The fact we've still gotten next to nothing done is kinda concerning.

But, LPS raises an interesting point, asserting that someone is a bomb, by asserting yourself as an ally effectively hides two people from the townies if we were to believe you.

However, think about the situation.
Why would allegro need to tell us Amber was the bomb? All he actually needed to do was to tell us she was a townie, and we still wouldn't lynch her, if we believe him. Because of the fact that he gave an unnecessary amount of information, he either didn't consider the fact that calling bomb was wholly unnecessary, or he is in fact telling the truth and simply relayed the information he discovered.
It just seems like a pretty small payoff for a pretty huge risk, from a townie's perspective. As would be lynching either of them now that such bold claims have been made. Seems like a move that would make more sense for a Mafia.

Giving amber a specific role as opposed to just townie makes his statement look more truthful, if nothing else. However, I completely agree that it is quite a big risk to call something like that.

Does the bomb do anything at all of the mafia or SK kills them? It doesn't say anything there, but Aniu forgot to say that the SK was immune to mafia kills, so maybe...
And what motive could 'Legro have for doing something like that? If the mafia really doesn't have any backlash from destroying a bomb, then it's an odd situation, to be sure. It's easy enough to see where things go if the mafia does get backlashed, though.
If it's a mafia protecting another by claiming a different role, it's certainly come out of the blue.
I really just don't know what to think.

Giving her a role that makes her unlynchable without it backfiring, however, would make us more hesitant to call his bluff. I'm just saying that if it is a lie, it couldn't have been planned better.

That's just it, I don't get it. Everybody could be lying and probably is?! What do You do, just randomly accuse people of things hoping that We are all convinced? I guess it's kind of like mastermind, You just keep guessing until You get it right??

That's what the Mafia does, anyway! rofl Townies actually have to figure it out. Everyone has their own thought process. Personally I try to consider all the possibilities as to why the person is doing what they're doing, which side they're really hoping to benefit. It's a lot less about what they say, which could easily be a lie, and a lot more about what they do, which proves their real ambitions no matter how much they lie to cover it up.

Interesting parallels, no?

For example:
Should I just tell people I am a townie so they don't lynch Me? And how does that help Me stay alive from the serial killer and the mafia... And what about this doctor with the poison... What if he kills Me (or she). Who do We want to get rid of first if We do figure out who's who? Mafia, or the serial killer, or the doctor... they are all bad news... This game is a little traumatic!!!!

Just go with the flow. Try to figure out who your enemies are, then get other people to agree with you to get rid of them.. 3nodding
It gets easier the longer you play. [/is clearly a master]

The SK can destroy whoever they like, since they need everyone else to die by the end of the game. Nothing really seems to be able to stop them.
Hades, the poisoner you're thinking of, is a part of the Mafia. They can also go after whoever they please, independent of the rest of the Mafia.
It's not really a matter of figuring things out and then lynching from your choices. In the past it's always been "that guy looks suspicious, let's get him." xd

Haru, why haven't you posted?

Oh god. D: I totally forgot that the Mafia started yesterday. I was online and all, yes, but I only went straight to the Rec Room to post about some things, then dicked around on the xbox.

I also managed to accidentally a ten hour file by trying to convert all 26 files at once. - w-

I WILL BE ACTIVE AGAIN

Really sorry! D:

You totally forgot, despite your getting a PM of your role?
Not likely. Especially with all the guild announcements, PMs, and when you go to the guilds menu, seeing that the "Disney Mafia" was one of the most-posted in threads in the guild.

Not to mention; In what other mafia game have you played where they let you know your role more than a few hours before the game starts?

There were a lot of indicators, there's no way you could have forgotten.

Well, when I signed up, I said that I could barely get online since I can barely get a hold of the laptop charger.
So yesterday, when I did, I forgot that I had even joined.

My memory is shot anyways. This isn't even the worse thing I've forgotten.

You still got the PM like everybody else, and you already admitted that you were online last night posting in this very guild.

I don't buy it for a single moment.

As Zahmen pointed out, you got a PM, so you forgetting about this game is highly suspect.

I'm sorry, but Vote Shiny Gligar.

It occurred to me that, though I signed on half an hour ago, I did not post. Oops. Well, lol, I'm here!

To the new guy: Hi! Welcome! I'm Stag. In some games, like this one, you can privately pm players and through your conversations, assess who they are aligned with and whether or not you can trust them. Otherwise, yeah: suspicious actions = lynch, generally, lol.
