Lou drank the last bit of liquid in his glass triumphantly and tossed it aside much like Suto had with his cigarette, a breaking sound following shortly after. Oops. He forgot that wasn't plastic. Oh well. "Yes, lets. It's been awhile since I've made someone piss their pants. At least a month."
------ Riyo casually sat down next to Klyde as he motioned, staring into the fire. "Oh joy." Her tone was less than enthused. It wasn't easy to scare her, but she liked for people to try. The music... Sounded pretty lame though.
---- Desmond was about to comment on how bad a liar she was, but her comment on his clothing distracted him. "Oh, thank you." Maybe he'd have to wear things like this more often... He'd always assumed women were more attracted to a guy in a suit than anything. Perhaps it was outdated information.
"But you know... You can tell me if something is bothering you..."

"Yeah, dat's pretty much the gist of it," nodded Bent-Tail. Normally they didn't stick around the event long themselves as Shun generally got bored after awhile. The guy didn't bring his own guitar, due to not really trusting leaving it around the camp with everyone around. Even if he did, he'd probably find a more secluded area to play rather than out in front of everyone.
Blade didn't answer them right away. Seeing how they haven't transformed into something hideous or started to ridicule him, it was relatively safe to assume that they were the real deal. He was still surprised that people had tried to find him. But that aside, he didn't know how much he should say. Or rather, how much he wanted to say.
"I'm fine here," he said. Too bad he didn't realize the church itself was half the reason for why he felt so cruddy, "Besides, I'm not feeling so hot so I'd better stay."
There was also the fact that he didn't want to start hallucinating again in the middle of camp. Who knew what could happen if that started?

"You sound about as excited as I am," Klyde chuckled. "I've never actually stuck around for very long. Night time is best for other things like...." Oh that's right, there were others in their company. Best to not talk so readily about feeding even if it was only woodland creatures. "Well, I'm sure you know." He smiled.
"We could always cut out if things get boring," Klyde suggested, which he was actually leaning toward. If anything this bonfire would probably turn into a prep rally and he wanted nothing to do with it when that came around.
-----
Mitsu wanted to tell Desmond the problem, but she wasn't sure it would help. Like Riyo had said telling on the bully only made the problem worse. "It's okay," Mitsu smiled. "I'm fine. We should probably head to the bonfire. The others are probably wondering where we are." Swinging her legs around she stood up from the picnic table and waited for Desmond to join her before she started walking. Just remember to smile and everything will be okay, she kept telling herself.
-----
Suto led the way to the bonfire, hands jammed in the pockets of his lab coat. "So what horrible tale should we weave together for the children tonight?" Suto mused. "I want the little brats to wake up pissing themselves in their sleep." He gave it some thought. "Perhaps a true story would be best." Suto grinned knowing he had some pretty horrible personal true stories that would leave the little kiddies rocking in a corner calling for their mothers.

Yes, she knew what he was about to say, choosing only to acknowledge it with a smile back.
"So what would you rather do then?" Immediately realizing what he'd answer with, she added "That's not perverted." to the end. Klyde would probably have to think on that one for awhile. ----
"...Alright." Desmond reluctantly agreed, standing up and walking with Mitsu to the bonfire.
---- "True stories are always great. Tell 'em about that Leatherface guy who was never found after those gruesome murders. That's one of my favorites." Lou followed closely behind Suto, a little spring in his step from the booze.

"But thats exactly the reason why you should come back" protested Ken. "So you can-"
"All right all right, if you insist so badly" Varn placed a hand on his friend's shoulder, effectively stopping him and indicated towards the door. "Come on Ken, it seems the guy is intent on staying here tonight and isn't gonna listen, so we'll just let him be"
Ken turned around to regard the other, not willing to just abandon blade and prepared to convince them otherwise. "But we can't just leave him here!"
"Why not? We can't force him to come back with us, and he says he's alright. Besides, remember whom we're bunking with. Taking that into consideration, this church is probably a 5 star hotel." Shrugging, He began to walk out of the church.
"..." Ken stood there for a few seconds, weighing his options, before he sighed in defeat. Varn did have a point, it wasn't like they could drag him back. Still, he felt uneasy leaving him here. Glancing behind him at blade, he went to follow Varn back to camp.
------
Kneeling on the ground in pain, poke was still able to hear Tessa's parting threat. "Like hell I will..." She grounded out, but did not move for the time being. Her initial anger had ebbed, and now she just felt like crap. Partly because she had just been punched, but more because of mitsu. The remains of the teddy bear were still scattered around, and she could still picture mitsu's face as well as Tessa's evil grin. Looks like they had pulled off another screwed up stunt. But now, what could she do? It wasn't like she could go outside and comfort mitsu, she hardly even knew the girl...
As she knelt there, a idea came to her. It wasn't a full proof one, but it was something that could help. Slowly standing up, she began to pick up the remains of the stuffed animal and placed them into a small backpack she had brought with her to keep essential things in during the day's activities. Shrugging it over her shoulder, she exited the tent, slowly walking towards the teachers area.
Poke had heard rumors from other students that the school nurse was a huge fan of sewing. It was something she always thought was odd, but now it would be quite beneficial if these rumors were true. She just had to convince the nurse to let her borrow some of his 'equipment'

Shivering lightly, Blade watched the two as they bantered back and forth about him. Though, before long, Varn had managed to convince Ken more or less to get going. After the two left, he relaxed slightly but not by much. Resting his head against the backwall of the church, he closed his eyes briefly while trying to relax further. He had a feeling this was going to be a long night..
While they were waiting for the event to start, Shun was just looking around idly while not really paying attention to any particular thing. He was already thinking about leaving, but for now he stayed put. Maybe for once they'll get some good stories in or something along those lines.

Klyde had been about to suggest something but stopped when Riyo added ‘not perverted.’ Damn, that really foiled anything he was going to say. “I suppose we could always go for a nightly stroll. Hiking is always more exciting in the dark. It’s about all there is to do unless you favor games. We could go swimming in the lake too.”
-------
At least with Desmond present Mitsu found it easier to pretend everything was okay. She walked along side him back to the bonfire where everyone was gathered.
“I’m back,” She announced taking a seat next to Riyo. She didn’t take into account that they might ask why she hadn’t changed. Her clothes were still a little damp but it wasn’t too cool tonight so it shouldn’t be a problem. The fire was nice and warm too so it might help dry out her clothes if they stayed for a little while.
“Oh hey, you guys are back,” It seemed Mitsu was in one piece though Klyde noticed the bandage around her hand. With a raised brow he quickly looked from it to Desmond before he continued. “We were just trying to decide what to do.”
“We’re not going to stay at the bonfire?” Mitsu asked.
------
“I’m sure I can come up with a better story than that.” Suto grinned. “There is an archive to go through.” They arrived at the bonfire shortly after. Seemed there were already quite a few students in the area, though nothing more than chatting was going on. It surprised him a little. Mr. Lexington was always quick to try and gather the group in song to only quickly retreat when no one sang with him.
“Alright, kiddies, I can see you’re just itching for something to happen so Mr. Ferre and I have come to share a couple of stories with you.” More than a good handful of the students looked leery but they gathered around anyway just out of morbid curiosity of what they would talk about.
Klyde hadn’t expected their senior vampire and Mr. Adolphus to come and tell stories. While it still sounded a little lame at the same time he was intrigued. “This could be interesting…”

Riyo supposed a hike sounded fine... But swimming... "I... Don't... Own a bathing suit." She said reluctantly, glancing towards the fire. With any luck, he wouldn't ask why since he sorta already knew.
"Hey there Mitsu." Riyo attempted to lose that train of thought as the girl sat down next to her... And was once again distracted by the history and science teacher marching into their little shindig. Mr. Ferre had some... Interesting stories just in the classroom... She couldn't imagine what havoc the two would cause outside of it.
Desmond quietly took a seat next to Mitsu, noticing Klyde shooting a glance at Mitsu's hand... To which he simply smirked. "Well, we could always..." His words fell quiet as the senior vampire and scientist approached... He wasn't quite sure if he liked where this was going... Especially with Mitsu there and probably not as happy as she was letting on..
"Well, I'll follow your lead then." Lou mumbled to Suto as they approached the kids, trying not to stand too close to the fire.
As for Atticus, he had taken to reading a book this late in the evening. Usually he'd be sewing something, but due to the nasty comments he heard floating around about him and his hobbies, the doctor decided to leave his needles in the bag for now.

It didn't take long for poke to spot the medical cabin, and was also thankfull to not see any other teachers about. She really didn't want to run into Suto. As she walked, her other hand rested on her stomach which was still sore from those blows from Tessa. She may not act like it but dam, that b***h could throw a punch. Hopefully she would be able to hide this fact from the nurse as well. entering the cabin she was quick to spot atticus, reading some sort of book. Right, she found the guy, now she just had to get the equipment. She approached him.
"Umm...hai" poke said awkwardly. "Uhh..I was wondering...if I could borrow some needles and thread.." she started out. "I got into a little scuffle...and I accidentally tore my sleeping bag. I was hoping to repair it myself before I went to bed."

When Mitsu returned, Bent-Tail looked over at her and waved with a warm smile. Shun simply glanced at her and gave a nod of acknowledgement. Once they were situated, he glanced over at Lou and Suto who seemed to be kicking things off for the night. Well this was interesting; they hadn't really stepped up to the plate yet. Perhaps they'd have something interesting to say.

Suto gave a nod as he tried to settle on a story. When he finally started to speak he recounted a tale from early in his years working his old job as a geneticist, not giving much more detail on his work than that. The partner he had at the time was named a common name; either Suto couldn’t remember, didn’t care, or didn’t want to share the poor lad’s name, but this particular individual had experienced quite a trauma. Not a single detail was left unmentioned as Suto explained the man went crazy and enjoyed carving flesh from human muscle. His goal had been to make a perfect suit with as little damage done to the surface of the skin as possible. One could only imagine a goal like that would require practice, and practice the young man did, but on live subjects. The staff in the office had started to go missing. One by one they had disappeared without a trace until the maintenance man had to service the elevator on the west wing. It seemed there was something keeping the elevator from settling completely on the bottom level. When it was lifted up to see what could be causing the problem they found more than a dozen bodies, all had been skinned, discarded and left to rot.
Suto smirked as he saw the look of utter disgust on most of the children’s faces as he described the bodies in detail from the grueling poses to the state of discomposure. This story was a little less frightful and quite a bit grosser.
“T…that story can’t possibly be true though,” One of the students laughed it off as a big joke.
“On the contrary, it happened only twelve years ago. If you search it on the internet you’ll find a few articles linking to it. I believe I have a newspaper clipping back at the school if you would like to have a look. It’s accompanied by a rather interesting picture of the man in one of his ‘human suits’ when they caught him.”
“So they managed to catch him. Then what happened?” Another student asked.
“Oh, they caught him but he failed to stay caught for long,” Suto grinned. “They presume him to be dead, but they never found the body.” He explained what happened when the man managed to escape and his bloody path to freedom. They had managed to corner him off a bridge by the river shooting him full of holes and lead. He had fallen into the water but his body was never found.
Mitsu sat in wide eyed horror. This was far worse than any of the movies they had seen and she wasn’t sure what was worse. The subject matter of the casual tone Suto used to explain everything as if he were telling everyone a short story about his day at work over tea. Thankfully near the end she had zoned out a little, receding back into the safety of her mind. Otherwise the confirmation that it was a true story and that the man was never found would have possibly made her faint on the spot.
“Wow…I had expected something…..but I’m not sure I expected that,” Klyde commented quietly. He didn’t even want to know what fun little tale Lou would tell them. It would no doubt be far worse.

"M-mitsu... Are you okay?" Desmond asked after the story was done. She looked very out of it... Which he had expected, really.
Riyo smiled and rested her arms on her knees and propped her head up with her hands. Things like this didn't really bother her, even when Suto claimed them to be true. That sorta happened when people found terror in the things you do. When Suto finished, Riyo had started clapping... But stopped shortly after nobody else joined in.
"What a lovely story Suto. And to follow that up, have you kids ever heard from your mummies and daddies about an event that occurred at least a decade ago in these very woods? Well, I'm sure they didn't tell you the whole story there."
Indeed, most of the people had tried to shove it from their heads. Mr. Ferre began weaving the tale of a mentally disturbed child who had been among their students. In a very nonchalant and perhaps amused tone, the vampire explained that the kid ran off into the woods one night. They'd attempted to find him, but gave up the search when it was too dark to carry on. Slowly, a few more kids disappeared... But showed back up in chewed up pieces.
The boy had cannibalized his classmates. Apparently he'd gotten tired of all the shenanigans they put him through and took solace in the old phrase "you are what you eat". So if you eat popular kids, you'll become one, right?
Eventually, the police found the boy and took him to a mental asylum... Where he claimed to not be alone in his acts. He kept spouting on about an old bearded man... At first they thought it was just apart of his twisted imagination... But some of the bite marks didn't match the boy's.
"S-so... There was a man?" One of the children asked nervously.
"Dunno." Lou replied quickly. "Nobody ever found him."
----- Atticus raised a brow at the sudden intrusion and rather unexpected request. Quietly, he looked up from his book. Ah. The Mattix child. She didn't look like a sewing kind of girl.
"Ms. Mattix, have you ever sewn anything?"

The stories woven by the two were interesting to Shun, though like Riyo he wasn't fazed much by them. He had experienced a fair amount of gore himself, and knew of several real life 'horror' stories such as the whole dumping bodies into the swamp thing he mentioned to Mitsu before.
Speaking of her, he glanced at her briefly to find that she seemed very disturbed indeed. Perhaps these weren't the best things for her to be hearing...
The second story bothered him a little more, but it still wasn't a huge deal to him. They were mildly entertaining at least.

Poke hadn't been expecting the question, and for a second she actually had to think about the instances she had sown things.
"...Of course I have!" she said "I've sown plenty of things in class" She wasn't lying, she had sown things in class...as to weather they were any good that was another story. "It's not that hard to sow, I can do it."

It took a moment for Mitsu to respond, her vision slowly focusing back in. “W…what? Oh, I’m…..I’m…” She wanted to say she was fine, that everything was okay, but the word never came. Trying to force a smile on her face she gave a nod reaching out to take hold of Desmond’s arm. Her hands were trembling when they made contact, which was a pretty good indication she was already scared.
Lou was the next up and his story was no better than the first. The thought of another student going crazy and eating their classmates was enough to make her want to hide in the corner and rock herself to sleep. “C…can we go?” She asked softly, eyes focused on the ground. It was an effort….not to pay attention.
Suto smiled, there were still many more stories he planned to share. “Very nice, Mr. Ferre. I’ll start off this next tale with a bit of history.” And from there the horror started all over again and he constructed a new tale far worse than the last.
Klyde sat in morbid curiosity as the teachers both told their stories. He was almost curious enough to ask if the story Suto had told had actually been about himself but perhaps that was a bit much. Shortly he turned to see what Shun and Bent-tail’s reactions were before he turned to Riyo as she clapped. With a bit of a chuckle he sat back. “Enjoy it that much did you?”
