All in all, it's a good talent. But what do you say on the Titanium?

I say approved. Its not so powerful of a talent that it needs a crushing weakness and only the claws are strong as titanium, not the arm he has to use to strike you with.

Talent Description: The sickness that plagues fallriel also gives him an edge over some opponents. It makes him immune to poison, and poisonlike effects. If someone drains his energy or tries to affect him negatively they will gain negative effects equal to whatever positive bonus they would gain.
Talent Weakness: Falls physical power is greatly harmed. He can fight a maximum of 10 posts in successive melee. for every one post in melee he must stay away from the enemy for two. If he stays in combat for 10 posts whether attacking or defending he will loose half of his full energy. If this reduces his energy to zero he will pass out.(i made sure that he is a class that uses melee to a fairly regular extent
How did the character get this talent?: It developed along with his constant sickness
Sample:

Fallriel walked down the moonlit road clutching his stomach. Normally there was no moon in this part of yuran, but it streamed through cracks in the stone roof. He hated his life, and the sickness that plagued it. It wasn't fair that everyone else get to do things when he could do nothing. Even this walk home was almost too much. He hadn't trained his trickster powers enough to make it less of an effort to walk. He hardly noticed the man walking toward him until his fist was coming at falls face. He fell backwards hitting the ground hard. The man then took out a large scythe. If he was a necromancer why hadn't he just used that from the get go. He lifted it and brought it down hard. Fall barely managed to scoot out of the way before it put a hole in the ground where he had been a moment earlier. The necromancer put one hand foreward and Fall felt his energy being drained. He smiled at the discomfort and his reason became evident on the necromancers face. He looked less healthy than when he had started. Fall got up and limped over too him. Halfway there he stopped, racked by a fit of coughing. Blood came with the coughing, and he smiled. Then continued his limp. When he reached the man he took the scythe. It shouldn't be hard to wield. The sharp end goes in the bad guy.. He simply hacked at the man until his body parts lay around on the floor. Then collapsed himself in his own blood.
