..they could be dead for all she knew. How unhelpful. "The only bandages I have are Allan's..." So no, she had no spares. Candace squeaked, stumbling back away from the giant fist and holding her cheek. Son of a b***h! Oh...she recognized this one. With his big, burly arms clasped around JD's limp and burned body, Herryk shot Candace a look that very aptly showed exactly what he thought of her. However, Herryk didn't feel like that was quite enough. No.. as he tightened his arms around the slender blue form of JD, his lips pulled back in a snarl. "Scum," Herryk spat at Candace, a terrible expression on his face. "Scum, worthless. Foul. When Herryk finds a safe place to put JD's gentle and almost womanly body, Herryk is coming back for this horrid false-reaper.
