Rose smiled and feed Mirror a treat. "Sure Ghaleon I would love too."She smiled She put Mirrir in the usual resting palce and waved. "Good Bye my Lovely! Be good while I am out."She smiled and grasped Ghaleon's hand."To the Great Hall."She smiled.

Slytherin 1st year
Music stumbled into the Owlery.She was sad seeing that she was blind and didn't have any friends.No one had even spoken to her at all,but was probably because she'd hidden herself in the shadows of the teachers.
Music took out a quill then a piece of parchment.She knew how to write...she just couldn't see it.She silently wrote a letter to her family saying she was fine.She didn't bother writing anything about friends.
She felt along each of the owl cages till she found one that had letters engraved on the top.She opened it then gave the letter to her owl.

Amelia Frances Joan
 Amelia climbed the steps talking to herself it seemed. "No, you can't come out. Don't you remember most owls, eat mice" There was a loud sigh, after which she muttered, "I so need to find a cage for you." You could almost hear the squeaks of protests, as entered the owlery, one hand holding a pocket closed, while the other held a letter. She looked up, surprised to see someone up here. Still, polite as ever, Amelia held out her hand, "Hey there, I'm Amelia." She didn't mention her mouse, half because she didn't have a name for her yet and half because she hoped she didn't hear her talking to the mouse.

Surprised Music turned around.She didn't know how to reply.She never really had any friends.
"H-hi"She stuttered."Then said more clearly,"I'm Music,1st Year Slytherin"

Amelia smiled, and added jokingly, "You are wearing green." She could tell something was different about this girl, but was clueless as to what. Turning her back to her, she continued on, "It really is amazing how limited of a wardrobe you can have here. I can't wear any of the colors aside from blue without supporting another house. At least purple's safe. I love the color purple. I'm Amelia by the way, Ravenclaw, obviously" She picked an owl, tying her letter to her parents onto its leg. It took her a few tries as the darned thing wouldn't hold still. She muttered, mostly to herself, "I'll never get used to this." as she tied it securely.

Music laughed then said"I can't even see my owl,I'm blind."She gasped realizing what she had just said.Music ran out of the Owlery as fast as she could,her secret was out.

There wasn't time for Amelia to register what had been said before the young girl ran off. She shouted after her, reaching to try and grab her, but missed as she disappeared down the stairs. Amelia was taken aback. Why did she run away? Unsure if she should follow her, the witch decided to wait until she saw her in class once more. Until then she thought about what she said. She was blind? But she seemed perfectly normal, she even had the ability to run off. Amelia felt bad that she hadn't truly looked into her eyes, so she didn't know if there was a physical sign. Shooing the owl to its destination, Amelia turned and began down the flight of steps. Amelia had seen Music before, and never knew. Did that mean anyone knew? Or were the Slytherins protecting her secret? For now, Amelia decided to keep it to herself. If Gin or Olli brought it up, she'd mention it, but only if. She didn't want to break a secret, if that's what Music decided it to be.

Meiko came in the owlery, visiting her Serene if there is anything new for her. Upon reaching her owl, she gives Serene some bread crumbs. She gets the latter and reads it through her eyes. Her eyes widened as she finished the letter.
"Hmm... so he's transferring here, huh...?" Meiko said to herself as she places the letter into her pocket, exiting the owlery.

Blaine was grinning widely as she entered the Owlery, then she froze. She'd never seen so many owls in one place. She finally managed to move and pick out a random owl. It looked at her as she opened the cage, and she almost squeaked. She wasn't used to things with such large eyes looking at her. She tied the letter to the owl's outstretched leg with a hand that shook a bit, then stopped. She wasn't entirely sure what to do once the letter was tied on their leg. She finally reached her arm into the cage and sighed in relief when the owl did nothing but hop onto it. She slowly extracted her arm from the cage, then let out the breath she was unaware she'd been holding when the owl took off. She scratches on her arm hurt a bit, but she could ignore those. She quickly left and tried not to look at any of the other owls as she did.

Sparrow ran up to the owlery with her letter in her hand and her bag on her shoulder. She had already put this back long enough. Her family would be so mad at her for not sending a letter sooner. She called Carmen down saying, "Hey Carmen how you been?" When she got a squawk in return Sparrow petted her and said, "Well I have a letter that needs to go straight home to the family!" Carmen hooted again and Sparrow tied the letter to her leg. The letter said:
letter Dear Family,
I'm sorry I haven't been writing much, but schoolwork is picking up and I have been trying to find replacements for the quidditch team. There is also something else... I got a boyfriend! Now before you think anything. He is really sweet and cares about his school work. I won't let him get in the way of my learning. He has actually helped me out with some stuff. He is only a year older than me and I'm sure you could beat him up if he does anything wrong, but I'm sure he won't! Write back soon!

Rosewood Nicolette Edgecombe~Ravenclaw 2nd year "A rose by any other name would smell as sweet...Rose entered the Owlery to deliver a letter. She looked around to find Mirror. She wasn't in her usual spot.So odd of Mirror,she was always in the same place...She pondered mindlessly. "Miri? Mirror?Where are you girl I brought you an owl cookie..you favorite."She cooed in search of her missing owl. Suddenly as if the owl had understood perked up and flew on Rose's shoulder."There you are you silly girl."She said ticking Mirror's wing slightly. "Here is your treat."Sh smiled and left the treat in her hand. She desperately missed everyone.If only Ghaleon,Lily or Alex was here...They all had some thing interesting in mind.

Ghaleon Elmerast, Ravenclaw, 2nd Year
Ghaleon walked quietly into the Owlery, a small note in hand he had promised his parents to mail them more often. He still however wasn't one to really write letters, which is why he was left with such a tiny note to send.
He looked around for his owl 'Dimitri' making sure to have some food with him, as the bird would become impossible to work with on an empty stomach.
Giving the note he was prepared to turn around and head back, only to come face to.. back with Rosewood. Not wanting to scare her as it didn't seem like she had noticed him entering he spoke a quiet "Hello" to her.

The clueless brunette turned around and saw her boyfriend. "Hello Ghaleon."She cheered giving him a hug with Mirror on her shoulder. "Come to visit little Dimitri?"She asked ruffling up his owl's feathers.
