Gravemind hoisted Stryker out of the hatch and hastily ran over to the train as it was about to move. He slid underneath in a baseball slide and latched on moving forward a bit so Stryker could do the same and in no time the train began to move faster and faster as they finally set off to a different part of town. As not to arouse suspision Gravemind spoketo Stryker through the mind. "Ok no speaking with your mouth. Don't want them hearing us. Just think what you wish to say in your mind and i'll hear it. Now we'll just lay low for a bit after they leave the train then we'll come out and get some food for ourselves." Gravemind tightned his grip then spun himself up into a kind of crevice where he could lay down instead of hang.

Russ turned a little in his sleep as the train moved forward.

((oh and Ty if you've ever heard Darion Mograine (Leader of the Ebon Blade) from WoW then that's what gravemind sounds like I think))

((Yeah, we kinda get out of order sometimes. And Ky apparently doesn't read earlier posts. What exactly did you miss? Maybe we can fill you in.))

((Basically, you and Ky rushed in to Walmart; Tyler, Ellie, and Russ all went to see Gravemind; I stayed outside; Gravemind jumped down a hatch, revealing a bomb in Walmart; Everybody ran out to a safe distance, and Walmart exploded. Now we're all on the train with a few other survivors heading to another major town, while Gravemind and Stryker are hitching a ride under it. =3 ))

Nicole watched everybody drop off to sleep, one by one. She sighed and leaned her head back to look at the ceiling. "Might as well get some sleep myself, I guess." She closed the Cheez-It box, grabbed an extra pillow from a bed, took off her jacket, and balled it up tightly before laying her head down on the pillow. Then she changed her mind and wiggled under a bed, curling into a small ball to get comfy on the train floor. For a second, she thought of her mom, dad, and brother. Atleast those two might still be alive, she thought to herself about her dad and brother. Pushing the memory of the last time she saw her mom out of her head, Nicole soon fell asleep listening to the train tracks go by.

Right then, Stryker replied to Gravemind, moving a little higher so he didn't feel like he'd slip off the beam he was on. Gripping tightly onto it with both arms, his chest pressed against the cool iron, he gave a low sigh of relief. Wake me when you need me. He said, and closed his eyes, listening to his music.

((At Strider: Awesome, I know who that guy is. Oh, you hear about Bolvar Fordragon? *Sniff sniff*))

Tyler snorted and awoke at the sudden realization that he had been moved. At first, he shot a panicked glance at his SAW, but then he felt very warm, very human arms around him...well, very warm, very vampire arms. His heartrate slowed to normal and he returned the embrace.

A few hours later, the alarm on Tyler's watch woke him just as the train slowed to a stop. He quietly clicked the button of his radio, asking about the situation in Morse code. The driver clicked back after a few moments: No ghouls in our immediate sight. Will keep an eye out. Go scouting whenever ready. Tyler heard a slight groan come from below his shoulder, so he drew Ellie up tight, intending to hold her until she would awake. His attention was instead drawn to the hellish moaning just outside the boxcar door. The undead were plentiful in this new area. Tyler called aloud to see who was awake yet.

Russ snapped awake and put on his duster and picked up his katana. "I got em." He picked up his pump action and opened the door allowing a few others to exit. "We'll be back with a report soon Tyler." Russ had whispered as not to awake Ellie and the others asleep. He shut the door and set off quietly with two other survivors.

Gravemind awoke as the three left. He stayed hidden and kicked Stryker awake. Wake up. We have movement. Stay hidden and follow me. We'll have some zombies keep the scout's attention as we go and find some food for ourselves. Gravemind jumpped down silently and began to slink along out of view.

"Why were you under there?" Tyler asked, puzzled. He leaned over and placed a gentle hand on Ellie's hip, and pushed softly, trying to wake her. "Hey, c'mon. Wake up; we've got company."
