It had been some time since the ship had docked at the Piers of the Mist Village and the man had left the vessel. From the pier he had taken leave straight to his apartment that was inconveniently, yet luckily located, on the far side of the village nearest to ninja academy, all the while carrying a large dog crate... the glint of orange fur could be seen if one was fortunate to look into the crate. It was a short stop at his home for the man as he was in and out of the building in a simple few minutes, the only change was his appearance as he had opted to change into dark blue jeans, brown boots, a gray tank top and a dusty brown coat that flapped down to his shins and rippled easily in the gentle breeze, his steel plated tied securely to his arm. Also the crate was absent from his side as he strolled with a carefree strut to the partially repaired missions office. It was there he had spent two, closing in on three hours writing a report on his mission and the failure it had been to capture the Orasakai Twins before being interrogated himself to see if he had purposely allowed the twins to be free, but it was a short lived questioning that was half a**'d due to the large sum of similar reports and continuous devastating assaults dealt back from the duo.

With a loud yawn and extensive stretch, the man exited the building with the sun winding down to the horizon, his violet eyes glinting suspiciously with the dimming light. Night was approaching and his day was long from an end as he had issued a summons to his team mate to meet him at the library ten minutes ago. With a sigh, the man tucked his head to his chest and took off into a mad dash to the library in hopes to shorten the amount of time he was late by... a dash that he would regret when he got to the library as he would topple over a cart and draw a dozen shushes to his presence.
PostPosted: Thu Feb 17, 2011 2:24 pm

Relaxing in a chair, tilted onto two legs, the man with a large scar on his face placed his arms behind his head. Time seemed to be going dreadfully slow in this soundless prison. Even though it was a library and silence was to be expected, the lack of noise seemed to draw time to a sickeningly slow pace. Figures, he would be late. Oh well I guess I'll just sit here n try not to fall asleep.. Let's just hope he isn't much longer or I might not be able to keep my eye lids open. Some time had passed while the man attempted to distract himself by counting books, singing songs in his head, at one point had begun to widdle wood but the librarian forbid him from continuing. With a deep sigh the man's eye lids began to drop like an iron curtain. Just as he couldn't hold them open anymore a crash was heard as a cart was toppled over drawing a lot of attention, as it was nearly the only sound to be heard for a while. Looking up at the clock on the wall the man couldn't believe it had been less than ten minutes. Setting the chair back on all fours and now wide awake the man whispered to his companion, "So what'd you call me here for?"

The man apologized quickly before all together forgetting that there was anyone else in the facility save himself and his team mate, "What do you know about aerobics, migraines, the limits on the human brain and heat?" He questioned his team mate as he placed a firm grip around his neck and led him back into the library, his ears turning deaf to the groans of annoyance and shushes directed at his loud voice. With his free hand he randomly selected books from the shelves one by one as they walked, each one being roughly pushed into his friend's midsection in hopes that his arms would carry them as he expected. "Regardless if you know or not, you are about to learn a hell of a lot more about them... cause it was pathetic what happened on that last mission. We're lucky to be alive, so you can see where I'm going with this, yes?"
PostPosted: Thu Feb 17, 2011 10:27 pm

The man was forced to remember the last mission, his stalling and nearly causing the lives of his team. If they hadn't been so capable of thinking on the go, the fight may have very well been over. He sighed as the flashes of regret poured over him. He knew that he was in for one hell of a training session by the sounds of it, and anything that his comrade believed to be strenuous, was never an exaggeration. The weight increased as the books piled up. One of the first thoughts he had was to whether or not any of these books were relevant to their training. A while ago this would have been a huge strain on his thin muscles, but after carrying the two bodies over such a long distance, and working on the ship on the voyage to this country, his lean figure had taken a bit of a shape. "So when do we begin?"

The man took a glance around at the unwelcoming glares from all the inhabitants of the facility and chuckled softly, his hand now directing his partner towards the checkout for a rapid exit. "You never answered my question. What do you know of these topics?" The man questioned in his velvet soft voice, their was a tint of anger in his tone as his hand tightened around the neck it dearly grasped. The lack of knowledge of what he had asked was not a problem but the complete and total act of ignoring the question at hand was unacceptable. How was he to help out if he didn't know where to begin and just how much or little prior information his comrade in arms had actually known.

Releasing his grip on the boy's neck, he took half of the books from his arms and laid them on the counter, leaving just enough room for the act to be mimicked with the remaining half. "Training starts with the mind. Before we enhance your body, we shall enhance your mind... entrancing your thoughts and imagination with the countless possibilities bred by the wondrous intellect printed on these pages... ya dig?"
PostPosted: Sat Feb 19, 2011 11:05 am

The scarred man whinced as the grip on his neck became tightened. The pain distracted him from the load of books in his grasp, but not in a good way. They nearly toppled over onto the ground. Thankful enough they had reached the checkout counter before he could lose his grip. Though he believed the questions were strictly rhetorical, the man's anger seemed to reflect they weren't in the least bit, he began thinking back to the many books he had read back in his early academy days he attempted to answer the questions as best he could. "If I remember correctly Aerobics are any of various sustained exercises, as jogging, rowing, swimming, or cycling, that stimulate and strengthen the heart and lungs, thereby improving the body's utilization of oxygen. A migraine is an extremely severe paroxysmal headache, usually confined to one side of the head and often associated with nausea; hemicrania. The limits of the human brain nearly don't exist. We don't use all of our brain at any given time so therefore we haven't the clue on where our limits truly lie until we can fully understand and access the rest of the brain. Though I have to say heat is something I don't exactly know much of."

Kyuzaku looked at the soup hungrily when Hibiki took a bite of the meat. It did look good, and it did taste good, but if it was indeed their canine friend, he'd never be able to ingest the bowl. Kyu heard the okay to eat, the soup was deemed safe to eat! Kyu dug in quickly. He slipped his spoon beneath that chunk of meat that he'd been toying with before, and tossed it into his mouth with glee. Kyu closed his eyes as he chomped on the meaty morsel. It was undoubtedly the tastiest he'd ever had. Of course, this may have only been because of his current state of hunger, combined with the fact he probably hadn't had anything to eat in a day and a half at the least (the flavor in his mouth had been pretty bland prior to the chunk of beef).
Kyu put the bowl to his cool, fishy lips and sipped the steaming hot broth vigorously. Even if it burnt all the way down, it was completely worth it at this point. Kyu wiped off his mouth, and set the drained bowl onto a crate to the side. There were many veggies and beef strips remaining, but the broth made him satisfied in the meantime. Kyu looked over to his friend, and was about to comment on the soup. However, it seemed that the Inuzuka was having a great deal of trouble eating, however Kyu could barely feel any pain to speak of. Sure, the hot soup going down his throat was stingy, but his arms and chest were fine. Kyu examined his arms for the first time since waking, and saw that they were bandaged tightly. His chest was tied similarly. Kyu rubbed his arm, and put pressure on it. It tingled strangely, but it didn’t hurt in the slightest.

Kyu was pulled from his self-examination when two women and a man entered the room. The man looked weak, one kunoichi looked anxious, and the third looked confident. Hibiki questioned their presence, and was answered. As it turned out, they were their medical escorts to the Kirigakure hospital. Amaya was that kunoichi stood in front as the leader of the trio. She easily identified Hibiki by his wild appearance and Kyu by his fishy looks.

With the med-nin, there came more good news. Kuro was very much alive, and was at the hospital under their care. Kyu smiled weakly, and turned off the bed towards Hibiki. He watched as the meek male medic supported Hibiki and escorted him from the cabin. Kasumi approached Kyu to do the same, but was waved off.

“I’m fine.” Kyu took a deep breath, and stood up. He felt weary and sore, and his entire body tingled like it had fallen asleep. Kyu moved towards the door, forcing his wobbling joints to move in his usual gait. Kyu heard a shrill yelp as he got to the door. Kyu looked back at the girl, whose eyes were wide and she was pointing at the tall fish man, “Y-y-y-ou’re b-b-b-b-“ The girl seemed stuck on that ‘buh’ sound, until her voice cut out. Kyu stared at the girl impatiently, “What is it? Spit it out.”

A deep voice came from the door, just in front of Kyu, “She’s saying that you’re bleeding, and badly. When you got up, your foolhardy attempt reopened many wounds. You wouldn’t notice the pain, as you’ve probably been treated with a local anesthetic to create a nerve block.” Kyu’s eyes darted from the man’s eyes, down to his freshly reddened bandages, then back up to the man. The fish ninja stared into the dark eyes of the new doctor that stood casually at the door with a thin grin spread across his pale face. His long black hair was pulled back into a neat topknot, and over that was a black Kirigakure headband. He wore a white lab coat, and black scrubs beneath that.

The blonde kunoichi stammered, “Ch-ch-chief Surgeon Suugaku! I d-d-didn’t know y-you’d be here. I know I should h-have-“ Her words came to a halt again, her nerves were getting in the way of even completing the sentence.

The chief surgeon held up his hand, “Next time, just make sure you have a stretcher or a wheelchair handy when moving a patient. Also, under no circumstances should a shinobi wounded in battle be allowed to simply walk away. Keep it in mind, Kasumi. His hand wrapped itself under Kyu’s, and he hoisted the boy up a few inches to keep some of the weight off of the rest of his body. Kyu and the senior surgeon got onto the ship deck just behind Hibiki.

Hibiki glanced over his shoulder as Kyu made a small scene. He was apparently under some nice pain reliever of some sort, since he couldn't even feel the wounds being reopened. Glaring back at the boy escorting him, he growled slightly, "Why didn't I get any of that?" However, he was ignored as they continued walking.

The hospital wasn't astonishingly far from the docks, fortunately, but for the injured shinobi, it was going to feel like a walk across the world. Being slightly impatient and annoyed at the pain, Hibiki gimped at the pace of something between a speed walk and a small jog. Iwoa was almost being dragged behind The Gimp, as Hibiki used the small boy as a wooden crutch instead of support. "Slow down!" The Medical-Nin cried out as he tried to keep up with the frenzied Inuzuka. His pace quickened even more as he saw the hospital loom over the horizon, blurry from the ever-lasting mist upon the village.

Upon entering, one would notice that the hospital was quite steady, as the recent destruction of the village has caused some minor injures to the residents. It wasn't busy enough to have everyone panicking about room for patients, but busy enough for their to be a wait for them. Looking back over his shoulder once more, he saw the rest of their group trickle in. It seemed Hibiki walked faster than he thought. "Inuzuka Hibiki? We have a room for you down the hall." A high-pitched voice said as he returned his attention back to the reception desk. The small woman pointed down the nearby hall. Iwoa didn't move as Hibiki tried to race down the hallway, "You're going to hurt yourself if you keep that up! Stay right here until I get a wheelchair." The dark-haired boy then brought Hibiki over to a chair in the waiting room and sat him down like a child. I dislike this. He thought, Being treated like I cannot do anything. I can heal quite fine without all these frivolities.

Iwoa returned, breaking The Vulpine Shinobi out of his pout. He threw himself into the wheelchair and waited for Iwoa to escort him once more to his room. It was the longest five minutes of Hibiki's life, or that's what he would say about anything that was obnoxiously slow, as they entered his room.

The room was a solid white. The exception was a border around the room that was a baby blue color, and the pink-ish orchids that were in a vase on the only windowsill in the room. There were two beds, both perfectly made, and a pair of curtains that resided next to them. Four chairs inhabited the room, one next to each bed, and the other two sat along the opposite wall. It was too immaculate for Hibiki's liking. He was helped into the bed (actually, Iwoa protested against the Inuzuka as he literally climbed into the cot that was fully extended upwards) and awaited the doctor with a immature pout on his face.

The man chuckled softly, his hands gathering the pile of books into a bag before exiting the building with his partner in tote. "Well then I suppose there wont be too much for you to learn then." The man said in a soft manner that all too well hid the patronizing manner he meant it in. With the bags slung over his shoulder and his bright eyes watching the burning embers of the sun shimmer down as night crept to over take the sky, the man let out an audible yawn and strolled carelessly along the streets, unaware of the people or carts that had to stop and wait for him to stop being an obstruction to their path. "Lets start with what you know the least about and work our way through the rest based off of convenience and correlation." The man said over the loud curses of an elderly woman who had nearly been toppled over by his unsympathetic movements. A wolfish grin spread across his lips playfully as he leaned out of the way from a swing of the woman's purse as she howled bitterly at him for at least his recognition of his wrongful deed.

Chuckling yet again, the man simply kept on with his happy gaze on the misty horizon. "Well... Heat is a rather broad subject but with the word there should come to direct thoughts. The first, and more common, ignorant, common, whatever, is fire... as heat comes from fire and that is the most basic tool mankind uses. The second however is electromagnetic fields and thermal energy." Shifting his arm to swing the bag over his shoulder to hang, the man began to quicken his pace as he trailed off the main path and back towards the pier that the duo had originally arrived from. It was still a good twenty minutes away however and the man still had much more to tell his partner. "Now I don't have the time to get into all the sciences behind this but I can be rather blunt on what we will incorporate. The way you use your techniques initially require a electromagnetic field of some kind and as such it is necessary to understand the aspects behind them.. the main ones we will be looking at within the next few weeks are the molecular level. How and where you affect particles with your radioactive waves generated by the field, and also the thermal energy released from it. Not to forget that we will also be enhancing your own person to the eventual level of obtaining a Black body, or rather the idealized physical body that absorbs all incident electromagnetic radiation." The man finished the statement to allow the gravity of such a concept to seep in his partner's mind. The raw potential that would be available to him if his own body could absorb the radiation emitted by his own attacks and release right back into his attacks again. How much immunity he would gain and how dangerous his own personal body would become.

Grinning, the man turned around and punched his partner's shoulder playfully, "Now, you said that the limits of the human brain nearly don't exist? That is an invalid statement as you just said your self that we don't even use all of our brain at any given time. Reason being is that there are limits on our brain that prevent us. Ever heard of the Eight Celestial Gates? They break eight limits on the brain to enhance physical attributes of the body. Now, I hardly believe that there are only just eight limits on a brain that can barely use five percent of it's true worth. Just think about when we are sick or better said when we are cut. A specific portion of our body swells up and inflames, now that is extreme precise control that we can not do purposely. What if we could? Our brains are full of electrical signals, what if we could willingly control them? What is stopping us? The limits in our brain. What happens when we break them? Wanna find out?" A wild chuckle ripped out of the man's lips as he quickened his pace yet again, the glee of the subject rejuvenating and exhilarating him to the point of ecstasy as he hastened to get to the docks. "And what about migraines?! Think about it, think real hard... Can't get it can you? Neither can the greatest minds of our world. What exactly causes them is a mystery that riddles us all but there are definitely things that are causes of them. And one of which, excluding pain and nausea, is aura." The man exclaimed as he completely ignored the path to the docks now and was leaping down the side of a hill to the sands below the docks itself.

The hill was rocky to say the least as the smoothed out rocks that made up the hill's side was obviously not weathered evenly all around and extend out more in some areas then others. It's glistening, rounded edges hiding the dangerous fact that an actual drop from that height straight down to the compacted sand below would be enough to shatter one's ankles whether they were a shinobi or not... and being so far under the docks themselves would be cause enough for one not to be found despite the nearby vicinity of the hospital. "Now, do you know about aura?" The man asked as he finished his fall down to the sands by gracefully catching himself on the last rock by the edge of his foot and kicking off to flip in mid air and land on a extended beam of ice, before hoping backwards and landing on the sand itself.
PostPosted: Sun Feb 20, 2011 1:34 pm

As the scarred man walked out of the building with his comrade by his side, he couldn't help but feel as though there was sarcasm in his words, though his soft manner of speaking didn't allow any to show. He knew his partner too well and although he didn't allow access to how he truly felt, knowing some of his inner behaviors lead the man to believe it wasn't a completely sincere statement. Just as his team mate began to speak about the up coming training, he nearly toppled over an elderly woman. His partner completely ignored her as he dodged her retaliations. She swung her bag and watched as it flew through the air as it missed its target. He is liking this too much. Something is up.. I don't remember seeing him this excited other than with the fight.

The man felt slightly guilty because as his partner spoke of heat, it was true one of the first things he thought of was a flame. As his partner swung his bag over his shoulder the man had to duck just to dodge the bag as it made it's way over his partner's shoulder. Quickening his pace to match his partner's, the man began to listen closer. It seems like he knows more about my technique then I do.. I had no clue that my fields had such radiation.. Was I harming myself with it? Could I have harmed my own allys by trying to defend them?.. "So you're telling me that I'll be able to absorb my own radiation after an attack and use it again?.. What type of radiation are we talking about? I mean I didn't know this much about my own technique.. How do you know so much about it?"

Continuing on the man received a punch to the arm. Nothing too painful, but merely that of a playful hit. Listening to his partner it became aware that there was much about this world that he hadn't known. This talk about eight gates and unlocking the mind.. Is this how he and his brother were so powerful? Quickening his pace again, the excitement showed in his partner's speech as he continued to talk on about migraines and aura. The man watched as his partner leaped down the side of the hill. Without really looking down and realizing what he was getting himself into the man followed down the hill. Landing on each potruding rock as he fell the man tried to keep himself under control. If he had a straight fall to the sand below there was no mistake he would wind up in the hospital. Before making it to the sand he landed on the last rock. He followed his partner in a flip, though as he hit the sand he ended in a roll. Even though he had been able to keep up with his partner decently, he lacked the power and grace to land it fully. "I'm not exactly sure how to describe what I know about aura.. I"m sure you have a better way of making it clear. All I know is that it's like life energy, I'm not exactly sure."

The man chuckled softly and shook his head slowly, the beam of ice that had been formed just a moment ago shattering into minuscule fragments that sprinkled around him to the ground in a slow and graceful manner that created a serene appearance about the man. "You are creating an electromagnetic field so I would assume electromagnetic radiation" His eyes rolled as a sneer passed across his face at the redundancy of the question he had just answered. "The photon is the quantum of the electromagnetic interaction and the basic 'unit' of light and all other forms of electromagnetic radiation and is also the force carrier for the electromagnetic force. EM radiation carries energy and momentum that may be imparted to matter with which it interacts. You use this radiation to break apart the matter it interact with. You are the source, the heat, and the field you create is ALL wavelengths of EMR, electromagnetic radiation.

Now, you use this radiation to protect us and yourself. When you use your techniques, you preform a bend in science, an alteration of logic, a taming of natural power as you use your chakra to control these wavelengths... whether you knew that before or not is a different story."
The man said the words in a deliberate slowness to allow their gravity to sink into his head yet again, hoping that all the concepts were not to advance or too much for him to absorb at once but all the while still ready to re-alliterate and repeat what he said so his partner could understand. It was detrimental to the boy's capabilities if he didn't acutely understand what he was doing and how to enhance it. "Now the reason why I know so much, and more precisely so much more then you... I have no clue. I would have liked to assume that you would know this but it is rather common that shinobi develop styles and capabilities by just advancing some talent they have through trial and error or being taught slash learn pre-existing techniques and styles. Myself however, I am a student of science, medicine and technology. I pride myself with knowledge as knowledge abolishes ignorance and is the root of power. While I was in my training, way before the incident in Frost and our team forming, I was placed in an extremely advanced training regime in which it not only shaped my body, capabilities, and the likes but also had me in constant studies. I read on the histories of the past, legends of the old, and the notes collected on thousands of styles that have formed in the world... I also studied in logic, philosophy, science, technology, biology, and much more. So I do hope that explains why I know so much on your style." The end of the man's statement was slight mock as the style couldn't be truly claimed by the boy before him. Whether it was known by him or not but many shinobi in the past had the same method of combat, even one of the shinobi that had been on the mission to capture the Orasakai Twins had form of the style that revolved around controlling the speeds of objects within their personal EM field.

Swinging the bag of books around his shoulder, the man tossed them carelessly at his partner in an awkward path that would likely cause the books to fall out the moment the bag was caught. "Now as for absorbing the EMR, yes... that would be the idea that we would like to achieve. How... I will have to delve into more but in theory, if we can condition your body by forcing it to use techniques like the legendary Chidori that will effect your entire body into a sturdier substance and then embark on creating a technique that would distort the pigments in your skin to pure, pitch-black... the exact opposite of an albino, which is actually overally sensitive to all aspects of the world... we will allow you to maximize the amount of EMR you will be able to absorb back into yourself without harming yourself by absorbing... and most importantly without harming your body by actually using such a technique. Last thing we wont is for you to transform into some strange creature or end up being stuck in that state forever." A chuckle passed through the man's lips when he said it as they curved into a playful smile, their form descending as a chair of ice formed and the man fell into it with a comfortable sigh. "As for aura... Yes, that would be the first thing that comes to mind when a person thinks of it but no. That is not what I mean by aura. An aura is the perceptual disturbance experienced by some migraine sufferers before a migraine headache, and the telltale sensation experienced by some people with epilepsy before a seizure... It's actually a nifty little sight to behold for those that don't actually have to go through the pain to see it, myself seeing it in a book... But I suppose that is something I will go into more detail on another date. Until then, how about we actually get some training in?"
PostPosted: Sun Feb 20, 2011 6:27 pm

The man took some time to take in all that he had been told by his partner. The subject they had been discussing was quite complex, but his own time reading books had helped to expand his comprehensional abilities. Though it was made painstakingly obvious that his partner was on an entirely different intellectual level than he was, it was interesting to learn so much about his techniques. From what he had gathered it seemed that in a metaphorical way he was acting as the flame, while his technique was the heat and radiation. the man was glad that his radiation wasn't negatively effecting those he was trying to protect nor harming himself. Through out the entire conversation he couldn't help but feel completely dumb, though he kept an open mind.

As the bag was flung in his direction the man fumbled to catch it. With the bag securely in hand a sense of victory was short lived as the contents fell to the ground. The wind flipped the pages of the open books. As the man walked to pick it up he was shocked at the page it had landed on.

-Electromagnetic Spectrum-
::The electromagnetic spectrum is the range of all possible frequencies of electromagnetic radiation.[1] The "electromagnetic spectrum" of an object is the characteristic distribution of electromagnetic radiation emitted or absorbed by that particular object.

The electromagnetic spectrum extends from low frequencies used for modern radio to gamma radiation at the short-wavelength end, covering wavelengths from thousands of kilometers down to a fraction of the size of an atom. The long wavelength limit is the size of the universe itself, while it is thought that the short wavelength limit is in the vicinity of the Planck length, although in principle the spectrum is infinite and continuous.

After reading through the page some things sank in to his mind. His ability held many secrets and abilities that, if tapped into correctly, meant he had exponential potential.

The man picked up the books one by one and placed them into the bag. He listened to the explanation of aura and wondered how this would tie into his training. He hoped his partner hadn't planned to trigger migraines to study the affects of this 'aura', but his trust was strong in his partner's teachings. He would do as he was directed, "Alright.. Let's begin. What's first?"

Saikoro took a deep breath as he leaned back in his throne of ice, his violet eyes watching Kira as his head tilted to the side to rest on on a supportive hand, his legs crossed over themselves as he did so. "What's first? Analyzing." At the sound of the words, the sand beneath Kira's feet began to slowly harden and raise until he was standing on a platform of icy sand. Twirling a bored finger in the air, the platform began to spin slowly so the man could get a three-sixty view of his team mate's body, his eyes taking in all of his features as thoughts churned over in his head. "Well you have a rather weak physical build. Your muscles are lean, but that's only in appearance. You are extremely slow and not very strong, though in comparison to me I'm not all that stocky myself. Your forte from what I have seen in battle is your ninjutsu but your techniques are slow and sloppy. It takes a rather exponential amount of time before you are capable of attacking and for your ability to counter its there but for it's full power to show it takes a while to charge up. However it is beneficial as it saves you chakra from normal explosive type abilities and grants you more power as well." For a moment the man paused, his lip pulled into his mouth for him to chew as he thought. During this time the platform stopped moving, leaving Kira facing Saikoro before dissolving back into the sand again.

Standing up slowly, the throne dissolving as well, the man took in a deep breath and lowered his stance. His hands opened up with his fingers close together, his thumb positioned close to his palm so it looked like the classic hand for shadow puppets. With dance like motions that were swift and graceful but carried in their movements the image that lasted much longer then they seemed, Saikoro approached his team mate while executing a series of precise blows for the open areas of an imaginary for, ending with a strike that was just short of Kira's nose. It was a fancy show of strikes that if used in actual combat would most likely prove ineffective but nonetheless exercised the majority of the muscles in the body. Recomposing himself, Saikoro stood tall to face his partner. "Ten minutes of stretches. Twenty push ups, crunches, lunges, and dumbbell rolls. Five miles of jogging. And then practice those movements I just did at least fifteen times. You are to do this everyday for two weeks. Then you are to double the amounts and proceed for another two weeks, and continue that pattern until its all second nature to you." The man said, every aspect of his expression and intensity of his glare showing that he meant everything he said and there would be no exceptions to the style of training. "This is to hone your muscles to allow your blood to move easier, which just so happens to be overlapping your chakra system and will as well help that. Also, every other day you must spend a minimum of thirty minutes focusing on pure chakra training, but I will show you the proper manner of doing this on another date. I'll also teach you an interesting technique on that day."

As Kira stood he felt the ground before him solidify into a more of an icy grit rather than the sifting sand he had been standing on prior. He felt himself rise as the platform took shape, then watched as the world spun with him. He felt himself being examined like some type of lab expirement. When the analysis was complete, there was nearly no surprise to what Saikoro had said, the main surprise was that he was able to assess all of that information by just looking at him. When he was let down he felt a tad dizzy, but kept his composure. Right there before him lay some of his weaknesses and the evident fact that, while he had potential.. he was a ways away form reaching it.

Once Saikoro had finished with his explinations, Kira's jaw had dropped. He knew that there was going to be some rigorous training, but he hadn't the slightest clue that the training would translate to near death in twenty different languages. With a small pause and a sigh, Kira nodded and began to stretch. First he began with his legs, holding them at their maximum give, then relaxing before reapplying. He moved on to his ankles, then arms, back, wrists, and neck. When he finished and realized that only five minutes had gone by he did the excersizes over again. The next twenty pushups. Feeling limber he dropped down and began right away. 1... 2... 3... This isn't too bad.. I've been doing these since I first started the academy.. 19.. 20. Once finished he moved on to the crunches, then lunges. Feeling a bit wore he began the dumbbell rolls. Ok.. getting a bit rough, you can do it.. keep it up.. Kira fought through the rest of the dumbbell rools and collapsed for a moment on the ground. Looking at the sky he watched as the clouds rolled by. Get up you lazy sack.. let's go.. 5 miles then those movements.. Kira rose shakily then began off on his run. He kept a steady pace for the beginning of the time and began to steadily speed up. He was going to push himself through these next two weeks and condition himself for the double. When he reached 4 miles he felt as though he was going to die. His breathing was rough, his stomach was flipped, and the pain in his side was nearly unbearable. He dropped to his hands and knees and fell to convulsions. He threw up on the side of the beach and stood again, knees and legs wobbling he continued. By the time he reached 5 miles his legs were numb and he was light headed. Oh god... I can't even move an inch let alone do the movements.. ******** I don't even remember them. Back to Saikoro he looked at him with a sense of failure and pride that he'd been struggling on. "I think I remember... most of the... moves.. could you show me... again.. plese?" Kira was fighting through gasps as he spoke.

The man chuckled softly as he looked at his worn out team mate, his hand wiping away the beads of sweat on his own brow. During the time Kira had spent running his five miles, which had ended up being a little over two hours as his legs were short and slower then most, Saikoro had spent the time doing his own personal training. Chips of ice laid all along the sandy floor and the hillside was checkered with finger sized holes all along the average person's height. The man's trench coat was tossed to the side and under close inspection bruises could be seen littered along his hands and fingers, the veins of his forearms boldly pressed his skin.

With a quick turn away from Kira, Saikoro fell into his low stance and begun his dance of strikes and pivots. It was done in a less graceful and more slow and deliberate pattern so it would be easier to see the precise movements and tensing of muscles that were required to move the body in each particular way. In truth, despite how it was easy for Saikoro to preform, it was an advanced martial art known as the Whipping Crane. It required fluid and fast movements, the muscles needing to be able to move freely and easily like that of a whip while still carrying all the power of a whip in it's strike. It was not something a person who had barely conditioned their body to be able to preform and it was definitely not for someone who was fatigued so severally to be able to preform. In fact if Kira pushed himself to far and did the exact movements Saikoro himself had just, he would chance ripping his muscles from the act.
