Winter blushed brightly, but nothing seemed to spark the reason for the blood rising to her cheeks. "Ah.. it's a good thing you won't let them get away with it." Winter gently set her hand on top of his fisted one in an attempt to calm him.

Winter smiled gently, following his gaze, "It will get better. One day they will have no-one left, and to be back with their mates." She took another small bite of her apple, soothing the beast in her stomach.

"or their mates leave them, there is talk about that now" He said gently. Daniel looked back down to his food as he sighed a bit biteing his lip gently

Winter shrugged. "I wouldn't blame them. I've seen it happen many times." She soon hit the core of her apple and since she wasn't paying attention, some of her front teeth got stuck in one of the holes until Winter had to pull backwards to get them out.

daniel grabbed winter before she fell backwards as he shock his head "next time have a cook cut up the apple for you. a whole lot safer" he said with a small laugh

Winter giggled softly, saying playfully, "Or .aybe I just pay attention next time.." She smiled gently at Daniel.

Winter giggled and looked at the women, some with anger and evny on their faces, others with joy and conteptment. "I think they guessed before this." She looked back at Daniel with a half- seductive smile on her lips.

Winter smiled and removed his hand from her cheek, holding it in-between her hands gently, saying "I think it's time to leave the kitchen.. nearly everyone has left already." She looked towards the few women left eating and one of the men.

"you can go on ahead i'm going to finsh my food and then head to the office for a w couple of hours" he said gently. He then continued to eat his food

Winter got up and threw her apple core away. She came back and said gently, "I'll be in my room if you need me." She smiled at him then left the kitchen, before heading up to her room.
